• Josiane (1/5): Déception profonde - Location lamentable. Sdb non utilisable tant par l’odeur nauséabonde et un état de saleté.et de vétusté.Le sol était endommagé et l’eau de la sdb stagnante. Pas de placard pas de commode aucun rangement sauf un portant avec 3 cintres. Pas de couverture supplémentaire. Poignée de Sdb et porte d’entrée non fixées. Je suis vraiment surpris que votre organisme puisse recommander ce type d’établissement.

• Evelyne (7/5): Für 1 Nacht ok. Für mehrere Nächte würde ich es nicht buchen - War sehr zentral. Besitzer konnte jederzeit erreicht werden. War aber nicht vor Ort. Zimmer war sauber. Zimmer war extrem klein. Konnten unsere 2 kleinen Koffer kaum abstellen. Im Bad hat es leider sehr stark gerochen vom Ablauf, was unangenehm war.

Ce qui devrait figurer dans l’annonce: chambres accessibles uniquement via escaliers; parking payant dans la rue à 500 m.

Just about got a very low signal standing by the door to the room, which was not ideal at all. Also the key to get into room 4 was super annoying, as it was hard to lock properly.

Very common with accommodations but not disastrous is the absence of full length mirror in the room. However this property had one in the hallway and one at reception, so it was all forgiven :)

• Elsa (7/5): Bien mais.... - Le lit était très confortable, La situation géographique était parfaite La douche n'avait pas de cloisons donc compliqué de ne pas en mettre de partout, de plus c'était assez petit avec une fenêtre juste au dessus des toilettes donc tout le monde peut vous voir vous doucher). C'était le point noir du séjour. Heureusement ce n'était qu'une seule nuit.

Le stanze sono davvero spaziose, ben arredate e organizzate, pulite e confortevoli, con una vista sui palazzi barocchi leccesi. Lo staff è disponibile e davvero gentile .

Posizione comoda per visitare il centro storico, ma buona anche per la tranquillità. La gestione è assolutamente assente. Scarsa pulizia. Nessun cambio lenzuola anche dopo diversi giorni. Camera trasandata e bagno senza alcun tipo di manutenzione.

The host was welcoming and responded promptly to all the messages sent via booking. They were kind enough to let me leave my suitcases after checking out! The apartment was massive with all the amenities, very modern and clean! The location is superb / right in the historic centre , only 5 mins walk from the piazza del Duomo! 5 star experience and service! Would wholeheartedly recommend this place !!! nothing , everything was exceptional… 10/10

• Antonio Giulio (1/5): State alla larga - La stanza “King” in cui ho soggiornato non rispecchia affatto le aspettative. Gli spazi sono estremamente ridotti, privi di tende e senza un vero armadio (solo un piccolo servo muto di 50cm). Il bagno, purtroppo, è la nota più negativa: minuscolo (un metro quadrato), privo di bidet e senza alcun appoggio neppure per uno spazzolino. La doccia non ha né piatto né box, ed essendo a filo pavimento allaga inevitabilmente l’intero bagno. Non sono forniti prodotti adeguati per l’igiene: solo dispeser di shampoo e bagnoschiuma appoggiate su un portarotolo, senza neppure un sapone per le mani. L’ambiente emana inoltre un cattivo odore di fogna che dal “bagno” si propaga in tutta la stanza (la maniglia della porta della doccia è rotta). Mancano infine asciugamani da mani, con la sola dotazione di teli doccia e un piccolo asciugamano per il lavandino. Nel complesso, un’esperienza molto deludente, con un livello dei servizi igienici al limite dell’inagibilità. Sono stato costretto a lasciare la stanza e non ho ricevuto alcun rimborso né da Booking né dalla struttura (pagata oltre 110€ a notte).

• Gerardo (9/5): Beautiful charming apartment in quiet corner of the historic center. - Alora boutiques is a beautiful property perfectly located in a quiet side street in the historic center of Lecce. The staff was really great and the place was beautiful and clean. If possible, book the suite as it is very spacious, with two balconies overlooking the street, lots of space, and great air conditioning. The WiFi is an area for improvement, as this was not reliable. Something to keep in mind if you rely on WiFi.

