• Bilge (1/5): Not clean, a lot homelesses around, lack of appliences at the apartment - The building was safe we did not face any problem about the apartment safety. The location is worse than other side of Copacabana. We stayed at other part and there were less homelesses but at this part where this propert was a lot of homelesses and they are coming to you to ask for something. For the apartment where should I start I do not know. It was not clean enough when it was given us. There were a lot of worm flies in the kitchen area and I know this flies coming from the worm. We found one on the floor and we searched for where they are. And around kitchen bin there were a lot of of them after that we could not use kitchen appliences at all. For the hot water we had problem and had to ask the owner and there was problem on the electric switch we had to turn it on but it a few times automatically turned off. We went to electric cabin turned the switch on again. On the kitchen sink there is a problem water is coming to kitchen floor. There were 2 towels for per person for 5 nights and weren’t enough after 2 usage they started smelling. No small towels for face and no paper towel or normal towel for hands. The owner is not helpful I asked a question to find a match ticket how we could buy because website did not except our cards and he even did not reply it was not easy to write I do not know. The bathroom is smelling. At the end it is not good value for money because at least at the hotel we would have breakfast, cleaning everyday. We would enjoy and relax at the hotel room. I am not suggesting to stay here.

• Carlos (10/5): - Excelente ubicación. Decorado con buen gusto y con todas las comodidades. Cocina completísima, encontrás todo lo que se necesita y más. La lavadora-secadora y el tendedero te hacen sentir como en casa. Edificio tranquilo, los ruidos de la calle, no llegan a molestar. Los canales de pago requieren usar tus propias cuentas, así que si no tienes suscripciones, no los puedes ver.
• Cristhian Giovanny (10/5): - Agradable alojamiento, muy cerca de la playa a solo una cuadra y un poquito más. Fácil accesos y con todos los implementos necesarios. Nos hospedamos una semana y la pasamos muy bien. Tiene restaurantes, supermercados y otros comercios muy cerca, recomiendo aprovechar el restaurante Baixela a pocos metros, es muy rico y económico. La comunicación con el anfitrión siempre fue muy buena, muy proactivo Rodrigo, excelente anfitrión que brindo toda la información necesaria a tiempo.

• Vinicius (8/5): - Contato com a admistradores, bons móveis e roupas de cama. Bastante utensílios e eletro domésticos. Panelas de teflom velhas, deixei de cozinhar para nao comer micro plástico. Alguns utensilios precisam de uma troca. Vale a instalação de um box no banheiro.

• Débora (9/5): Localização ótima e conforto garantido. - Localização excelente com o Baixela embaixo do prédio com drinks e comidinhas deliciosas. Apto confortável, feedback super atencioso sobre qualquer dúvida. As vezes tem um cheiro meio de esgoto que sobe no banheiro que não eh agradável.
