• Valerie (9/5): - Sehr nettes Personal, waren stets aufmerksam und sehr Hilfsbereit. Wer sich erholen möchte und runter fahren ist dort genau richtig. Ich habe es sehr geschätzt, dass Sie sich sehr bemüht haben die Hunden von mir Fern zuhalten. Ich kann es nur weiter empfehlen.

Le personnel très gentil et le golden retriever Par (mal)chance nous avons dû changer de chambre car notre porte s’est coincée, la première chambre sentait très forte l’humidité et le moisi dans la chambre et la salle de bain avec des murs gondolés. La 2e c’était complètement ok ! L’hôtel est neuf mais semble très vite se détériorer donc à voir comment ils l’entretiennent par la suite mais beaucoup de petites choses étaient pas ok (piscine sale, qui commence à rouiller, salle de restaurant sale pas nettoyé quand nous venons dîner) et de nombreux avis sur Google de 5 étoiles qui semblent être des faux avis

• Nelva (10/5): Incroyable - Super séjour dans cet hôtel ! Le personnel était vraiment génial, toujours aux petits soins avec nous du début à la fin. La chambre était très moderne, hyper propre et très confortable. La literie était excellente, très confortable, on a vraiment bien dormi. On a aussi pu louer un scooter directement à l’hôtel, ce qui est super pratique pour se déplacer facilement et explorer les alentours. L’hôtel est très bien situé, donc tout est assez accessible. Mais le vrai gros point fort de l’hôtel, c’est clairement la piscine à débordement avec une vue incroyable. On a pu admirer un magnifique coucher de soleil depuis l’hôtel, c’était vraiment un moment magique. Franchement, la piscine apporte un énorme plus à l’expérience. Je pense même que c’est le meilleur hôtel que j’ai fait durant mon séjour à Bali !!!

Das Frühstück war auch ausreichend und hat geschmeckt. Außerdem wurden wir bei der Rückfahrt vom Personal zu unserer Abholpunkt. gebracht welches sehr freundlich und nicht selbstverständlich war. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff, shout out to Ketut a - Loved the location on Ceningan, loved that we were close to the Yellow Bridge so we could walk over to Lembongan. The room was great, very clean, the bed was super comfortable and air conditioning worked well. Only concern was that the hot water ran out a little too quickly when showering.

• Anna (8/5): We enjoyed our stay. It’s in a good location close to the Yellow Bridge, and there is a lovely massage place next door. - The staff were all lovely and very helpful. The room was great, a really good size, and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was nice. There was also a safe in the room. Breakfast was great with a few different options. The pool area is small and not somewhere that you want to spend much time. Apart from in your room there isn’t really a nice space to hang out.

• Heather (9/5): - Segará is a nice small hotel. The room we had was very clean and comfortable. The pool & pool area were nicely kept and we often had it to ourselves. The view from the pool was amazing and it was very peaceful. The staff were just wonderful and very kind. They made sure that we got to the ferry very early in the morning despite torrential rain. Thank you. We went off season & the hotel was very quiet and the communal area was largely empty. But it might be different later in the season. It is also a fair way to the main beaches in Lembongan but easily doable with a taxi or scooter. There are good places to eat and drink within walking distance.

• Anton (6/5): Nice space to stay, with good money, but not the best service nor food. - Very good view, good in-pool Bar, friendly and helpful staff, they offer good scooters and trips for a very good prices. They can help you arrange the Boat to carry you from anywhere to the island. The Hotel restaurant is quite good. And can get your meal in your room. Super markets and restaurants open till 10:00, and some of them open till midnight. Too many Ants 🐜 on the floor, bed, & toilet, We reported that but it was treated only for one day. Room cleaning everyday hut they not changing the bed sheets or the towels, Breakfast is not matching to the Menu and honestly doesn’t taste well for a holiday, the Breakfast time is from 8 to 11, I ordered it 10:55 and they tried to charge me for it!! I wanted to make checkout at 8:30PM but there were no responsible person for that and it was shock for me that there is no reception at that time!, On our day to check out early, they were informed to prepare our breakfast at 7:15, However till 8:00 it was not ready, and we had to leave due to our Boat appointment.

