Jure (7/5): spacious apartment 5 minutes walk from the beach - Very big apartment with 3 bedrooms, suitable for a big group or a family. The owner Ludovic is very friendly and helpful, but he doesn't live at Flic en Flac, so you might never see him. He usually leaves the keys in the box outside the apartment. There is a washing machine and a big fridge with freezer, which are quite modern. The area was mostly quiet when I was there (6 nights in January). But most of the other appliances and furniture is a bit old looking. The problem was the cleanliness, some of the plates were totally dirty from the previous guests and overall cleanliness should be improved. Only aircon in one bedroom is functioning, the 2nd one in the living room is broken. 2 bedrooms don't have an aircon.

Karoli (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is in a very good location, a short walk away from the beach, restaurants and the supermarket. We stayed for 10 nights and the apartment is suitable for a longer stay. The kitchen had everything necessary for cooking. The WiFi connection was good and allowed to do remote work without problems. The host was very helpful and gave useful information about local life. I would recommend staying here if you are on a budget and not disturbed by small imperfections. Some minor things could use fixing around the apartment, but these things did not disturb us.
