• Chemseddine (8/5): Very nice place to stay in city center - Very nice apartment/hostel in the center of Ouarzazate, near restaurants and Supermarket Marjane. Kasbah Taourirt and Museum of Cinema are at 15 min by walk. The rooms are clean , and the place very quite. Yassin is available, very welcoming and friendly. A very good place in the city center.

• Johann (8/5): - Really nice staff, couldn't be better! And I also really liked the room :) The kitchen is equipped really poor and wasn't that clean, but I am quite sure if I would've asked the staff that they would have fixed it!
• Baudouin (9/5): Belles rencontres, bonne localisation et très bon rapport qualité prix ! - L'emplacement est idéal entre l'aéroport et la Kasbah. De plus, il y a un supermarché à 5 minutes à pied. Nous en avons profité car il y a une cuisine pour faire à manger. Les équipements sont vétustes, peu fournis et laissent à désirer. En particulier la cuisine et la salle de bain.

• d0c14a91b3b970fc35c0dacff8ba56dd (6/5): The Assafar experience. - The room was adequate and good value for money. The nearby Café César with its excellent breakfasts. A long trek from the bus station. Fully three kilometres. A taxi becomes a bit of a necessity. Giving a hard check-in time might, in theory, become a bit tricky. Third floor, up some stairs. That's a definite struggle for some. Especially if it has to be done three or four times a day. Allegedly 450m from the "centre"? Absolutely no way. It's all of 1.5km. Any evening excursion should bear that in mind. Payment in local currency. That seems to be the custom for some of these places. It can cause a bit of confusion.

Je suis arriver a 19h, jai attendu jusqu'au 21h40 Jai du aller dormir chez une personne qui avais pitié de moi. Je ne recommande pas cette établissement, sachant que j'y avais dormi 3 jours avant ....

Aucun personnel sur place lors de l'arrivée ( pendant 1h30 ) Fenêtre carreaux casser Cuisine sans couvert ny équipement Pas de Serivette pour la douche Pas de papier toilettes a disposition. Clef de chambre universelle pour toute les chambres. ( je me suis tromper d'étage, jai réussi a ouvrir une chambre qui n'étais pas la mienne ) Hygiène pas top .. Moisissure sur les plafonds Cette établissement mérite une meilleur gestion vue ca capacité a accueillir et son emplacement favorable ! . Je pense que cette établissement devrais baisser ses prix car beaucoup trop chers pour ce que c'est... malgré que le tarif ne soit pas excessif.

Il est indiqué gare routière alors qu’il se trouve à plus de 35 minutes à pied. Il est en fait entre la gare routière et la kasba. La géolocalisation est bonne mais si vous réservez sans contrôler sur une carte sa position vous êtes obligé de reprendre un taxi

• bel (8/5): Très bonne expérience! - La gentillesse et serviabilité de Yassin qui m'a porté ma valise jusqu'au 3ème 😉. La grande chambre avec vue sur l'Atlas + espace cuisine. Douche sans rideau/ toilettes mais tout était propre!

• Katja (8/5): Good value for money - I didn’t really expect much for the money. I was met Yassin with a very welcoming attitude, the place was clean, I got a fresh towel, there was wifi, a modestly decorated rooftop terrace, the location is walking distance to the bus station and kasbah, there’s many cafes and shops around. All in all isn’t really good value and for 1 night it did the job. One of the bathrooms had really bad odour. I think it’s a common problem in Morocco but this one was exceptionally bad.

• Michelle (5/5): Nicht gut - Leider fande ich die Unterkunft nicht so gut. Da habe ich schon deutlich bessere für diesen Preis in Marokko erlebt. Ich musste 30min warten bis ich endlich empfangen wurde, obwohl mir gesagt wurde, ich werde sofort abgeholt - aber ich wurde dann einfach vergessen und musste dann nach 30min nochmal selbst nachfragen… Das Zimmer hat total gestunken und auch die Bettwäsche war nicht sauber. Man hat es dann auf meinen Wunsch ausgewechselt, aber auch die „neue“ Bettwäsche war schmutzig. Am nervigsten fand ich, dass das Gemeinschaftsbad keine Ablagefläche für persönliche Gegenstände und Handtuch hat. Ich musste all meine Sachen inskl. Handtuch auf die Toilette legen! Das war schon ekelig. Das einzig gute, war das nette Personal, welches sich andauernd entschuldigt hat. Aber das kann die Erfahrung leider auch nicht gut machen.

