• Mary (10/5): When you are looking for a place to stay in Rome, consider this place. 😊 - Claudio the owner was very helpful, even brought us delicious cannolis one night. Train was right across the street but walking to many sites was easy. Location felt like we were locals in a quieter Rome neighbourhood.

• Claudia (7/5): - Die Wohnung liegt direkt über einem Lebensmittel-Laden und in der Nähe der öffentl. Verkehrsmittel. Die Wohnung ist sehr hellhörig. Der Wasserdruck ist in drei Zimmern sehr gering.
• Carol (10/5): Ideal place for 4 couples to stay with the en-suites! - The apartment was spacious & clean. It was good that all the bedrooms had en-suites. It was just over the road from the metro which was so cheap to travel. So it didn’t take long to get anywhere. Claudio was friendly and even treated us to some Pizzas as we were tired from travelling. Only 6 mugs for 8 people staying which was annoying. It would have been nice if everyone had 2 pillows each but apart from that we enjoyed staying there.
• Stela (10/5): - Apartment has lot if space, each room with toillet. It was very clean and had all you need. Location of the apartment is something what is making your trip easy and without any stress. Metro across the street, spermarket in front of it, bakery, restaurants...everything. and you need 15 min to reach Vatican by walking... Claudio was very good host and on service with all information you may need. I would recommend it to anyone.

• Debra (10/5): The best apartment I have ever stayed in. - 4 large bedrooms with 4 queen beds and very comfortable high-quality mattresses. Each room had a private bathroom with a shower and included hairdryers. All the bedrooms had iPhone hook ups on both sides of beds. Each bedroom had its own air conditioning unit that was very quiet to run. All the bedrooms had TVs hanging on the wall and there was also a TV in the living/dining area for a total of five TVs. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, utensils, and pots and pans. There was a toaster, a coffee maker that included delicious coffee, and an electric tea pot. The subway was across the street and you could go underground so you didn’t even have to actually cross the street. Claudio, the owner, was wonderful and even spoke English. He brought us the most delicious pastries I have ever had in my life. I could go on and on, but I need to go to bed now. Nothing

• Brendan (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is very well situated for access to the Vatican, Metro, Supermarkets, Restaurants and all local amenities. In fact you could walk to most of the big-ticket attractions within 45 mins. Claudio was punctual and welcomed us with a very welcome selection of pastries.
• Dion (10/5): Exceptional - Staying at Claudio’s (end Feb-early March) was our BEST decision ever! 4 rooms with ensuite bathroom for 7 of us!! We have a lot of together moments yet still have our privacy. The rooms spacious, beds & pillows were superbly clean & comfy. Claudio was so thoughtful to stock up necessities like coffee, sugar, towels, shower cream, suds, & esp the most useful map of Rome which we love! And the supermarket is RIGHT BELOW our apartment! Truly convenient and we saved a lot by cooking dinner ourselves! And there’s also washing machine that’s a joy given our long stay. The metro station is literally just across the road, easy commute to most landmarks & attractions. Taxi station is perhaps just 5 mins walk. And it’s only about 20 mins walk to Vatican which was so convenient to us as we made frequent trips there. If we ever come again, we definitely will consider to stay here again! Seriously!! We had a memorable but importantly, stress-free & comfortable stay at Claudio’s!! Thank you Claudio! You’re the best! None
• Karol (10/5): Claudio Vatican - best option for Roma visit - Very good located and comfortable equiped accommodarion with very supportive owner Claudio apartman. Highligts-close to Vatican, Metro station on another site of street. A lot of shops and coffeteries in the nearby, nonstop supermarket 3 minutes. A lot of helpfull information and recommendations provided by Mr.Claudio. Great experience!

Being within walking distance of the Vatican City made exploring easy, and having a subway station right across the street allowed us to reach all of Rome's sights effortlessly. The setup with 4 bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom, was ideal for our family—giving everyone the space and privacy we needed. This apartment was a fantastic choice for a comfortable and memorable family trip to Rome!

• Elizabeth (10/5): We will stay Claudio’s apartment again and again. - The metro is literally across the street from the apartment. It cannot get any more central than this. Buses are 3-4 minutes walk or 10-15 minutes to the Vatican. Claudio is most friendly and accommodating. He left us welcome gifts TWICE! He immediately granted us an hour extension of checkout time. He’s reachable at all times. The apartment is very clean with complete amenities. There are 4 bedrooms with an ensuite bathroom in each, comfortable queen-size beds, and electric window shades that let in only as much light as you wish. Living room has a large television with Netflix and all english cable channels. Nothing

• Prestina (10/5): Claudio was an excellent host. He met us promptly when we arrived even though we arrived earlier than our check-in time - The location of the property was excellent. It was walking distance to the Vatican City and had a subway station across the street. Having 4 bedrooms and an ensuite each was a huge benefit. Nothing.
• Diego (10/5): Best place to stay in Rome - This place is a MUST !! . Excellent place, very comfortable, excellent location (2 minute walk to the metro), each room has its own private full bathroom and air conditioning, functional kitchen and laundry. Claudio, the host, was exceptional, very responsive and cordial.
• Rea (10/5): Best Roman Holiday Ever - So this is going to be a longer post, but Claudio deserves it. Communication prior to our arrival was easy and clear, Claudio met us in front of the apartment (which is literally across the Cipro Metro station, so yes, extremely convenient), showed us around and also sent so many tips on what to see, where to eat, where to drink....basically, it`s like we had a local give us all the best tips, and we are extremely grateful for that. The apartment itself, besides being in a very good location and safe neighborhood, is very beautiful, elegant, simplistic and functional. It has four bedrooms with a bathroom for each room, so that`s always a plus for people travelling in groups. All the necessary amenities are there - washer/dryer, hairdryer, iron + ironing board, dishwasher, coffee machine, water heater, you name, Claudio has it! Wi-fi works perfectly, the whole place was extremely clean and comfortable. As a host, Claudio is very helpful, communicative and friendly, after we checked out, he took us for coffee and pastries and even took us to one of the Roman hills so we can do some more sightseeing before our flight. Also, our bags were taken care of so we didn't have to worry about them until we had to leave for the airport. In a nutshell, if you want to have a truly great experience, we wholeheartedly recommend staying at Claudio`s place, you will not regret it! No complaints, everything was better that perfect!
• Manav (7/5): Location is good for food and distance to Vatican. Requires list of things to work for comfort. - Some sofas for comfort seating in the lounge area. Hosts should make a folder with a list on how things actually work in property such as Boiler location and how to turn on heating/hot water. More utensils and cutlery in the kitchen and better Toiletries including Towels. Central Heating was not working in living room and one of the bedrooms. On arrival we were not told on how to turn on heating and hot water until next morning. Noise from upstairs occupiers due to movement in their apartment.
• William (10/5): Awesome apartment in a perfect location! - Great location with easy access to the Metro. You can walk to most of the main tourist attractions. Our favorite part was the neighbor with lots of great restaurants and bars. Everyone was super friendly. Claudio is the best! He provided lots of great tips for restaurants and even offered to take us on a driving tour of Rome. Apartment is newly renovated with all new furniture and appliances. We will definitely stay here again and highly recommend.
