• Elke (7/5): Zentrale Lage in einer netten Stadt. - Nettes und aufmerksames Personal und eine um die Gäste bemühte Hotelchefin. Zimmer war direkt über der Terrasse und Freitags lief bus 2 Uhr in der Nacht laute Musik mit starken Bässen. Schränke waren zu klein.

• Vanendert (10/5): Voor my was het de tweede keer al dat er verbleef het was gewoon goed echt en vriendelijk personeel - Ontbyt was heel lekker je kon kiezen ik had gekozen voor het Franse ontbyt je kreeg heel veel ik kreeg het niet op en ik ben toch een goed eter het was gewoon afer viel niks tegen Alles was gewoon perfect er viel niks tegen

• Ayano (4/5): Not recommend - Location was great There was no handsoap in the bottle, so we had to use the body&hair soap from the tiny tube. No wifi explained from staff. There were one coffee cup and one espresso cup, no pair in same size. The plactic cups by the sink were dirty and cracked, these shouldn't be reused. And the AC in the room was pouring. We had hard to time to fall asleep because of the water dropping sound even on the carpet.

• Sanne (10/5): Perfecte ontspanning - Al meerdere keren heb ik een kamer geboekt. Het is een heel fijn comfortabel en mooi hotel, personeel is erg gastvrij. De kamers zijn prachtig hier kom je echt tot rust. Heerlijke wellness.

• Franky (8/5): We komen nog terug. - De meer dan centrale ligging. Gewoon op 'de Grote Markt '. Mooie , consistente inrichting. Vriendelijk, behulpzaam personeel. Genoten van een lekker diner en een smakelijk ontbijt. De erg centrale ligging zorgde spijtig genoeg ook voor wat nachtlawaai in de directe omgeving. De niet traditionele opstelling van de 'badkamer' maakt dat een verblijf met iemand anders dan de vaste partner wat ongemakkelijk zou zijn.

• Perry (10/5): Fantastisch verblijf - Wat een heerlijk boutique hotel! Vanaf het moment van aankomst voel je dat hier met liefde en oog voor detail wordt gewerkt. Alles is tot in de puntjes verzorgd: het hotel is prachtig ingericht én brandschoon. De kamers stralen rust en comfort uit, en ondanks de geweldige ligging heb je binnen absoluut geen last van geluiden van buitenaf — ideaal voor een goede nachtrust. De eigenaresse verdient een speciale vermelding: een warme, betrokken en oprechte gastvrouw die precies weet hoe ze haar gasten in de watten moet leggen zonder dat het geforceerd voelt. Haar persoonlijke benadering maakt het verblijf echt bijzonder. Hondjes zijn absoluut welkom! Kortom, een plek waar alles klopt. Een absolute aanrader voor wie op zoek is naar charme, rust en gastvrijheid! 🌟 Nvt

• Elferink (7/5): Very nice looking Hotel, service could be better and weekends is more noisy from nightlife crowd - Very nicely designed Hotel with Wellness (Swimmingpool, Sauna & Steam). Room was overviewing the market, directly in front of the Hotel, which was quite noisy in the evenings (nightlife crowd = youngsters at several terraces from bars & restaurants). The curtains in the room were not attached in full, for which not matching to room's appearance and ambiance. I stayed 2 nights during weekend, working on an event and thought having 45 minutes for breakfast would be more than enough. For the second day, room service left a small plastic bag with condiments, coffee cups and 2 new towels. Very nice; sadly 1 of the towels had a dirty brown stain. When arriving for breakfast Sunday morning, (hotel has only a-la-carte breakfast), I waited 10 minutes after I stood up and start asking if somebody could take my order. explanation was, the waiter (she) was alone. I took toast, coffee and a juice. after another 25 minutes, still not having the breakfast, the waiter reacted quite surprised I was in such a hurry. The breakfast tasted good but starting a workday with rushing after breakfast ; sorry not the best. This was my second stay at Jersey hotel - allthough first time satisfied, next time I will just choose another

• Josie (9/5): - Fijn, schoon en mooi ingericht hotel met vriendelijk personeel. Voelde mij erg welkom. Mooie grote kamer,,goed ingericht & heerlijk bed. Zwembad,,sauna & stoombad zijn erg goed! Koffiezetapparaat op de kamer mistte waterreservoir,,dus werkte niet. S'nachts zoemt beetje.

• Esther (8/5): Ontspannen verblijf - Lekkere grote kamer met een fijne grote tv. Ook de douche was erg ruim. Zwembad met sauna en stoombad was erg fijn! Wat vlekken op de muur en plafond. Mag wel even opnieuw onderhouden worden
• l (6/5): gemiddeld tot matig - bed er was maar 1 krukje bij een tafeltje. geen badjassen. geen tochtstrippen kozijnen deuren, en slecht afgestelde deurdrangers waardoor de deuren hard klapten. wat sommige mede klanten op de gang veelvuldig deden vanaf vroeg in de ochtend. zwembad was erg koud. bij aankomst duurde het lang voor de baliemedewerker kwam/ gevonden was.

• Els (1/5): Niet geslapen - - Pal naast de raam van de hotelkamer was de luchtafvoer. Het gezoem heeft me de hele nacht wakker gehouden. Toen ik incheckte heb ik gemerkt en bij 2 personeelsleden nagevraagd die zeiden dat het van het zwembad was en om 22u zou ophouden. Het heeft de hele nacht door gezoemd en ik heb er niet van geslapen. Toen ik het nog een keer aangaf bij het uitchecken kwam er een lauwe reactie. Ik heb nadien zowel via booking.com als rechtstreeks via de mail contact gezocht maar geen reactie ontvangen. Erg teleurstellende ervaring alles bij elkaar.

• Joshua (3/5): - Location was ok and facilties was also ok The staff. Check-in wasn't that great. I had to wait for almost 20 mins before someone could check me in at the reception. I was already loosing my patience because staffs could see me waiting at the reception and they just ignored me because they were busy serving food at the restaurant until one of them finally came up to me. Also, between 9pm to 4am I couldn't sleep because other guests were moving from one room to another in the corridor, slamming their doors and raising their voices. I tried to speak to one of the staff hoping they could talk to other guests to lower their voices and stop slamming their doors throughout the whole night. Nothing was being done. I had to sleep with my earphones with music on. But this wasn't cool at all. The hotel should do better regarding their staff and management.
