• Nur Aainaa Farhana (8/5): - The environment and ambience was like in Japan. The room was comfy and clean. Jacuzzi was realky relaxing and they had covered the balcony area with fake grass.Nicely done! The staff was really helpful and friendly. Breakfast was great. The shower door was a bit run out but understandable as it was hard to maintain. The projector provided could not watch netflix but can only use youtube or mirror your gadgets.

• Syafikah (6/5): - The environment and vibes there is exceptionally comforting. The facilities such as outdoor pool and onsen, cinema room are all closed. The lift were also under maintenance. A lil bit disappointed.
• azman (10/5): Stunning - The environment was quite and calm, scenic view very suitable for people that want an escape from the city life. Staffs were very helpful, friendly, and accommodating. The room well maintained with jacuzzi for night time chilling. Definitely recommended and will repeat!
• Wai Cheng Christina (2/5): It's all that bad but I wouldnt come back again for this price. - Only the bed is comfortable. The jacuzzi is nice also but the bamboo plank surrounding it has fungus. It's faraway from the busy traffic. Not well kept. Quite disappointed. Place is quite dilapidated. Everywhere has fungus. Most of the exterior is rotted. In the toilet, the shower curtain is malfunction. This place is definitely not for the handicap - there are a lot of steps.

• Vivian (9/5): Superb - I recently stayed at Kireina Genting Villa and had a generally pleasant experience. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing, with a nice blend of nature and minimal Japanese-inspired design. ( especially the morning sunlight into the room) My room was clean and comfortable, and I really appreciated the outdoor jacuzzi—it was a great way to unwind. The staff were friendly and helpful, although service at the café was a bit slow during peak hours. Overall, it’s a good spot if you’re looking for a quiet retreat not too far from Genting’s main attractions.
• Xun (9/5): If you're someone who enjoys being close to nature, Kireina really delivers on that front. The moment I stepped onto - I like the experience of surrounded by nature and the antique and morning sunshine through the rooms ! The aesthetic was everything when I experienced it . I like the breakfast too it was yummy The room was quite humid but the balcony walked out had fresh air and Since it’s surrounded by nature, there are some mosquitoes outside, especially near the café and outdoor spaces

• Sean (2/5): soso not worth the money - The breakfast was delicious and generously portioned, but the overall environment could use some improvement. The photos looked beautiful, but when we arrived, we found that many things were quite old and worn out. The air conditioner was leaking continuously, and the water kept dripping onto my partner's and my face. The outdoor jacuzzi was dirty since it was exposed to the open air, and the staff told us we couldn’t turn it off because it would take a long time to restart.

• Ku (10/5): Exceptional - I had a fantastic stay at Kireina Genting Villa. The villa is beautifully designed with spacious rooms and stunning views of the surrounding rainforest. The staff were friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home. The villa has great facilities, including a private jacuzzi, outdoor seating area, and a pool my family swam in . It’s peaceful surround by greenery The only downside was the slightly tricky navigation to the villa, but that’s a minor issue once you arrive. Overall, Kireina Genting Villa is a perfect spot for a relaxing and quiet getaway. Highly recommend!

• Nurazizi (4/5): Disappointing - The bed and pillows were really comfy The overall cleanliness was somewhat underwhelming. The most concerning issue was the mold-like stains on the shower floor, which gave the bathroom an unclean and uncomfortable feel. Another surprise was the absence of a bidet in the bathroom. Additionally, the elevator felt a bit unsettling.

• Tang (7/5): Overall is great just mayb improve the draining system of toilet - I like the jacuzzi bathtub, and I'm love the interior design of the room. The environment is refreshing. Staffs are nice and friendly. Just want to highlight that the draining system of toilet is not good, is like flooded haha. Mayb can provide more functional floor mat in stead of just like a piece of it which totally cannot absorb water. The next day, the jacuzzi bathtub is contaminated with browni ish things at the side of the bathtub. Wanna use it the next day but it looks unhygienic.

• Liza (8/5): Good getaway hideout - The secluded location. The dinner, and breakfast was great! Love the jacuzzi in the room and the bath bomb provided. Toilet can be cleaner. There were blackish mold around the corners, need bigger mirrors in the room, need rubbish bin in the bathroom as well. It would be nice if the music at the dining area is turned off so that we can hear the nature and birds. The outdoor hot jacuzzi is too hot. The cold water jacuzzi needs cleaning as there were insects in it.

But overall everythi - The overall aesthetics and feel of the place Lack any sort of bidet for toilet, shower blinds are dirty, same with the blinds in the room, i pulled one down enough to reveal something squashed in the blinds, as if its a lump of dirt. There was also an earwig that dropped from the ceiling onto our bed at night

One of the worst staycation I’ve ever had, saw on XHS & paid for the room that’s RM1K+ ended up with a dirty bug infested room, with broken door handle and a leaking ceiling!! (Thankfully it didn’t kena our stuff) The staffs are not the friendliest either, when we first arrived, we were abit lost because there weren’t anyone to greet or lead us to check in, heard another family complaining while leaving as well!

