Gina (10/5): Muy buenas instalaciones y atención maravillosa. - Las instalaciones son muy agradables, la piscina y zona de spa es moderna y muy cómoda (está incluido en la tarifa), la habitación estaba en muy buenas condiciones y limpia, el desayuno es tipo buffet muy variado y la zona tranquila. Pero lo que nos haría regresar fue la atención del personal, su amabilidad y disposición fue maravillosa, nos sentimos muy bien en toda la estadía.

Recomiendo también el almuerzo en el restaurante la chimenea y el club del piso 10 La limpieza del jacuzzi, el día martes 11 que estuvimos entre las 10 am y 12 m estaba muy sucio, cosa que no pasaba con la piscina que sí estaba en excelentes condiciones de limpieza al igual que el sauna y el turco.

Es empfiehlt sich beim Frühstück nach einem Cappuccino zu fragen, ansonsten bekommt man "nur" einen Kannenkaffee. Der beste Cappuccino ever! Bei der Minibar schien auf, dass ich ein Getränk konsumiert habe, was ich aber nicht habe. Es war jedoch kein Problem das wieder von der Rechnung zu löschen.

Generally I am satisfied with the room. - Here is a list of good things about this hotel: + Breakfast good + Dinner is good + Close to airport + Fast Check-out + Good fitness and swimming pool. + Free airport transport. + Service is good, they did help me when I needed it. Here is a list of things about this hotel can improve: - Room has an outdated furniture style, furniture is worn and torn. It looks old and looks like something from the 60'ies. - Wall paper is the room is something from 60'ies, not even modern. - No USB plugs on wall. - No international power plugs. - Window is not really sound proof, I can hear all the plane constantly. - Door is not noise isolated, I can hear everything outside. - Heater in room doesn't work. - Shower is very slow to warm water up. As an Engineer, this hotel has a problem with bad indoor climate. This is a common issue with all Central American and South American with all the countries hotels / houses / apartments. The ventilation in the shower / bathroom is blowing inside the rest of the room and not outside. That accumulate humidity and therefore smell and risk of mould infection. In most of European countries, all the air in the room is sucked out from a central system, so all the air in the bathroom with humidity gets removed and lead directly outside. This is actually an easy fix, and it is not expensive, you need to install one pump, and connect all the room air pipes with one single pipe to outside.

Francisco (2/5): Caro, pésimo servicio, mejor la competencia - No quedé muy satisfecho, la cama es cómoda, y ya No falto quedarme dos semanas para que tuviera problemas desde el check in… bañera tapada, no servicio al cuarto, no cambio de ropa de cama después de 3 días, servicio despectivo en recepción (poco cortés y poco solucionado a los problemas, en especial la chica crespa). Fatal. Al menos había habitaciones disponible, eso sí, clóset no es el fuerte tampoco, había cama, fin. Ruido extremo! Petardos estallando por el costado de la habitación, los vidrios dejaban pasar todo el ruido, desde aviones hasta la gente que pasaba y gritaba… nada pensado para descansar. Los conectores en la habitación lo suficientemente incómodos, tocó correr la mesa de noche para poder conectar los celulares. Por el precio que pagué, hay opciones muchísimo mejores, váyanse a otro lado.
