Edifício muito barulhento durante a noite, pouco propício para quem queira descansar. Supostamente apartamento para 4 pessoas, no entanto 1 dos quartos com 2 camas, não era possível abrir porta e sem acesso à janela e aos armários. A potência do contador muito baixa, com 2 eletrodomésticos ligados a luz geral ia abaixo. Preço muito elevado para as condições do apartamento.
