• Isabelle (7/5): Un peu déçus par l’environnement très bruyant - Très belle vue, terrasse agréable Route très passante avec camions bruyants jour et nuit dommage d’être dans la nature avec ce bruit permanent Ensemble assez vétuste Propreté a améliorer, pièces très humides avec odeurs désagréables malgré les efforts du propriétaire qui a mis des appareils pour diminuer l’humidité

• DN BHAT (9/5): Like our own house <3 - Overall just so good and the host very helping in solving our problem while staying there. Love the house, kitchen and tools very useful for a big family to stay and cooking there. Surely we will come to stay again! Highly recommended for every traveller. Nothing.

• nicola (9/5): - This place is such good value, we went as 3 families to take part in the TMBT and it was totally fit for purpose. Great for the 12km finishing on Tambatuon and the 7km starting and finishing in Kundasang. Not flashy but functional! The noodle soup shop at bottom of hill was good value. Was a bit in the middle of nowhere, but still if you don't mind a bit of a drive good base!

• Haaken (8/5): Great location away from main town, has everything you need and an amazing view to boot! - Pretty easy to find, lots of amenities inside and water provided in fridge, etc. Key access was easy enough. Simple restaurant across road, very lovely view of Mt. Kinabalu and quiet at night except for a little road noise. Rooms large and beds comfortable. Balcony very nice. A lot of insects, but hard to control that one so we understand. Hot water could have been better, was difficult to get a warm shower. Would also be good if washrooms had a sink inside.
• Peng (7/5): Good - The views were the BEST during our entire trip in KK. Plenty of stars and quiet, away from the city area. Sunrise was amazing too. Though sheets and living room had a musty, damp smell, the place had everything we needed.
• Xiaobai (9/5): Simple yet soulful - Perfect place for 5-7 pax. Equipped well especially if you plan to arrange your own food for cooking, steamboat or bbq as there is a well prepped kitchen. It's also located in a more private-ish area so its peaceful and you get your own space and whats more you have a perfect view of Mount Kinabalu.

• Mohammad (10/5): Exceptional - The view is awesome. Place are quiet and peaceful, near to main road but not to noisy. Still acceptable. My family love and kids really like it. Insects inside house, but its normal coz u are not in town or hotel.
• Yune (4/5): Couldn't wait to leave the house. - The mountain view on balcony The place was not easily accessible with muddy path leading to the house, and we were not given clear direction by the host upon arrival. This house should be more ready for guests instead of the current condition; it was dirty and full of insects at all 3 room entrances, the UV lights were filled with insects. The rooms, fridge and kitchen were dirty too.

• Dini (5/5): Passable - Location was perfect. Sunrise view was perfect. Love the scenery in the morning throughout the afternoon. Friendly neighbour. Too many insects throughout the evening. Suggesting insect repellent, mosquito nets, etc. Fridge and microwave. Gates surrounding the property for safety. Stairs modification, less steep, indoor stairs perhaps. Sinks and shelves in the bathroom.
• Gan (8/5): Great option - There were many rooms. There is a nice stall and the scenery there during sunset is breathtaking. A bit too many insects.
