• Lisa (10/5): Magnifique séjour, une superbe ville et un super logement pour nous accompagner dans la découverte de Lisbonne ! - J’ai aimé cet établissement car il se trouvait proche du centre. Il est fonctionnel, propre et pratique. Parfois un peu humide comme c’est dans une cavité. Ce qui peut amener des petites bêtes comme une jolie araignée ou un cafard aperçu durant notre séjour.

• Sara (8/5): Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo - La posizione perfetta per raggiungere mezzi ma anche per spostarsi a piedi. Vicino casa ci sono tutti i servizi. L’host è stato molto disponibile nel darci indicazioni e supporto. La casa è un po’ umida e si percepisce l’odore sopratutto a tarda sera. Credo sia comune in tutta Lisbona però. Per qualche giorno va benissimo, non è assolutamente eccessivo.

• Sonja (8/5): Super Lage aber hellhörig - Die Lage ist super, direkt neben der berühmten Straßenbahn 28 und rundherum viele coole Lokale. Aber auch zu Fuß ist man in 20 Minuten im Zentrum. Das Appartement ist mit allem Wichtigen ausgestattet. Das Appartement ist seeehr hellhörig. Sowohl die Personen darüber als auch draußen auf der Straße hört man, als wäre keine Wand dazwischen. Ohrenstöpsel helfen ein bisschen.

• YULIIA (9/5): - Добре розташування, в піший доступності до визначних місць. Господар квартири швидко вирішував наші питання, за що йому окреме дякую. Нас було три дорослі людини, а ковдр було 2. Правда це питання швидко вирішили.

• Ellemijn (1/5): Een muffe, vochtige en ongezonde accommodatie met schimmel en slechte communicatie — absoluut af te raden. - Helaas niets. We hebben ons verblijf als zeer onaangenaam ervaren en zijn de volgende ochtend direct vertrokken. Bij aankomst om 23:30 rook het appartement extreem muf en vochtig, met een duidelijke schimmelgeur. Ventileren was onmogelijk omdat het raam kapot was (volgens de verhuurder door de vorige gast). De schimmel was zichtbaar op meerdere plekken (zie foto’s) en er zaten rioolvliegjes op het plafond. De lucht was zo benauwd dat we nauwelijks hebben kunnen slapen. Er waren geurblokjes in stopcontacten gestoken om de stank te maskeren, maar dat maakte het alleen erger. De communicatie met de host stopte na het bericht over het kapotte raam — pas de volgende ochtend kwam er reactie. We zouden een terugbetaling krijgen vanaf de tweede nacht, maar ook de eerste nacht en schoonmaakkosten zijn nooit vergoed. Booking.com heeft ons hierin helaas ook niet goed geholpen, ondanks bewijs en foto’s. Voor niemand gezond, en zeker niet voor iemand die zwanger is. Uiteindelijk zijn we halsoverkop vertrokken en hebben we elders tegen de hoofdprijs moeten boeken. De verhuurder geeft hieronder aan dat we slechts één nacht zijn gebleven, terwijl de oorspronkelijke boeking voor vier nachten was. Door de extreme muffe geur, schimmel en de benauwde lucht in het appartement waren we echter genoodzaakt al na één nacht te vertrekken. We hebben het appartement niet in een rommelige staat achtergelaten — we hebben zes uur lang op de bank gezeten met onze koffers dicht, wachtend tot we vroeg in de ochtend konden vertrekken. Het is dan ook niet redelijk om één nacht en schoonmaakkosten te moeten betalen voor een verblijf in zulke omstandigheden. Dat lijkt ons meer dan logisch.

Apartamento muy acogedor, con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días. Para tres personas fue perfecto, la decoración es muy bonita, el piso limpio y los detalles en la cocina y baño. El aire acondicionado para poder ir en verano ha sido imprescindible, funciona perfectamente para todo el piso. Muy recomendable!! Nada

Tenía agua en la nevera, dulcecitos y café de bienvenida , gel y champú, servilletas... le pedí una sarten y me trajo una de inmediato. Cómodo y completo. ¡Repetiría sin duda! Me hubiera gustado un poco más de ventilación , pues tiene ventana y puerta en el salón y el resto es interior, pero lo compensa con un buen aire acondicionado y con el diseño del apartamento, que prácticamente está todo.comunicado.