• ashlee (4/5): Unfortunately we were disappointed overall. - The little pool was great for the kids, the lounge/tv area was comfy and nice to relax in. The beds were big and very comfy. The size of the villa was very spacious. This is likely a nice spot for a couple or group of adults who are happy to hire scooter to get about. We wanted to love this place all the review raved about the helpfulness of the staff but we found it very hard to get any answers out of them, for example we asked the best way to get the mushroom bay and they told us to call a restaurant, really what they should have told us was cross the bridge and jump in a taxi, any time we asked a question we got a none answer it was quiet frustrating. The location is not great for families with little kids it’s very isolated from the rest of Lembongan and any time we wanted to go somewhere we had to pay $15-25 each way to get there (we couldn’t use scooters) and that adds up pretty quick. The villa flooded anytime it rained, and the windows leaked upstairs in the bedroom with the bedside tables by the windows being covered in water, potentially very dangerous if you happened to have electronics plugged in and sitting on the tables. We personally didn’t enjoy the food at the restaurant, breakfast was fine but lunch/dinner options we had weren’t great.

• RandaJaz (10/5): A great option for a cozy hotel with stunning views and amazing staff - we liked everything about the hotel, small and cozy, staff are exceptionally nice and attentive, location is excellent, pool is beautiful overlooking the stunning side of the sea that looks like Maldives with that shallow aqua blue waters, food was amazing, as well las the breakfast, it was a last minute pick of a hotel and will definitely go there again.

• Anna (10/5): Schönste und ruhigste Unterkunft mit den besten Mitarbeitenden - Diese Unterkunft ist die schönste, welche wir auf Nusa Lembongan/ Ceningan je gebucht haben (wir sind das 4. Mal dort gewesen). Sie sieht exakt so aus wie auf den Bildern und es ist einfach traumhaft schön! Die Aussicht ist der Wahnsinn und es ist auch die ruhigste Unterkunft, in welcher wir je geschlafen haben. Erholung pur! Wir haben sehr gut geschlafen, das Bett war riesig und super bequem. Die Einrichtung des Zimmers war außerdem gut durchdacht. Es gab einen Schreibtisch direkt am Fenster mit Aussicht auf das Meer. Es gab einen Kleiderschrank der ausreichend groß war und genug Ablagefläche geboten hat. Es gab einen kleinen, gut gefüllten Kühlschrank, welcher sich hinter einer hübschen Verkleidung verbarg. Das Badezimmer war auch groß und geräumig und es gab einen Waschbeckenunterschrank mit zwei super großen Schubladen. Was ich besonders hervorheben möchte, sind aber die Mitarbeitenden!!!! Alle waren extrem nett und hilfsbereit! Es gibt ein paar Dinge, die normal sind, wenn man sich auf einer kleinen Insel befindet, wie z.b. ausfallendes Internet oder geringer Wasserdruck (ich erwähne dies nur wegen vorangegangener Bewertungen, sonst wäre das für uns gar nicht der Rede wert gewesen). Die Mitarbeitenden, sowie Manager und Besitzer haben sich um alles mehr als nur gekümmert. Wir sind keine Menschen, die sich beschweren, sondern eher nachfragen, wenn Kleinigkeiten nicht funktionieren, und es wurde für alles direkt eine Lösung angeboten. Es war uns zum Teil sogar schon fast unangenehm, weil sie alles dafür getan haben, dass wir uns wohl fühlen und dass wir happy sind. Freundlichkeit und guten Service sind wir schon gewohnt von der indonesischen Kultur, aber in dieser Unterkunft wurde dies unserer Meinung nach sogar noch übertroffen ☺️ Zum Abschluss wurde uns nach dem Check Out gesagt, wir würden nun von zwei Mitarbeitenden zur gelben Brücke gefahren werden. Die Unterkunft liegt ca. Nichts. Es war alles perfekt !

