Guest Reviews
- Maria (8/5): -
- Martin (8/5): -
- Lothar (7/5): Als Zwischenstop geeignet.
- Guest (5/5): - nice location Owner never shared there was going to be a LIVE BAND playing outside of the window. I had booked this room to sleep immediately after a LONG day of travel and had to work around the owner's schedule. No compensation was offered, not even a glass of wine. Not too classy :(
- Tom (7/5): Would stay here again. Thank you! - Nice property. Cute decor inside the suite. Winery area looked inviting but we didn’t get to enjoy it unfortunately. Was labeled a Bed and Breakfast, but no breakfast offered. Could use some paint touch up. :)
Really needs a microwave for guests to use.
- Robert (5/5): Passable - no breakfast was provided room overlooking the vineyard, which was quite small in area.
- John (8/5): Well located stay for Sequoia National Park close to Fresno. - The whirlpool tub was the best! Water needed to be turned on due to work on the plumbing. A slight inconvenience that was remedied shortly after we arrived.
- George (10/5): Wonderful folks and great access to Kings Canyon - Great access to kings canyon. Beautiful view from patio behind winery. Very friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend booking this property. Perhaps a microwave.
- Ilana (10/5): Cozy Italian-style suite in a beautiful quiet vineyard. - The suite is furnished in an Italian style, reflecting its location on the Winery property.
This cozy suite features a hot tub (perfect for after a day of hiking in Sequoia Park).
The table is set with bottles of wine and glasses for sampling the winery's products.
In the morning, make yourself a coffee in the coffee maker provided in the kitchen and admire the magnificent view of the vineyard and mountains, relaxing in the quiet backyard.
- Marina (6/5): Pleasant - The suite was nicely decorated, like in the movies. It was very spacious especially the bathroom. The bed was confortable. Basic equipment was missing. The suite was very nice in the morning since it was in front of the main road. The windows were not very clean
- Don (10/5): Quiet, quiet, quiet, relaxing stay, plus the wine is wonderful! - 1960’s style farm home, Remote location off the beaten track. Small privately owned. Only three rooms to let. Staff there manly to tend vineyard and offer wine tasting. Very friendly and helpful.
- Chris (8/5): Very good - they do free wine tasting in season but we were out of season so we thought we'd miss out, but they left 2 bottles of their wine in the bungalow. There was a very nice resturant in walking distance. a few more coffee pods would have made it even better!
- Daniela (8/5): Very good -
- Paul (10/5): Exceptional -
- Don (9/5): Very good wine, quiet lodging - Very quiet location, well off in an agriculture area. You’re on your own 90% of the time, no reception or host around during the week. Wine tasting available on weekends. And their wine is very good!
- Linda (10/5): Exceptional -
- Emily (9/5): Superb -
- Lauren (10/5): Exceptional -
- Molly (9/5): Superb -
- Adriana (10/5): Exceptional - This place is super nice. We only stayed for one night and I’m sorry we didn’t organise for more. I liked the large rooms, the amazing bathroom with jacuzzi, the living room area. Comfortable and with everything you’d need as a tourist. We took the coffee outside on the terrace and we just admired the surroundings Our room was close to the road so if you’re a light sleeper may be uncomfortable.
- Mary (8/5): A very nice place for an overnight stay! - The room's decor was very nice & homey. The view was lovely. The bathroom/shower was exceptionally nice with a great supply of toiletries. The bed was very comfortable. The recommendations for restaurants for dinner (School House) and breakfast (Blossom Trail Cafe) were great! We were a bit disappointed that the tasting room was only open on Saturday & Sunday so we missed out on that.
- Rosie (9/5): Superb -
- Phillip (10/5): Exceptional - Perfect relaxing stay.
- Edward (10/5): A magical view from the balcony - The view from the balcony (of the wine makers suite) is amazing. It was such a beautiful place to spend time.
- Kate (9/5): Superb -
- Tt (3/5): Disappointing - It was listed as a Bed and Breakfast. What’s the meaning of that if there is no breakfast. The place has absolutely no soundproofing and sits on a noisy highway. Even though earplugs were provided, it’s impossible to sleep through the highway noise.
The bathroom is huge but a very poor layout with barely room to open your arms in the shower area. Kitchen is virtually unusable with no shelf space.
We booked for two nights but could not sleep the first night. And so, we left after one night to another place. It’s okay if I don’t get a refund but this place needs to be properly advertised for what it is and what it is not.
- Gianni (8/5): Very good -
- Jeffrey (7/5): Add a microwave and a mattress cover - Tranquil. The young man working at the winery was very helpful and courteous. We were surprised to find what looked like a wonderful restuarant within walking distance of the property. So we regretted having satisfied our hunger with some fastfood. There was a strange noise for some sort of nearby factory the continued all night long. Hard bed. A simple cover would have been nice. No microwave. The place is isolated - which is nice - but that also means no simple food options. No television - but my wife and I enjoyed our quiet conversation. The email did not include the passcode for our room.
- Kyriakos (8/5): Very good - Really cute country vineyard Our specific room (zinfandel) faces a main road, so if noise is a concern, please bear it in mind. In our case, we were able to sleep fine
- Adrienne (4/5): Disappointing -
- Ianina (10/5): Exceptional - Best experience ever.
Charming place, great atmosphere, fast WiFi for my son
- Frank (9/5): Superb -
- Viacheslav (9/5): Superb -
- Viola (9/5): Superb - The house is really good and the location on the vineyard is cool.
The host is so friendly and available in case of need, so appreciated. Our room was in front of the main road and the noise during the night was strong. If you are sensible to noise better to choose the inside view rooms available.
- Rodrigo (8/5): Nice room in a small vineyard - Very friendly and responsive staff. They were working with noisy machinery nearby very early on and woke us up.
- Richard (9/5): Superb -
- Robin (10/5): Book now! - Absolutely delightful stay! The tasting room stayed open late for us, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the view from the deck was stunning! The owner went over and above! Don’t be fooled by the curb appeal, the Winemaker’s Suite is great!
- Anna (8/5): Very good -
- Diletta (9/5): Superb - Location
