• George (10/5): Another Great stay at Casa Gaia with Fred and his dogs - Fred is an awesome host, this our second time staying here. The upstairs Casa had everything you could need. It is Bset right on the ocean and is very quiet and has a great ocean view. There are fans but we did not use them as there is a constant ocean breeze It is a 10 minute drive to Cerritos where there is some great surfing. His 3 dogs made us part of their family. Nothing

• Robin (10/5): - We had a blast staying at Fred’s place, Casa Gaia! The apartment has a super open layout, and you can see the ocean from almost every window. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need, too. Fred was a great host—really accommodating and easygoing.  It’s about a 30-minute stroll along the beach to get to the restaurants at Cerritos. El Pescadero is just a quick drive away, and you can get to Todos Santos in about 15 minutes. If you’re looking for a peaceful spot and great beach days, this is definitely the place!

We loved the quiet beach – one of the absolute highlights was being able to relax and watch whales right from the shore. It was simply unforgettable. Fred and Lucienne were wonderful hosts – they helped us with everything we needed and gave us great recommendations for places to visit and explore in the area.

• Eliza (9/5): Trois jours de bonheur. - L'accueil, la prévenance et la gentillesse de l'hôte. L'emplacement de rêve au bord de l'océan. Observer les baleines à bosse à partir de son transat. Belles promenades le long de la plage. La présence des chiens du propriétaire, très amicaux. Le rapport qualité/prix : même si l'appartement est un peu vétuste, il est très confortable. La cuisine est bien équipée. Mes amies et moi avons été ravies par ce séjour. La consommation de l'eau pourrait être améliorée avec de petites bassines pour faire la vaisselle. Comme la maison n'est pas reliée à l'eau de ville ni aux égouts, ce qui est normal dans la région, mieux expliquer le fonctionnement de la fosse sceptique aux voyageurs serait un plus.

• zack (9/5): Looking forward to visiting again. - Great location on a quiet beach area, easy walk to town, easy walk or drive to surfing, comfortable bed. Dogs on property were a bonus to us. If you don't like attention from largish dogs this could be an issue for some. Whales!

Feed is - Ocean front spacious property, if you like ocean waves to lull you to sleep, watching whales and catching waves everyday, this is the place! This property, like all the coastal properties is off grid. Cloudy days can be challenging but there are no bad days at the beach so it’s all good!!

• Nathalie (6/5): Bel endroit pour la plage - L’emplacement est magnifique, on a la plage pour nous tout seul. Vraiment superbe vu sur la mer. Les lits sont confortables et l’odeur est correcte, ça ne sent pas l’humidité Il faisait beaucoup trop chaud pour un endroit sans air climatisé. Les chiens sont gentils mais c’est trop de gestion pour des chiens qui ne nous appartiennent pas. Faire attention qu’ils ne sortent pas des clôtures lors d’entrée sortie vers la plage ou la route. Attention pour ne pas qu’ils entrent dans la maison. À moins d’adorer les chiens, c’est un peu dérangeant
• diana (10/5): Un posto speciale fronte oceano - Un posto di pace incredibile, giusto a pochi metri dalla spiaggia e circondato da strade di sabbia. Da qui si può godere di un tramonto sul mare bellissimo e la notte di un cielo stellato spettacolare. Appartamento semplice ma dotato di tutti i comfort e nel cortile ci sono dei dolcissimi cagnoloni. Ho amato questo posto!

• Caroline (9/5): Relaxing beachfront stay - The place is beautiful, quiet, comfortable and exactly as shown in the photos. We even extended our stay! We loved the peaceful surroundings, on a beautiful empty beach. The host was kind and flexible. It’s a great spot to relax and enjoy the waves of the Pacific. The ratio quality/price is very high compared to many places in this area! Just a heads-up: the owner’s dogs roam around the property. They’re absolutely lovely—especially the playful puppies—but it’s good to know in advance.

The hosts, Fred and his partner, were friendly and helpful, and their dogs and puppies made the location even more special. Highly recommended if you're looking for a cool, calm and relaxing beach-front stay.

