• Julie (8/5): Good - The safety Towels and toilet paper should be replenished on a daily basis. We had to request for this and on the last day of our stay there were no towels
• Carolina (6/5): Was OK - Size of apartment, washing machine Needs some serious maintenance. Handles falling off, taps very wobbly, balcony doors don't lock. Check in was poor, no record of booking, made to wait over half an hour to get into room. Payment was dodgy, wasn't going to honour price quoted by booking.com, didn't have change for cash.

• Au5tink (10/5): Exceptional all around - Everything was exceptional There was confusion at check-in with the reservation price and payment method but it was resolved by the time we checked out.

• Tai (9/5): Pleasant and relaxing - Loved the inviting aroma of the reception area, the soothing music in the lift. The view from the room was simply breathtaking 😊. Great amenities. The staff were extremely pleasant. The sofa was a bit too low for our liking. We had issues with internet connection towards the end of our stay, which was later resolved. Breakfast was not included in our price.

• Jessica (8/5): Great value and location for a fully furnished modern apartment in Kigali. - Great value for a comfortably furnished 2 bedroom apartment, modern design, air conditioning, good location, nighttime city view, laundry machine, well equipped kitchen, pool and gym. Restaurant and bar on premises. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Staff were courteous and professional. Good parking for large vehicle. Housekeeping was good but has room for improvement. Only one bath towel provided for three guests. They provided two more upon request, but did not replace one after cleaning. Only one key card was issued due to high occupancy.
