- Fook Soon (8/5): - I liked the apartment — it was spacious, and the location was very convenient for tourists. The apartment was also very clean and comfortable. The ground floor key holder was quite difficult to close. I tried several times but was unable to secure the cover properly. It might be a good idea to replace it with a more user-friendly key holder for the convenience of future guests.
- Thomas (8/5): Good apartment , perfectly positioned for tourists as tours generally pick up just across the road - Perfect location, central to everything. Only one toilet and that is in bathroom with shower - inconvenient for a 3 bedroom apartment.
- Lisa (7/5): We really enjoyed our stay at clock apartment and the responsiveness of owners was swift. - The property appeared to be newly renovated with lovely furnishings and very comfy beds and blankets and sheets. Kitchen was well equipped with thoughtful additions of plenty of coffee, tea, cooking oil and plenty of cleaning equipment. Laundry again well equipped with washing machines and dryer. Very spacious living and dining area and all bedrooms had plenty of hanging space and room for two people.the apartment was across the road from the snow centre and very central so great if you are without a car . You can walk to everything. The steep stairs from the street to the second floor apartment may not be for everyone. 36 steps . Hard for even a young fit family to bring big suitcases up.
The negative side of being central and close to snow centre is if you are a lite sleeper. Buses and traffic starts very early (5am) and I was woken most mornings. Not a big deal if you are getting up to ski anyway.
Again being central fantastic close to everything including the pubs ! Can get noisy with those departing.
There was no heating in two of the bedrooms so if you want to close doors for privacy , can get cold.
Also , ran out of hot water n most nights returning from ski slopes.however there were 5 of us staying.
- Michael (9/5): Superb - Great apartment spacious and in excellent condition. Close to everything worth doing in Queenstown. Too many stairs so challenging for the less mobile.