• Richard (8/5): A comfortable room steps away from a beach you won't want to leave. - A comfortable room on a serene section of a fabulous beach. Good beach furniture offered the chance to enjoy peaceful sunsets and whale watching. The activity of the public section of Cerritos Beach was available a short drive or 30 minute beach walk away. The room isn't fancy but offers everything necessary for an enjoyable short stay. There is a second rental property above the suite, so less privacy when it is also rented.

• Vivjoseph (10/5): Excellent property. Great place to really unwind. - The villa is huge and can easily accommodate two families. Nice and clean. The beach is literally steps away from the villa. And for the majority of our stay - it was pretty much just us. That's what we were looking for - peace. No thousands of tourists competing for space on the beach. Watching the sunset every night was incredible. Wireless connection is strong, for when I had meetings. We stayed for one month. You can drive to all the touristy places if that's your thing, then come home to peace. The fans need a little TLC, and the headboards are a little loose. My son's bed creaked every time he moved. It just needs a little adjusting.
• Teresa (9/5): Great oceanfront property, good amenities, and good hosts! - A stone’s throw away from a section of Cerritos beach. The ocean is right there and great to walk in the mornings. The 2 friendly dogs, Griz and Lucy are very lovely, and I took them out for morning walks daily and also to pick up microplastic and garbage that washed ashore. The beach is quite empty and a good walk from end to end. It is quiet and a great place to enjoy the ASMR sounds and beauty of a pacific coast Mexican beach. There is an outdoor shower to shower, rinse your feet and wetsuits after surfing. Fire pit for outside on the beach if you like! The studio was comfortable and enough space for 2 people. Stove top was gas and there are enough kitchen tools to cook a small meal. There is also left hot water that stays consistent when you shower, almost like North American standards. Most Mexican built homes have variable pressure and water temperatures for showers. It can be a tad bit annoying. But not at Casa Gaia! Water in jugs are free. TV with Netflix was also nice 👍🏼 The only thing that I can say is the bathroom area has no door, just a curtain. So if you have a second person with you and you desire privacy, you may want to ask the other person to go outside while you do your business 😂. It can be a funny request and help you build your communication skills 😂

• Andrea (10/5): Exceptional - This studio is spacious! It's right on the beach and easy to grab boards for surfing (provided) or head into cerritos for a nice beach as well. We found the bed to be comfy and the couch probably too comfy one evening when we logged into Netflix. Awesome to have the option to log in to your streaming as well. The kitchen is well appointed and shower is nice and hot. We didn't mind, but the bathroom is separated by a shower curtain. Some families or couples may want to be aware of that, but the facilities were so nice we didn't give it a second thought. Loved this spot and we do plan to come back.
• Travis (9/5): The good type of isolation where you can have a bonfire alone with friends on a massive beach. - We required assistance as one of our guests became ill and the owner offered a lift into Todos Santos without ourselves asking. Friendly communication. Dogs on site. The photo consistency as to what suite you are renting. It was a confusing process, and I might have booked something I wouldn't have like.
• Shawn (8/5): Great Getaway in Cerritos - Great value for sleeping steps from the beach and falling asleep to the sound of surf. The efficiency felt very spacious for two people. There was a family with small children above us, but we never heard them. Caretakers were friendly and responsive.

• Brian (9/5): Super family getaway! - Super location on the beach yet quiet, hosts are great and helpful. Airflow in the apartment could be a bit better, it was a bit stuffy for sleeping, but not that big of a deal.
• Cecile (8/5): Wonderful time. Would definitely return. - The location was fantastic. Not within walking distance to any restaurants or stores but perfect for us. Private and right on the beautiful beach with whales visible from the living room. The miles and miles long beach just to our selves. Perfect for daily walks. Fred, the host was super responsive to any question we had. The check in was easy (athough the drive at night for the first time a bit adventurous. I suggest you arrive during daylight :) The one thing I didn’t like was the shower head. It sprayed all over the place. But for all the rest being positive, I happily dealt with it. The lights in the house were very bright for me. Another table lamp with a warmer light would have been nice.
