• KIN MING (8/5): Good location close to the Crown casino - Home appliances (washing machine), eating utensils, and bath towels adequately provided. Beds are very good and comfy. The shower and toilet a bit small for a 2 bedroom apartment. Drainage is not working well and we needed to stop the shower every now and then to enable water draining.
• Samantha (10/5): An amazing fuss free trip due to the accomodation and its location - The property was only an 8 minute walk to the casino and shopping. Having a Woolworths downstairs was very convenient. The place was spotless and had everything we needed. Great place to stay

• Michelle (8/5): Easy to get too. Simple process to get key - It was fine. Should have been supplied with 2 x keys and door fobs. Would have made things a lot easier when we weren’t all together

• Aqilah (5/5): Great location, cleanliness and ventilation in room 2 would probably deter us from booking again - The location was great because it was close to the city, there was great Asian supermarket, coffee shop and well stocked Woolies in the same building. The free parking was an added bonus! Ivy the owner was a good communicator. The bedding, sofa and other linens were seriously unclean with stains on it. The ventilation in the room on the left was non existent and the window wouldn’t stay open. This was an issue since it was summer and we couldn’t sleep well at night. The TV would not connect to the wifi this was annoying because we couldn’t access any streaming.

• Amanda (7/5): Great weekend for our 1st time in Melbourne, apartment was close to everything we needed. - Beds were very comfortable. Very easy to find and park the car. Host was very receptive to request to enter property early and make us feel very welcome. Water pressure was a bit lacking and lounge area not conductive to relaxing if you wanted to watch TV.
• Vivian (10/5): Exceptional - This property we staying is very clean, very good location, Woolworth and a restaurant on the ground floor of the building. Host Ivy is very helpful, very clear instructions provided on check in and check out. Will stay again in the future.

Very friendly and responsive owner who accommodated our needs when we asked to change our check in and check out times. The rooms were spacious and beds very comfortable. Bathroom, especially the shower was amazing. The view was also spectacular. Would definitely stay there again and recommend this place. Nothing to say.

• Alison (9/5): Lovely apartment with great amenities. - Very clean. Ideal location for us during our stay - we were attending a conference at Crown. It was an easy 10min walk. Supermarket close by. Great communication re key collection. Would have been great to have 2 keys - a key is required to lock the door as you leave.. I was staying with 2 friends and we were not always on the same schedule - sometimes I left after them so needed the key to lock up but they were back before me and didn't have a key to get back in.
