Sophie is an amazing human and helping so many of her family and friends to get education and opportunities to thrive in Tanzania. She will go out of her way to help you!
Gatwiri (10/5): Beautiful home, lovely hosts, excellent stay. - The house was clean and comfortable with many cool chill spots and beautiful gardens. The location was perfect, just next to the road yet queit and peaceful. The surrounding neighborhood is perfect for a relaxing walk on run. Sophie's sister was so warm and lovely, we felt at home the moment we stepped on the compound. Sophie too is such a happy soul. We all really enjoyed our stay and will be back. The breakfast portions were small.
Raasch (9/5): Vielen Dank für Alles! - Unglaublich nettes Personal, haben uns mitten in der Nacht spontan aufgenommen, weil unser eigentlich gebuchtes Homestay nicht existierte. Auch ansonsten sehr zuvorkommend. Sie wollten uns unbedingt Frühstück zubereiten, auch wenn wir um 7 Uhr losmussten.
Stella (9/5): Amazing stay - we will come again! - Sophie was a great host! She was super friendly and helped us arrange everything we needed. We felt very welcome and at home with her. All the staff was very friendly and the service was great. Overall the best stay we had in Tanzania The rooms were a little small and the water pressure could have been better, but these are complaints on a very high level.

Jan (10/5): When I arrived I felt instantly at home. The way Sophie has decorated her home, the warm welcome and green gardens were - The place was quiet with all kinds of birds in the garden. It is tastefully decorated with comfy corners to relax. And Sophie is a superb host! I liked everything about the place

Sophie war sehr hilfreich (sowohl in Bezug auf unsere gebuchte Tour bei ihr als auch bei jeglichen nötigen Fahrten). Das Essen dort war phantastisch, sowohl das Frühstück als auch das Abendessen. Unser Zimmer war gut und das Bett sehr bequem und groß. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in Sophies homestay sehr genossen. Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team!

Michelle (10/5): Relaxing and welcoming country oasis. - Warm, welcoming staff, lovely family atmosphere, delicious breakfasts (included) and dinners(reasonably priced), very comfortable room with bathroom, and host Sophie arranged tours from property. WiFi works best in the dining room. Country setting. Highly recommended. Property is located quite some distance from the town of Moshi. Taxi and motorcycle transport is readily available.

Annabella (10/5): Kind and courteous - Sophie was very nice and very accommodating. Before we even arrived, she anticipated that we might need dinner on our arriving date. So she asked us. For explanation, we exchanged numbers before arrival. The dinner was very delisous as all the food they served. We had to clean some of our cloth. She even offered, for a very small amount, to wash our cloth. If we want to do it ourself, she offered that we can use her backyard to do so. It was a vey good stay and we did not miss anything while being there.

Isabelle (9/5): Superb - Sophie and her family are very welcoming. The place is cosy, decorated with taste and clean. They organised dinner, which was delicious and healthy. The breakfast was also very good, mainly with local products. Highly recommended if you want a Tanzanian experience and meet people! Check the place location, its a bit outside town if you don't have your own transport. There's cheap transport available if needed.
