• Mauricio (10/5): Excelente opção em Genova - A acomodação é muito espaçosa e aconchegante. Estávamos em um casal com um filho. Fica há metros da estação Piazza Principe o que facilita para que chega ou sai de trem da cidade. Além disso, também está próximo da área portuária onde estão museus e passeios.

• Federica (5/5): Comodo alla stazione ma molto migliorabile - La stanza è molto grande e luminosa, con un bel soffitto affrescato e pavimento a terrazzo veneziano. Gli spazi sono confortevoli. La camera non era ben pulita, abbiamo trovato parecchia polvere, pavimento non ben lavato. Formiche in bagno, alcuni asciugamani macchiati e con diversi capelli. Il materasso è completamente sfondato, soprattutto nella parte da metá a piedi.
• Rocco (6/5): Bon emplacement, bel immeuble sécurisé. - Bon emplacement. Calme et spacieux. Cuisine bien équipée. Propre. Le lit était pas du tout confortable. Absence de portemanteaux et de miroir. Rangement vêtements en hauteur peu pratique et absence de lampe de chevet.

• Julieta (10/5): Hermoso lugar para recomendar! - La ubicación, a solo 200 metros de la estación Génova Plaza Príncipe. La comodidad del departamento, moderno y bien iluminado. Contaba con lo esencial para estar súper a gusto. Un detalle, hubiéramos querido que haya una pava eléctrica para calentar agua para el mate o té (en este caso debíamos calentarla en una ollita)

• Thibault (1/5): Désagréables surprise encore et encore - Logement spacieux Ascenceur Climatisation bruyante siffle lors de son utilisation dans le salon constamment même éteinte et celle de la chambre aussi mais moins. Manque la moitié de la porte de la douche, donc salle de bain trempé en 30 secondes. Entre 1 et 3 minutes d'eau chaude 3 jours durant .... génial .... La moitié des lattes du lit n'étaient pas enchâssée correctement, donc le 1er soir je suis passé au travers.... obliger de passer 15min à les remettre correctement car il manqué la moitié des embout plastique de maintient.... Connexion wifi moyenne dans le salon et inexistante dans la chambre. 1 Seule prise large pour brancher ordinateur, multiprise ou autre, sinon que des 2 pôles dont les prises française 3 pôles ne peuvent pas rentrer, seul un chargeur de téléphone peux être branché.

Abbiamo avuto un piccolo disguido iniziale con la culla per nostro figlio che lo staff ha provveduto a risolvere il giorno seguente. Abbiamo molto apprezzato questo gesto :) Purtroppo il passeggino non entrava nell’ascensore

• Martha (9/5): Good stay near Piazza Principe station - Good location near the train station with nearby restaurants and bars. Our room had a view of the main street but was very quiet. Good kitchen facilities although it would have been nice to have basics like salt. I didn't like having to take our trash to the dumpsters around the back.

• Duane (7/5): Very Spacious and I would definitely stay here again - The property is located only a few minutes walking distance from the train station, Port Antico, and the old town area. The facility is very clean and they allow you to store your bags after checkout. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Especially the two ladies working at the front desk. They provided an information guide in the room of places to visit. The air condition was leaking water while in use so we was forced to turn it off and open up the windows at night. There was a water bottle in the fridge but we wasn't sure if it was free. Perhaps placing a sign stating free water. We do not know about housekeeping services. Perhaps it's provided at an additional cost or for longer stays.

• Chongkonnee (6/5): Staff is not friendly - Close to train station No coffee cream or tea bags provided. No tower hanger in the bathroom , exhausted fan in bath room is loud. Be aware of EUR 20 added on the bill for cleaning.
• Erik (10/5): Alles Ok - Die Unterkunft war sehr schön und die Aufteilung der Zimmer war auch mal was anderes, aber sehr schön. Der Fahrstuhl war für uns Gewöhnungsbedürftig aber hat super funktioniert. 20 min bis zum Hafen oder zur Altstadt ungefähr. Parksituation ist dort sehr schwierig, man muss Glück haben oder weiter weg parken. Dafür kann die Unterkunft aber nichts.

• Oltita (10/5): Excepțional - The apartment is very spacious and has everything you need. The neighborhood is also nice, located on a street with many restaurants and stores. The train station is very close and the Navy Museum and the Aquarium are at 15 minutes walk away. I really liked the guide in the apartment, which includes the house rules, instructions for using various electrical appliances, and recommendations for tourist attractions in the city. -

• Despoina (8/5): Very good - The appartment is spacious, renovated and nicely decorated. 10 minutes walk from the historic centre. There are bottles of water and coffee pods in the apartment on arrival. The noise from the air conditioning makes sleeping very difficult. The sofa bed for the two kids 12 and 14 years old was totally uncomfortable. The bed and sofa bed had a very thin summer blankets and no duvet. There were extra blankets in the cupboard but had a strange odour. The breakfast is very basic but decent however coffee from the machine is horrible and there are no other options.
