Alazzouzi (1/5): Arnaque totale, à éviter absolument - Arnaque totale, à éviter absolument J’ai réservé cet appartement en toute confiance via Booking, mais à mon arrivée, le propriétaire m’a informé que l’appartement était complet et qu’il n’avait aucune trace de ma réservation. Résultat : impossible d’accéder au logement que j’avais payé, et j’ai dû chercher un autre hébergement en urgence, ce qui m’a causé beaucoup de stress et de frais imprévus. Je déconseille fortement cet établissement. Aucune fiabilité, aucune transparence. Booking devrait sérieusement revoir ses partenariats pour éviter ce genre de mauvaise expérience à d’autres clients.
Eljaafari (1/5): - Bonsoir Je tiens à vous signaler que j'ai subi une grosse arnaque, après avoir confirmé la réservation j'ai appelé le propriétaire qui me confirme qu'il a arrêté sa collaboration avec Booking et qu'il n'est pas au courant de ma réservation et que l'appartement est déjà occupé par d'autres personnes. J'étais obligée de prendre un autre appartement, donc je vous demande le remboursement du montant versé pour ce séjour vu que je n'ai pas bénéficié de cette prestation et qu'il s'agissait juste d'une confirmation mensongère
