Čistoća bi trebala biti bolja (dlake u wc-u, mjesecima nakupljena prašina na frižideru, fleke po kuhinjskim elementima) , a i fleksibilnost po pitanju late check-in a! Late check in je suvremeni standard i postoji pregršt opcija kako da se sigurno odradi po pitanju gosta i iznajmljivača, no ovdje ukoliko dolazite iza 21h naplaćuju po tarifi od 10€/h pa uzmite to u obzir prilikom planiranja dolaska.
• Elisa (8/5): Soggiorno piacevole e tranquillo - L'appartamento è ampio e confortevole. La posizione è ottima e in una zona tranquilla. L'host ci ha accolto nel migliore dei modi e ci ha dato tutte le informazioni utili. L'appartamento ha grande potenziale e l'unica cosa che potrebbe essere migliorata è la pulizia. Sicuramente torneremo!
• Lora (5/5): Could be much better - Great location & very spacious apartment. Quiet area in the middle of the city centre, has good amenities. Nice views. Property has great potential, would be brilliant if it was kept in a bit better condition. Cleanliness was not up to a standard, hair from previous guests everywhere, had to re-wash the towels before using them.. The state of the white carpet in the living room is like it has outlived more than 100 parties, even tho apartment add strictly says no parties; chewing gums stuck onto it + billion stains - equals to the floor of the parking lot in from of the building. Water could not heat for the whole duration of my stay, despite boiler being on, it won’t go past certain point so had to shower with a cold water in the bathroom with no heaters. Lovely. Being from the same property rental industry myself, this all would’ve been a constructive criticism sent directly to the host if he hadn’t complicated my whole existence on the last day when I extended my stay. Was insisting to meet me to get the payment in cash which was not at all convenient, had messaged me 5+ times that day, even called, putting a pressure on me like my reason for visiting Mostar is to dedicate my time to him. Inconvenient and unprofessional above all, felt like I’m being chased. Offered to pay with card straight away or to pay on departure, as I was really under pressure with time, host was still insisting to meet during the day, like I’m some form of a criminal trying to escape without paying. Shame… and shame that I had to be writing this.

• Belma (7/5): It was an okay stay, the staff are really great and helpful, but the apartment definitely needs better cleaning. - I liked the location of the property. It is close to the Mepas Mall and not too far from the old town. The staff were nice and very helpful. It was not very clean. The sheets were actually dirty and full of hair. Even the rest of the apartment wasn’t very clean. I have a toddler who could pick up anything from the floor and maybe put it in his mouth, and there were some dirty things or crumbs on the carpet. We even found a piece of broken glass on the kitchen floor. Another thing I didn’t like is that the apartment is on the 5th floor and there is no elevator. It was not easy going up and down with our luggage.
