• Simon (9/5): Very central flat in Vienna - Very good location and the flat is nice too, we were five person and it was ok. It’s just a bit difficult to find if you’re there the first time (and it’s dark)
• Wiltrut (6/5): - Lage und Preis waren gut. Wohnung relativ ruhig trotz EG. Küchengeräte und Geschirrspüler vorhanden. Schimmel in der Dusche, Kanalgeruch im Bad. Wenig Klopapier und zu wenig Geschirrspültabs für eine Woche. Schlafzimmer relativ hell.
• Darren (8/5): - The location was excellent, the facilities were good. Overall a nice experience. The floor was dirty. the rest of the apartment was clean. The toilet was not in the same room as the bathroom. There was an electric clicking noise which during the night was a bit disturbing. But the rest was excellent 👍 The sleeping cushions can be more comfortable.

• Melanie (6/5): - Die Größe der Unterkunft war sehr gut für 4 Personen und die Kommunikation lief zügig und reibungslos ab An der Sauberkeit der Unterkunft hat es leider an vielen Stellen gemangelt. Der Boden war nicht sauber, in der Dusche gibt es Schimmel und das Wasser in der Dusche lief nicht richtig ab. Das wurde auf Nachfrage jedoch schnell behoben. Die Spiegel sind nicht sauber, die Schlafzimmertüre kann man nicht schließen und das Geschirr in der Spülmaschine war nicht sauber und nicht ausgeräumt. Auch der Backofen sieht von innen schrecklich aus. Es ist sehr schade, dass die Sauberkeit der Unterkunft so vernachlässigt wird, da die Unterkunft an sich sehr schön ist und man einiges daraus machen könnte.

• Ina (8/5): Good for a family of three or four with everything you need. Nice location. - Close to one of the main stations in the city and to the Prater. Comfortable beds. Enough space The drain in the bath was clogged.
• Gina (5/5): Άνετο σε καλή τοποθεσία. - Άνετο. Η εμπειρία μας ήταν ικανοποιητική, ωστόσο η καθαριότητα θα μπορούσε να είναι καλύτερη. Επίσης, υπήρχε προφανώς κάποιο πρόβλημα με τα υδραυλικά, καθώς το νερό στο ντους δεν απορροφούνταν σωστά.

Домакините отговаряха бързо на запитванията. Липса на ютия, тоалетна хартия и тоалетен сапун в санитарните помещения.
• Lora (10/5): Great location - Very convenient location. Nice apartment with comfortable bed. Great ratio price/location/amenities. We didn’t have any towels left during the first day, which is very inconvenient, neither the coffee machine was there, but on the next day all was sorted out. Cleaning service could be improved.
• Aljona (6/5): - Good location. Internet worked fine. Comfortable beds. Appliances worked fine. Coffemachine was missing for some reason. No noise from the neighbours. Everything was very dusty. We had to clean the floor and other surfaces. No hand towels in the bathroom kitchen and toilet. Only 1 personal towel per person. When we arrived, there was only one last sheet of toiletpaper on the roll. Mop and bucket were left dirty standing in the corner.
• Nika (5/5): Do yourself a favor and pay this amount of money to a place that values it. - The location is good if you are visiting Vienna for ECR. But I can't say the same for the rest. Actually, next year I will not be choosing them. - The room was supposed to have a hair dryer. I had to send them pictures of the toilet and the rooms showing them there is no hair dryer only for them to bring one the next day. I needed it on the first night. - There are only two tiny spring blankets on the bed, which are suitable if you are under 160 cm. The apartment does not have insulation, so there is quite a draft from the bathroom and the toilet. If you're going to set the thermostat to 20 degrees, the least you can do is put a winter blanket on the bed. - There are two completely worn-out IKEA pillows on the bed; even putting them together doesn't make one proper pillow. - They disconnected the internet on my last day. - As if 10:00 isn't already an early checkout time, they arrived at the door at 9:45 and tried to enter the room multiple times while I was inside. I had to open the door and tell them to stop bothering me—I still had 5 more minutes to leave.
• Romina (9/5): Superb - Short distance from metro and Pratar. Good communication with host, who was very helpful and replies immediately. Washer, fridge, heating, shower all clean and functional. Also spatious anough for 5. Thank you 😊 A shelf where to put soap in the shower would make it perfect, but otherwise we were all happy. Family of 5

• Janifer (10/5): If we’re coming again to Vienna, we’ll definitely book this place again. - Location is perfect, close to Prater and train stations. Facilities are in good condition. Only one or two station away from city centre. McDonalds, Billa (supermarket) and bakery are just 5-10 minutes walk. Quiet residence area. The apartment is exactly at the ground floor so u don’t have to climb any stairs at all. Beds are good. Host is responsive. The door lock can be tricky sometimes. We managed to resolved the problem somehow. So it’s not a major thing.