• Monika (10/5): Toller Aufenthalt mit perfektem Service - Aufgrund der Nebensaison hatten wir die Unterkunft quasi nur für uns, Personal und vor allem der Eigentümer waren super freundlich und hilfsbereit bei allen Anliegen (Moped, Bootsticket, Essen), toller Ausblick, Zimmer sehr schön und sauber, gute Lage die beiden Inseln Ceningan und Lembogan zu erkunden Frühstücksportionen (a la carte) könnte größer sein
• Emma (10/5): Paradise - What an amazing stay! The villa’s location is unbeatable, set right on the ocean at Nusa Ceningan with the most breathtaking views and sunsets. The pool area is beautiful and the perfect spot to relax while taking in the scenery. If you love dogs, you’ll definitely adore the friendly resident dog who made our stay even more special. There are also so many fantastic food options nearby, making it easy to enjoy great meals without going far. The villas aren’t huge, but they’re perfectly designed with everything you need—and honestly, you’ll want to spend most of your time exploring the stunning areas of Lembongan and Ceningan anyway. The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful, assisting us with booking snorkelling tours on the spot and helping us get around the island. We can’t wait to return. Thank you for having us—it was the perfect island escape.

The resort will organise everything you need, snorkel tour, drop offs. Staff are lovely and very helpful Breakfast was ok, small portion. Coffee and juice is nice.

The views were amazing. The restaurant offers a good variety of affordable meal options. Loved the pool overlooking the lagoon. Comfy beds and clean rooms. The grounds around the property are not well maintained so there is an occasional bad smell around the pool area. It doesn’t linger too long.

• Nadine (9/5): Heerlijk tot rust komen in een paradijs - Mooi klein resort. De kamer met zeezicht was ook echt prachtig. Mooi groot bed; airco. Het vervoer van te voren geregeld via het resort. Ze regelen een soort taxi busje voor je die klaar staat bij het strand bij aankomst, en je naar de brug brengt. Daar wacht het hotel personeel je met scooters op om jou en daarna je bagage te vervoeren naar het resort. Er is geen grab of Gojek dus dit is de manier. Ging allemaal erg soepel. Personeel is erg vriendelijk. Lekker zwembad met prachtig uitzicht. Op loop afstand van meerdere restaurants, en je kunt scooters huren voor een hele schappelijke prijs via het hotel. Er is niet super veel te doen in de omgeving behalve rondrijden op een scooter, verschillende restaurants met prachtig uitzicht, baaien bezoeken en snorkelen, maar dat weet je voordat je er komt. Heerlijk voor een paar dagen ontspanning. Zelfs roomservice aanwezig via een bestelapp. Ontbijt was a la carte, maar divers (brood, ei, yoghurt, pancake, etc). Helemaal prima. Het enige minpunt was de geur in de badkamer, die bleef hanger, en de waterdruk/warm water viel vaak na 2-3 minuten weg; waarna hij uiteindelijk wel terug kwam, maar je dus even onder een koudere zachte douche komt te staan.

Not many food options and the ‘fresh seasonal fruit’ on menu comes as defrosted canned mandarin & raspberries. Pool wasn’t the cleanest either and was right on top of our room so not like you could open curtains and enjoy the view. Shower had black mould growing around frame and vanity dripped the whole time we were there. Sad when you hear that this place only opened last year!

• Kathrin (8/5): - Das Hotel ist noch ziemlich neu und entsprechend modern eingerichtet. Besonders der Infinity Pool mit seinem spektakulären Blick aufs Meer war ein Highlight. Auch das Personal war extrem freundlich und stets hilfsbereit – hier fühlt man sich wirklich willkommen. Das Frühstück war geschmacklich wirklich gut und die Qualität der Speisen überzeugend. Es gab eine Frühstückskarte mit verschiedenen Optionen, allerdings war leider nicht klar ersichtlich, dass man nur ein Gericht auswählen darf. Auch wurde uns vom Personal nicht mitgeteilt. Das haben wir erst auf der Rechnung bemerkt. Etwas mehr Transparenz und Kommunikation beim Frühstücksservice wäre hier wünschenswert. Kleine Mängel gab es auch bei der Sauberkeit – an manchen Stellen, wie etwa bei der Küchenzeile in der Spüle waren leider noch Spuren vom vorherigen Gast sichtbar. Hier wäre etwas mehr Sorgfalt wünschenswert.