Dining ★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆ Priced somewhat high, similar to KL Cafe, but the taste and portion sizes are acceptable. Service ★ ★ ★ ★ ☆ Sometimes there are delays in service, but the staff remains friendly and helpful. Accommodation ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ Disappointing experience despite beautiful exterior; not worth the high price. 1) Lack of waterproofing in Minka Villa: Despite having a bathtub on the second floor, there are no waterproofing measures on the floor, resulting in water leaking downstairs and soaking the bedding. The floor has also warped due to water seepage. 2) Uneven terrain, unpaved roads, and numerous steps: Not elderly-friendly due to difficulty in mobility. 3) Poor soundproofing: Motorcycles racing on mountain roads can be heard at night. 4) High presence of insects: Even with doors and windows closed, various insects can still infiltrate the room through gaps. 5) Pronounced floor vibrations: Thin floors amplify footsteps and movement noise. 6) Hygiene issues in the public pool and room bathtub: Lack of covering results in potential insect or faecal contamination, leading to poor sanitation. 7) Room air conditioning wasn't effective: Upon check-in around 3-4 pm, it felt stuffy and hot. Luckily, temperatures dropped in the morning and evening, preventing sweating. 8) Inadequate cleaning: Windows are blurry, and dirt and insect remains are present in gaps and corners. 9) Discrepancy in bathroom facilities from website description: No Bidet in the toilet, and some wooden bath products are mouldy. 10) Other issues: Some room facilities are worn out, the provided projector displays blurry images, and noticeable stains are present on bean bags in public areas.

• Chai (4/5): Need to clean up the room and be prepared before welcome customers come in - Special style The room not clean. A lot dust and spider web at the corner and the door. A lot of the items like floor towel, body towel are not well prepared, only upon request. And the door lock have some issues at the beginning. That’s means staff didn’t check and well prepared before accepting customers.

The jacuzzi area in our room that we stay are not clean as it covered with moss and algae and the wood design tub also broken and not all facilities can be used at that time of my stay which is the open hot tub.

• David (7/5): The feeling staying at Kireina - The bed is the best. The room condition are good as well. Food also not too bad, quite big portion for the hotpot. The shower temperature ain't that good. Sometimes too hot, sometimes too cold. Need more improvement on that.

However, it is advisable to provide mosquito repellent for visitors, considering that not everyone may find the scent of lemongrass agreeable. Additionally, there was an issue with the functionality of the bathroom heater that needs attention.

• Sundaram (10/5): Exceptional - Kudos to the Front Office Staff (I think, the one in the small office that i didnt get her name) and all of the cafe staff first of all, they were great!! Felt Welcomed and suprisingly the place is just lovely, although the property is hard to maintain but i hope the owner keeps on the good work! It is such a beautiful concept and trust me 10 Years in the hotel industry, this place is simple with a tinge of Japanese Vibes :D. + Point for the onsen! My Fiance loved the place so much we stayed and lazed in the room basically on one of the nights :D. P.S Food is a Delight there! Worth it.

• Farhanim (7/5): It was great! But hospitality can be improved! - The whole concept is interesting and refreshing to Genting. It gave me a good experience for a short weekend staycation. Staff friendliness can be improved, a couple more senior staff would make it great. They checked us in into the wrong room (it’s the same type, just different unit) but the wrong room was good. They moved us to the correct one on day 2, but the correct room had slower water pressure and missing a projector. Staff did not inform, I brought it up and they apologised for it because they don’t have extra projectors to replace. If you book, make it a point to double confirm your room and all amenities you’re promised are available in that particular room.

• Thanh (4/5): It was supposed to be a surprise for my bf but turned out i was the one got surprised. even though the stuffs we met was - we check in late at 8:45pm, it's alr pass the checkin hour but the staffs was nice enough to wait for us and helped us bring our luggage to the room. the big breakfast was very good. the place does gives Japanese vibe. 1. I can't contact the property thru their whatsapp number. i tried many phonecall and texts and they only replied me once then disappeared again. Even read my text but no reply. 2. They helped us filled in the jacuzzi and when we arrived it was ready but it was late so we never used it. the next day we changed the water and feel so lucky we never used when the staffs told us because we cleaned and changed the water 2 times but their stills dirt came out and the water was yellowish.

• Sandy (6/5): Could be better - Cleanliness, bath tub made ready and diffuser turned on before we checked into the villa. Breakfast was sumptuous. The air conditioner wasn't working and the staff did not know until we reported it. We were told there's no technician to fix it, so have to go without air conditioner and were given an extra air cooler instead. The light in the bathroom is out and again, not checked and replaced before we check-in. Most of the staff are nonchalantly cool, with no vibes of warm hospitality, except for the chap that's helping with luggage and night shift lady who also cooks breakfast.

For the price point I paid, would've expected a glass of ice to be FoC, asked us to go to buy ourselves because they didnt have enough. Jacuzzi takes forever to get warm. Mold in bathroom, no airconditioning. Shower curtains nasty. Called/texted/messaged prior to the date of my stay, 0 response, until the day of arrival.

• Yen (7/5): overall is a great experience, the place is very relaxing - the design is very unique, I really like the lightning at night, it really brings up the Christmas spirit short of staffs, the dinner need to book before 6pm but we wasn’t informed by the staff the reception contact was no reachable at all very hard to get assistance from staff as can’t find one on the first day of the stay, there were no hot water, therefore the jacuzzi and the bath was not enjoyable, but the next day the heater went back on so we did manage to enjoy the facility the projector and not very friendly using, the mouse was a bit jamed