Hôte très gentil et accueillant Manque de commodités/accessoires : pas d’échantillons dans la salle de bain pour se laver, terrasse en hauteur mais qui n’est pas soignée (transat cassé, chaise au milieu de tout, saleté), nous avions choisi le logement en partie pour son extérieur, nous avons été déçu. Pas d’étagère dans la salle de bain pour poser ses affaires, la machine à café ne fonctionnait pas, un seul rouleau de papier toilette pour 5 jours à deux, pas de brosse pour balayer le sable éventuel, sèche cheveux proposé ne rentrait pas dans les prises, humidité importante dans la douche,… ⚠️ pas de parking privé comme indiqué dans l’annonce, on ne peut pas rentrer avec la voiture car il s’agit d’une zone ZTL, vous devez vous garer en extérieur et payer. Nous ne sommes pas pour la critique mais nous nous nous sentons obligés de le signaler car les voyageurs ne prennent pas toujours des valises de 20kg et parfois quelques accessoires nous aide à passer de bonnes vacances. Nous avons fait de très nombreux logements en Italie et c’est la première fois que nous tombons sur un logement beau mais « vide ». D’un regard extérieur, le logement nous donne l’impression d’avoir été rénové vite vite mais sans vraiment avoir réfléchi aux besoins des clients. C’est dommage car l’hôte est très aimable

• Julia (8/5): Sehr schönes Apartment in der Altstadt - Die Einrichtung und Lage der Suite (für 3 Personen) war ansprechend und stillvoll. Man ist direkt in der Altstadt. Parkmöglichkeiten sind nur wenige Minuten Fußweg entfernt Wirkte alles noch sehr neu. Top Espressomaschine. Die Baustelle, die ab 6:30 Uhr, direkt nebenan im Haus in Betrieb genommen wurde, war leider kein guter Start in den Tag. Das W LAN vor Ort war leider nicht so gut und es konnte nicht immer eine Verbindung hergestellt werden

• JULIEN (10/5): Une merveille de plus à découvrir à lecce - L’emplacement dans lecce est idéal, le bâtiment a l’architecture de la ville avec les veilles pierres de taille c’est juste magnifique. Dario et tout son personnel sont gentils et au petit soin pour que tout se passe à merveille. Les équipements sont de haute qualité, tout en se mariant parfaitement au style d’époque. Je recommande chaudement car en plus le rapport qualité/prix est très bon.

The chic- contemporary feel of the suite, wrapped in old Lecce stone’ walls made the location a great choice. Here the bonus point: My car broke down with a leak in the gas pump. Dario drove me to his mechanic friend, the other side of town to get my car inspected and, when you are so far from home with such a problem, you need a Dario....and he offered all if his assistance. My trip to Lecce could have been ruined, he saved it and for that I am very graleatfull to him and his wife Karolina. Stay there it's the best! Lecce could improve the restaurants and the attitudes of some if the churchs' custodians.

• Dagmar (1/5): Keine Empfehlung, es gibt bessere Unterkünfte. - Wir haben ein Doppelzimmer 30 m2 gebucht und haben ein Zimmer erhalten, was unter aller Würde war und nicht ansatzweise der Größte entsprach. Von Ausstattung kann man hier nicht sprechen. Auf der Suche nach einem Parkplatz waren wir eh schon genervt und als wir dann endlich einen gefunden hatten und unser Zimmer anschauten - nein, so etwas geht gar nicht. Es war auch niemand mehr da, der uns für Fragen zur Verfügung stand. Wir waren froh, das wir nur für eine Übernachtung da waren. Wir wurden mit dem Zimmer voll abgezogen

The rooms have vaulted ceilings and the building has been restored to a high standard. A couple of minor things. The air-conditioning didn't work but as the temperatures were not high we weren't bothered and just opened the balcony doors and didn't let the owner know until checkout. The WiFi repeater wasn't working so there was no signal in the bedroom. Again we didn't report it until checkout so they could fix it for the next guests.

• Paolo (10/5): Un B&B nel centro storico di Lecce - Ho prenotato questo B&B perché attirato dal fatto che è nel centro storico di Lecce che considero uno dei più belli d'Italia. L'appartamento prenotato ha la tipica volta in tufo leccese con un soffitto bello alto, probabilmente nel passato doveva essere un deposito o una cantina, l'arredamento e misto tra il moderno e l'antico ben bilanciato tra loro, ha un bagno di buone dimensioni e una bella cucina tutti e due divisi dalla zona Notte. Il letto ha un ottimo materasso e la camera e ben insonorizzata I responsabili del host sono due persone piacevoli e disponibili. Il b&b è a pochi passi dalla piazza san Oronzo la più bella di lecce. Sicuramente ci tornerò per il futuro. ho difficoltà a trovare una cosa che non mi è piaciuta.

Dario the host is amazing & could not do enough for us from the very moment we got there & even carried our luggage up to our room. The Alora Boutique Suites is in an old palazzo which has been renovated beautifully and is situated in the historical area of Lecce. With numerous restaurants & shopping within metres you will be spoilt with the choices. We will definitely return & would definitely recommend the Alora Boutique Suites. .