Amazingly helpful staff, large clean rooms, excellent cuisine at reasonable prices. The alternating tides in the strait allow for a smooth transition between the pool and the sea, everything within walking distance, possibility to rent scooters (we didn't use it). Beautiful views, highly recommended!

Had own pool which was pretty small but the hotel pool is beautiful and looks out over the bay. Villa clean and comfortable. Staff very friendly and helpful. Take ferry from mainland to Yellow Bridge drop off rather than main port on Lembongan if possible as hotel close from there. Nothing not to like but the hotel is situated on Ceningan island. Easily walkable to the yellow bridge but not heaps of eating places around. We found one nice one and went there several times. (5-10 mins walk). Would be very easy with some sort of transport but I didn't hire scooters as travelling with teens. The hotel offers a reasonable dine in menu and has good breakfasts.

• Ella Cameron (6/5): - The staff were attentive and helpful throughout our stay - they even allowed us a late checkout, which we appreciated. The room was nicely set up, and the bed especially was very comfortable. The location was pretty good - just a short walk to the yellow bridge and close to plenty of nice cafes and restaurants. It’s pretty far from the main strip of Nusa Lembongan but we were able to get taxis from the yellow bridge fairly easily most days. There was some construction going on during several days of our stay, which got a bit noisy. Also, there was a large window above the door that didn’t have any curtains, so light came in late at night and early in the morning, making it difficult to sleep. That said, the staff were very responsive and covered the window for us, and it looked like they were installing proper curtains when we checked out.

Provoz neni rozhodne tak silny jako napr. v Ubudu, takze zvladnou jezdit i mene zkuseni. Cistota ok, kazdy den uklid pokoje. Snidane chutne, na vyber od vajicek, pres livance az k sandvicum ( ten byl vyborny a take docela velky). Jeden vecer jsme dostali zdarma cheesecake a smazene toustove rolky. Cheesecake byl vynikajici. Infinity bazen super, cista tepla voda. V mori se vetsinou nevykoupete kvuli odlivu. Bazenovy bar temer cely den bez obsluhy. Cely resort je opravdu maly, ale to bych nebral vzdy jako nevyhodu.

• Cagla (7/5): Geen aanrader - Personeel is vriendelijk en eten is goed Er hangt een bepaalde sfeer in het hotel waarbij je merkt dat het vooral een investering is van buitenlandse eigenaren. Het hotel is erg klein en er is niet continu iemand aanwezig bij het zwembad om je te helpen met een drankje, wat de service wat afstandelijk maakt. Hoewel het meeste personeel vriendelijk was, hebben we bij andere hotels op Bali duidelijk betere service ervaren. We lieten kleding wassen, maar die kwam helaas terug met een nare geur het leek bijna viezer dan toen we het afgaven. Al met al zou ik dit hotel niet per se aanraden.

The pool is lovely and clean, also an infinity pool with a swim up bar. The cocktail maker made the most delicious Mojitos and Espresso Martini’s. The food is on the pricey side, but worth it as cooked well and tastes lovely!
• Noah (1/5): Stay somewhere else if you can - In three weeks Bali this was the only hotel that truly disappointed us - while the hotel is only a couple months old, the facilities and especially the rooms feel very old (even the pool was dirty). Our room had a lot of water damage and mold - for me as an asthmatic it was not possible to breathe but even my wife woke up with a headache every morning. After two nights we therefore decided to leave (initially planned to stay 5 nights). While the hotel was initially supportive of a refund as they were aware of the water damage, as soon as we left the place they claimed that there were technical challenges for them not being able to issue a refund. To this day we are out ~400€. While its one thing to knowingly let guests sleep in a mold room, I believe this is a best practice on how to not deal with such a complaint in the end. We in the end stayed at ARNA suites on the island - the nightly rate was even a bit lower and the experience was breathtaking. So if you can go there or somewhere else as even with a perfect room Segara Seaside resort it definitely not worth what you pay for.

