Kirsty (9/5): Nice room, clean and comfortable. Decent size for a couple. - The room is spotlessly clean and the bed very comfortable. Easy to get in and out using the access codes etc we were given before arrival. Excellent communication from hosts. Sadly due to travel difficulties caused by Heathrow closure on 21st March leading to significant delays we arrived in time on 23rd March to use the room for only a few hours to rest and freshen up, however the hosts have been incredibly accommodating and very easy to communicate with throughout. Price very reasonable and easy to organise with hosts. Noisy location, but nothing earplugs couldn't solve. Not a deal breaker.
Jeanette (4/5): Okay - Location was good. Easy access with codes. We didn't receive the internet access until halfway through our stay. It really should be provided at the same time as the access code for the building, so that any issues with the access could be sorted out easily. On booking.com it stated that there was one large double bed, but it was too small for two friends to share. The host informed us that they promote the bed as a single bed, but despite knowing two guests were arriving, the sofa bed was not made up on arrival. We were asked to make it up ourselves, so service was indeed lacking. The kitchenette was sparsely equipped and the dishes were not clean.
Williams (9/5): Would stay again and again and again! - The hosts were super attentive and quick to respond to all our needs! The facility was clean and the jacuzzi was amazing! I loved the place! So spacious and perfect for a traveling family with many things nearby.
