- Carole (10/5): I would stay at the Towne whenever I am in the Columbus area, excellent facility - the location was in a good location for the event we attended, also the full kitchen and the room size was great, the staff was very professional and friendly. there were more amenities than at large chain facilities we have stayed in the past. I found nothing that did not meet my needs

- Aguayo (8/5): This hotel is hospitable, helpful, clean, comfortable, and generous! - The staff was so friendly and very helpful when it came to a couple of hiccups during our stay. They were quick to resolve any issues and made sure we knew that we were valued as guests. Our room was quiet, clean, and very comfortable! The TV has Netflix that you can sign into, and the kitchen is equipped with cooking utensils and pots/pans. They even have more kitchen equipment that you can borrow at the front desk, such as a blender and a rice cooker, and more. I loved that they had oat milk available for the coffee and the front lobby, but I would love to see at least a couple of substantial vegan options at the breakfast. All I could really eat was toast or pre packaged grits. I wish they at least had cooked potatoes or steel cut oats, but each day it was eggs and bacon or sausage.
