Si trova a 700 mt dall'indirizzo dichiarato, lo staff non ha dato indicazioni riguardo l'indirizzo esatto, nonostante la mia esplicita richiesta. I bagni non sono 2 ma solo 1. Una camera ha la doccia in stanza, senza alcuna privacy. I letti non sono matrimoniali, ma una piazza e mezzo
• Carlos (8/5): Estancia cómoda - Sobre todo la situación, súper cerca del centro y principales visitas a la zona centro. Quizás por decir algo el apartamento necesita una pequeña actualización que mejore un poco las instalaciones, un ‘ lavar la cara ‘. Pero por lo general está bastante bien. Haría falta que en la descripción quedara más claro que solo tiene un WC, ya que no es que tenga 2 baños si no que en una habitación de matrimonio han metido una ducha y un lavabo.
• Ralf (8/5): Für einen Städtetrip absolute TOP-Lage. - Sehr zentrale, ruhige Lage. Gute Betten. Gut ausgestattete Küche. Gefüllte Kaffeemaschine. Frühstücksmöglichkeiten direkt gegenüber vom Appartement. Leider nur ein separates Badezimmer und ein separates WC. Riesiger Fernseher ohne Funktionsbeschreibung und nur mit eigenem „Amazon/ Netfix“-Account funktionsfähig. Fliesen vor dem Kamin gebrochen (Verletzungsgefahr). Sitzmöglichkeiten teilweise beschädigt.

We checked out late at evening Pillows not comfortable at all The place is dark, only few internal windows with few light coming in No possibility to leave the luggage in check out, and Sunday most of places are closed in Wien

• Mike (7/5): Fantastic location! - The location is fantastic. The flat is clean and well maintained. The property is basic. The furniture is scant and makes little sense. It’s like it has been furnished by students using any old thing they can find rather than what the place needs. There is a lack of hanging space and storage but this is all made up for by the amazing location. The lighting is terrible - the flat is quite dark so you need the lights but they are like turning on arc lights!! This could be solved by adding some lamps but the owners don’t seem keen on this simple solution. All good for a short stay but I wouldnt stay here for more that a few nights.

• Mark (10/5): Convenient city centre stay in Vienna. - Spacious apartment in old building. Great location close to central tourist attraction and local shops, restaurants and bars. Quiet, with well equipped kitchen. Large screen TV. Fast WiFi. Helpful owners.

Very helpful staff - came to help with finding iron immediately. Pillows not very comfortable- no neck support. Not a lot of ventilation in the toilet and bathroom.
• Menno (8/5): Excellent location and value for money. - A spaceous apartment at walking distance from Stephansplatz in a classy, antique apartment building. The apartment is at the lower level and daylight only anters through light shafts, there is no view. The apartment has been nicely renovated but most of the furnishings are a bit flimsy. The two bedrooms are large, one of them has a shower stall and wash stand inside. There also is a bathroom with bath, a kitchen and a living room. The beds were excellent. The coffee machine grinds beans and peoduces great coffee! The lighting in all rooms except the kitchen is harsh, with naked bulbs attached to the ceiling.

• Patrick (5/5): Passable - Decent location, not what was advertised,, nice living room however Temperature control not good, not two bathrooms as advertised, in one room, not toilet and the shower was inside the actual bedroom, so it steamed up the room. No microwave oven in kitchen. No fan in the tiny toilet room, your knees hit the wall in from of you, location was not accurate, very misleading. Disappointed
