A short walk away from the harbour and shops, but quiet and peaceful l - Spacious, comfortable, clean and quiet A few things were missing in the kitchen, we’d have loved a couple of smaller sharp knives and a few more small glasses and cups.

• Alastair (6/5): Well located - The property is well located and clean, this place accepts dogs and to its credit you can’t tell in terms or any smells etc. The mattress (single bed) was well used and could ideally do with replacement, I had a couple of average sleeps.
• Julie (10/5): Perfect little retreat near the harbour in Wells! - Lovely quiet road a short 5 minutes walk to the quay. The property was perfect for our needs. Super clean, bright airy and comfy with everything you could possibly need. Off road parking for two cars. My dog absolutely loved watching passers by from the Juliette balcony in the living area! We are regular visitors to Wells and will definitely stay here again! 🙂 No negatives! Everything was perfect!
• Sally (8/5): Apart from the above, the flat was fine - Breakfast not included We found it difficult to find the property. There is no name on the house, the description and map provided did not make it obvious which house we were looking for. Even though the cleaner was there she spoke little English and wrongly told us the house was not the one we were looking for. Fortunately one of the neighbours appeared and confirmed which house we were looking for. Otherwise I think we would not have found it

• Christine (9/5): - Great location and really good value for money especially as there is no extra fees for the dogs, we will stay here again next time we come to Wells, but probably will stay in the ground floor apartment. The kitchen is well equipped No garden or outside space

• Drusilla (9/5): Lovely for a weekend away from ilthe hustle or life. - The property was perfect for a short break . It was clean and in a quiet location away from the holiday crowds. The hosts were easy to contact if necessary. It would have been nice to have more tea and coffee and condiments.

• Vicki (8/5): Lovely relaxing stay apart from 5 hours ! - Convenient location to the town Unfortunately on the Saturday evening a house in the local area has such loud music it disrupted our evening , stopped at approx 11pm but for 5 hours plus the noise was awful

• Sandra (9/5): Perfect weekend away with friends the accommodation had everything we wanted and was in the perfect - Amazing warm, cozy very clean flat, would definitely book again. This is not criticism but an observation, the bath mat was very slippy, maybe some mat / rug gripper would just do the job.

• Michelle (9/5): Lovely short break - Central to the town. Clean and comfortable. The position of the TV means you need the volume on quite high whilst on the settee. We were mindful of disturbing neighbours but couldn’t hear it otherwise.

• Cathy (8/5): Perfect for two friends. - A short walk to the quay and shops. Separate bathrooms for both bedrooms. Well equipped and comfortable flat. Bottom step of stairs much deeper than the rest so a hazard when walking down. Slipshod paint job would look better if refreshed. Showers tend to spray out of the cubicle. Double bed uneven mattress.

Beautifully decorated, clean - added extras fab like tea, coffee, washing up liquid etc. Already planning to come back next year - just hope you have availability! We really struggled to find the house - I don’t believe the house had its name on it (might be helpful for others for the future)

• Lea (6/5): Pleasant - The house was decorated and styled well It was an ex council house converted into three flats, and is obviously located on an ex council estate. There were no flat numbers on the walls, so you have to guess which is your apartment There is a garage in the garden but you can't shut the door on it (we wanted to store our bikes in there) as a lump of concrete been dumped there. The TV didn't work properly for duration of stay, kept missing reception
• Helen (10/5): Exceptional - Super place, Super communication with the hosts, no complaints at all. Will hopefully book the place again sometime, but for a longer stay next time.
• Juliet (8/5): A fabulous place to unwind and enjoy Wells. - A lot to like. Great location - short walk from the quay. Everything someone would need in a rental. Comfortable. Furnishings lovely. Really well thought out when it comes to cooking requirements etc, soap at all sinks, dishwasher tablets, tea and coffee etc. I am sorry to say that it was dirty. I don’t mean quick cleans like bedding , towels,surfaces and floors - these were perfect. But in a long term way - the kitchen sink was tea stained and brown as were the cups, the showers and shower mats were brown, mouldy and the plug hole in one bathroom so clogged the shower was overflowing .

Delayed response from hosts when telephoned, resulting in us waiting in the area for 45 minutes to confirm it was, in fact, the correct property, plus we needed the key code number to gain access TV did not work properly. This appears to be an ongoing issue. Cleaning not to a high standard, mould in the shower, and cobweb

• Gary (9/5): Lovely stay - The location is excellent and only a 5 - 10 minute walk from the harbour. Co-Op supermarket is a 10 minute walk or a short drive away. The apartment is spacious and we stayed in the 2 bedroom upstairs one which had ample parking. Would definitely stay again. There is a Chinese takeaway 200 yards along the road which we found handy as if you know Wells you will know the chip shops and restaurants close quite early for some strange reason. Small hiccup on arrival but was dealt with speedily by the owners so no need to expand any further. A washing machine would be a useful addition to an otherwise well equipped apartment

Well Crab House Restaurant was a lovely place to enjoy late night seafoods. Holkham Beach serenity satisfied my natural taste of tranquility. I love it there. I would definitely patronize them on another visit Air freshener would have been provided especially in the toilets

• Xanne (8/5): Very good - The property was easy to find, in a good location for us and nice and quiet. Heating was easy to operate and responsive. The property was in good condition and nicely decorated. Beds were comfortable and towels nice and soft. The only issue was the TV which was a complete waste of time and just didn't want to work. As we were there in March it wasn't ideal when we wanted an evening in. It either needs sorting out or the property needs to be listed without a TV.
• Debbie (9/5): Fully equipped appartment, ideally situated with every thing for self catering - Spotless apartment with all you need for a short stay. Very dog friendly and well equipped kitchen. Lovely large soft towels!