• Nicole (1/5): Non recommandé - C'était plutot propre Je ne comprends pas que ce soit un logement recommandé. L'appartement n'avait pas de douche privée malgré la description. Nous avons accepté de payer un supplément pour avoir un logement disponible avec douche privée. Tout le bâtiment a des canalisations extrêmement odorantes allant jusque dans la chambre. Pas de balai dans la douche, le pommeau de douche n'est pas bien fixé et le wifi ne marche pas tout le temps ou est très lent. Le matelas s'enfonçait et grincait. Les prises sont loins du lit. L'emplacement fait également que c'est très bruyant.

• Chris (9/5): "A little gem in Ouarzazate, Morocco" (3rd visit!) - This was my 3rd stay at the extremely clean Apartments looked after my Anas! Perfect location opposite the Supratours office & arrival/departure point and next to Gare Routiere and Petit/Grande taxi points!!! In winter there is a direct flight from London on Sundays and the 3 minute journey from the airport to the apartment for 25 dirhams (£2) per person is definitely a time saver!!! On arrival at Ouarzazate usuallyI take a taxi to the Bank of Africa (excellent exchange rate!), then a 5 minute walk to the "Orange Boutique Shop" to buy a SIM card for my Hotspot, next stop the 2 minute taxi ride to the Carrefour Supermarket to stock up on groceries, drinks (including alcohol!) etc then my final taxi for the 3 minute trip to the apartment where Anas was waiting to greet me for check-in. Petit taxis, cost only 5 dirham (£0.40) a trip per person anywhere in the city. So within an hour of "touchdown" from London I've changed my money, activated my hotspot, bought my supplies and checked in ready to start my holiday!!! 😂 Each apartment apartment has a SMART TV and excellent WiFi signal & air conditioned bedroom along with basic cooking facilities. Apart from my morning "cup of tea" in the apartment there are numerous cafe/snack bars opposite and if you already know of a good place to eat/drink just flag down a taxi for 40p!!!!😂. It's a 4hours 30 minutes Supratours bus ride to Marrakech (dep 0800, 0845 & 1545) for 100 dirham - reserve, the front seats for some spectacular views - all for 100 dh (£8) each way!!! Using Ouarzazate as a base certainly reduces the costs compared to stays in Marrakech or Agadir! Contact Anas at the apartment who speaks, English and is very helpful if you have any queries!! See you in February and thanks for a great stay!!
• Chris (9/5): "A LITTLE GEM IN OUARZAZATE, MOROCCO"  - The "3rd floor apartment" I spent 4 nights in was perfect for the job even when the temperature was 35°- 40° on all 4 days I was there!!! 😂  The air conditioning took care of the adequate twin bedroom and the fridge freezer kept the food and drink cool!!  With only the basic facilities, this apartment (hosted by "Anass") ticked all my boxes - a comfortable bed in an air conditioned room, fridge, small cooker to make my morning cup of tea and en suite facilities (Moroccan style!).  With taxis available during the day at 5 dirham per person (£0.40) rising to 7 dirham at night (£0.56) for anywhere, within the city certainly is handy if walking is not your thing!!!  Even the airport is only a 30 minute, walk away but a taxi has a special rate of only 25 dirham (£2) and it takes just 5 minutes.  Location of the apartment also excellent if you are using Supratours or CTM as the bus station is 30 seconds away!!! 😂  With Ryanair tickets at £12.99 from London twice a week in Tuesdays & Saturdays, a, short break at "Anass's" apartment completes the package for a few days break in the "real Morocco" away from the "hustle & bustle" of overpriced Marrakech or Agadir!!  Drop Anass a line on WhatsApp (he  speaks good English!) if you have, any queries! I'm back for a return visit in October when it's a bit cooler!!!!! 😂
