• Iryna (10/5): При можливості обов'язково відвідаємо знов - Місце було тихим, власник привітним. Розташування зручне, недалеко від станції метро. Ми орендували авто, місце для паркування авто на території є. Нам залишили комплімент (пиво і колу). В будиночку є абсолютно все для комфортного перебування. Недалеко є Лідл і Консум.

Huge thanks to Manuel and his wife which helped us a lot, beautiful home villa with swimming pool, radiators work really well as well as water gas for shower, everything was phenomenal. nothing. everything was amazing.

• Vadim (7/5): - The train station is nearby, and you can reach the city center in 30-40 minutes. There is a nice courtyard with bbq and the shared pool (we were in April, so it was very cold). The host is friendly and responsive. All the furniture is quite old. There is zero noise isolation, every single door makes such a noise that you cannot sleep if someone still doesn't. The train line is very close, so it's noisy at night if you open the window. I don't recommend this house if you are noise sensitive. Bathrooms require cleaning and maintenance. Bed pillows are very tough. The blanket is dirty, but there is no proper duvet cover, so you always try to not touch it while you sleep. There is no kettle in the kitchen for some reason.

• Albrecht (10/5): Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Wenn wir wieder nach Valencia kommen, werden wir wieder hier wohnen. - Sehr gute ruhige Lage, wenn man außerhalb vom Zentrum wohnen möchte bei guter Verkehrsanbindung - mit dem Auto 30 Minuten ins Zentrum - außerdem gibt es einen S-Bahnhof in der Nähe. Super nette Betreuung durch die Gastgeber.

• Lilian (10/5): Wir waren mehr als zufrieden! - Das Haus war besonders gut ausgestattet, von Handseife bis Toilettenpapier. Alles war schön sauber. Der Besitzer war jederzeit ansprechbar und hilfsbereit. Wir haben nicht wirklich etwas auszusetzen. Das einzige, was schade war, war dass sich scheinbar viele Mücken unter der gemütlichen Couchecke draußen angesiedelt haben, die wir auch mit viel Spray nicht verscheuchen konnten.

• Lea (7/5): Gemütliches Haus, weiter zu empfehlen - Pool, Grillstelle, Räume Küchenzubehör könnte besser sein. Unangenehm war der wiederkehrende Geruch -Kanalisation? Baustelle?

• Irene (9/5): - La piscina es estupenda, Manuel también muy atento, vivía al lado así que lo teníamos a mano y le podíamos consultar cualquier cosa, estaba muy limpio y tenía de todo lo necesario para una buena estancia, todos los detalles muy bien cuidados, se nota que han pensado muy bien en todo para que esté perfecto y no eches nada en falta. Nuestra casa era la que tenía mas bajita la vaya y yo me sentía un poco expuesta, aunque realmente casi nunca había nadie en la piscina, pero si eché de menos un poco mas de intimidad, por el resto todo bien
• Maria (10/5): - Pasamos unos dias maravillosos, vale cada euro pagado. La casa esta muy bien, la piscina es una belleza y la atencion de Manuel excelente pendiente para cualquier cosa que necesite, es como un hotel te ponen toalla de piscina y ducha y sabanas limpias y planchadas y un poco de lo necesario en lel baño, la cocina y zona de lavado para los primeros dias. Tenemos muchas ganas de volver.

A few minutes walk to Valencia la Vella metro stop.(No ticket machine at this stop - tickets purchased at a stop when you get off at destination station. Riba Roja de turia metro station a few minutes in the car or 2 stops away has a ticket vending machine)Recommend a car if staying as nearest supermarkets are a few kilometres away or alternatively use the metro!). About 20ish minutes from Valencia on the metro. Great place for the quiet relaxing holiday. Nothing.
• Manon (10/5): Een heerlijke plek voor je gezin! - De accommodatie was mooi. Een ruim huis met een heerlijk zwembad. De service van Manuel was super! Als er iets was, hielp hij meteen en we konden ook bij hem terecht met informatie over het ov en restaurants!

• Fiona (10/5): Stunning villa - Beautiful villa with a stunning pool. This villa exceeded our expectations. We were a little concerned it was going to be too far away from Valencia, but the metro made it easy (every 30mins). I think they did stop at 10.30pm though. Nice to have a quiet, peaceful place to come back to. Lidl only 2 metro stops away, which was handy. Manuel was very helpful.
• Floriane (10/5): Exceptional - Amazing location right next to the metro station, close to the airport but not so close as to be bothered by the noise. Fantastic villa with a well-equipped kitchen, huge terrace and a big shared pool surrounded by palm trees. The host welcomed us warmly and was helpful throughout our stay. 10/10!

• Greiti (9/5): Wonderful and we would stay again :) - Everything one would need for a long or short stay was there. The house was next to train tracks, which wasn’t too much of a problem, but being a light sleeper, it took a week to get used to them whizzing by at night time.
• Daryna (10/5): Exellent place for family (short business stay)and relaxation - I just want to recommend this nice quiet place for staying. We like the property, rooms , yard , possibly to do your own grill and use your own kitchen once in a while ( especially for breakfast)the owners are very sweet and nice people. Good location, very close to Valencia ( Mislata 15 min), has a sub ( metro ) station near by , definitely will be back .
• Fiona (10/5): We stayed to deal with business locally - but would happily return for leisure - Wonderful, spacious indoors and outdoors. Pool area was spectacular (although too cold to use when we were there). Hosts we super friendly and helpful Short walk to jump on the metro to get into Valencia and all its charms. Not a problem for us but a car is a must to get to shops - which are only ten minutes away by car. You could stay here without as metro would bring you direct from airport but then nothing really in walking distance to get supplies. BUT it’s a little oasis of lovely accommodation and super outside areas to chill ax in
• Birger (9/5): Awesome! - The Place was amazing. I booked it for the last preparation of the Valencia Marathon. It was an abundant oasis to relax before going into the storm! Manuel was very welcoming and professional host. I liked the Lounge bed and the Cold pool the most! No comments here. Todo perfecto