• Paula (10/5): Super super recomendable - El apartamento tenía una ubicación perfecta, era luminoso, silencioso y estaba limpio. Tiene todo lo que necesitas. El barrio es moderno, rodeado de restaurantes de moda y tiendas. Pero lo mejor fue la flexibilidad del propietario y la facilidad en la comunicación. Volveré a quedarme aquí si vuelvo a Lisboa y se lo recomiendo a todo el mundo Nada
• Rejdekson (10/5): Exceptional - The approach of the host was great. We asked for early check in and late check out and it was fulfilled. Without the need to change us extra. Like other places would ask. I think because there was no one after us on the check out day. Very appreciated. Thank you . It was a little hassle to unload luggage on the narrow street. I dropped my family there and went to airport to return the car. I don't recommend to have a car during your stay. But that's not any disadvantage of the amazing apartment.
• Geetika (9/5): Beautiful, central, clean and all-round facilities - Fantastic stay, well functioning facilities, no staff to judge their quality but the preparation was really good. It was also very beautiful. Very close to the tram, barely steps away. Place had slightly less lighting (eg in kitchen), important given less natural light.
• Zydrune (9/5): Superb - Friendly owner, tried to solve the problem of missing wifi after a power outage across the country. The apartment had everything you needed, close to the city center. The apartment is a bit humid, it's harder to get a phone connection due to the thick walls and the location of the apartment - but everything is understandable and not a big problem.
• Hélia (10/5): Lovely and comfortable apartment in the center of lisbon - Very cozy and comfortable apartment. comfortable bed, equipped kitchen, air conditioning, there is also an iron in case you need to iron some clothes which was very useful for me, Enrique was very helpful and polite. Close to market cafes and points of interest. Next time I visit Lisbon I will stay here without hesitation.

The apartment is lovely, very cute design, perfect for a solo remote worker wanting to experience Lisbon but have a little more space and quiet. Lots of cute cafes and shops and restaurants nearby.

Taxi to the historical centre is under €5 Overall, average customer service and poor property maintenance. 1) There were 3 of us. Despite notifying the host we will be very late, sofa bed wasn’t prepared when we checked in at midnight. When I texted an owner, he said the bedding was inside the sofa bed and we had to put it on ourselves. Probably not a big deal, but bedding didn’t even seem clean. 2) Lack of natural light (only 1 window in the living room) and a musty smell 3) Sliding door with no locker in the bathroom 4) Exposed wires next to the shower with no smoke detector 5) Insects on the walls 6) Dust on the wall panels 7) Mould and dirt on kitchen utensils

• Yi-hsuan (6/5): Pleasant - Good location, the host is nice and responsive. Broken facility in the bathroom such as toilet seat. Lack of shelf in the shower for us to put our shower items on. It's quite noisy when it's almost the weekends. If you're a light sleeper, you should consider this.

• Ilias (3/5): Poor - After our staying at the apartment Oleiro 5 i would like to inform you about The apartment was extremely expensive for this cave that smells humid and had mold at the shower The bathroom was so close to the bed that during the night you good hear everything also from the other apartments Also the host was not rude but totally unfriendly at the beginning he wrote to me in Portuguese, I answer that i do not speak Portuguese or Spanish, and if he likes to send me a message to English. Then he wrote to me in Spanish and he said that I can translate to English, Third time he wrote to me in English finally. About the key! He was Kind to give us the room earlier than 4pm. But at the beginning he left us waiting out of the room for 30 minutes (2 old and tired people). After 30 minutes, that we were outside of the apartment, he send me a link which i had to open to find to 4 numbers of the code for the key box. I wrote to him that i can not open this link from my telephone. Then finally he send me a message with the 4 numbers The host suppose that he must help the clients not to make their life difficult or to play games with them. At the end I leave the TV. It was impossible to watch something, we could not find the channels and everything was to payTV. Thank you in advance Ilias DeKastro