Nous avons profité de la piscine, de son bar, de sa belle vue et de l’accès à l’océan. Le personnel de l’établissement est le plus gentil que nous avons rencontré alors de notre voyage! Toujours à l’écoute, souriant et très agréable. Je recommande et rêve même de revenir un jour!

Typical place built by an investor group where tourist get scammed becoming just the interest of their investment. Terrible standards and space. No doubt this place killed our experience in Lembongan.

The resort looks amazing — picture-perfect bungalows that are super clean and beautifully styled with natural colors that give off such a calming, earthy vibe. The pool is lovely, and the entire space feels like a peaceful escape. The staff? Incredible! Everyone was cheerful, and welcoming, and went out of their way to be helpful — you can feel the positive energy. The food was delicious, and the drinks were just what I needed to unwind. Wenn ich ein Hotel besitzen würde, würde ich die Gäste begrüßen und mich nicht im Restaurant morgens immer auf den schönsten Platz mit Aussicht setzten und laut irgendwelche Crypto Online Kurse laufen lassen. Auch der Jetski der dem Eigentümer wohl gehört versperrt die Aussicht. Gibt daher einen komischen Vibe im Hotel Ausflüge würde ich außerhalb buchen. ansonsten sehr schöne unterkunft

• Grace (10/5): Relaxing Resort Stay - The resort is located walking distance from the yellow bridge and you can easily get taxis/scooters to get to the main part of Lembongan. The staff were all very friendly and always helpful, the service was amazing and made our stay very pleasant. We stayed here for my birthday and the staff made the effort to decorate our bed whilst we were out which was really lovely. The views from the pool are beautiful, such a relaxing place to have a cocktail and chill. There are lots of food options at the restaurant in the resort and nice views from the seating up top. Everything in the resort and rooms looks very new and clean and the beds were massive and very comfortable. The highlight of our stay was the friendly golden retriever that would wander around and say hello throughout the day :) Nothing, everything was perfect!
• Anouch (8/5): Vue magnifique - La vue exceptionnelle depuis le lit dans la chambre vue mer. L’hôtel a organisé nos transferts aller retour depuis l’arrivée du bateau à un prix raisonnable. Facile de louer un scooter à l’hôtel. Sur booking l’hôtel indique le le petit déjeuner sur place est à 6€ alors que c’est à la carte donc à partir de 6€. Ayant une intolérance à l’ail et à l’oignon je le précise bien avant chaque repas, et mon avocado toast du petit déjeuner était vraiment plein d’oignons. Je l’ai signalé à la serveuse qui était un peu embarrassée mais il m’a bien été facturé et rien ne m’a été proposé en remplacement.

Schon bei der Ankunft beeindruckt die moderne Architektur, die perfekt mit der tropischen Umgebung harmoniert. Das Hotel bietet einen atemberaubenden Blick auf das Meer und einen direkten Zugang zu einem malerischen Strand, der wie aus dem Bilderbuch wirkt. Die Zimmer sind luxuriös eingerichtet und bieten höchsten Komfort. Besonders hervorzuheben sind die großzügigen Balkone, von denen man den Sonnenaufgang über dem Ozean genießen kann. Die Restaurants bieten eine exquisite Auswahl an lokalen und internationalen Speisen, die stets frisch zubereitet und mit Liebe zum Detail serviert werden. Besonders das Seafood-Restaurant mit Blick auf das Meer ist ein Highlight. Der Poolbereich ist eine Oase der Entspannung – mit gemütlichen Liegen und einer Bar, die köstliche Cocktails serviert. Für diejenigen, die aktiv bleiben möchten, gibt es zudem ein gut ausgestattetes Fitnessstudio und zahlreiche Freizeitangebote.
