- Cheryl (4/5): - The bed was extremely comfortable once I added more pillows that’s about the only good thing I can say about the hotel. Everybody in the hotel is complaining that it shouldn’t even have opened yet. There was no shower mat in the bathtub, which is going to lead for an accident. There were no shower bars for elderly people to help them in and out of tub the bathroom sink you could not empty unless you went under the sink and lifted up the bar. To turn on the vanity lights you had to go outside the bathroom and turn them on over a utility sink why would a hotel room have a utility sink? then you can go into the breakfast room. OK phoney eggs, sausage, bagels, bread,and very sugary cereal for kids. That’s about it. They have coffee so why can’t they have hot water and some instant oatmeal or a waffle iron come on people we need protein how about some hard boiled eggs in the refrigerator how about some peanut butter for the bagel? The guests were calling the coffee “colored water”. All I can say is the staff were awesome and the whole thing is not their fault but it is comfortable and if you don’t wanna eat there, it’s great. We just don’t think they were ready to open yet. I think they gotta work out a lot of kinks.

Outside of that, not much amenities(gym, pool etc) - hence if <$100 it's a solid hotel. For >$100, I'll prob stay where there's a gym/pool/much more convenient location(this is in downtown away from all the stores/shops).

- Ashley (6/5): - Room was cooled by a window air conditioner that kicked on and off all night. Was not quiet at all. Hallways had dirty carpet. Hallways on bottom floor was tile and they looked dirty. Whoever had painted just left splattered paint all over the tile. 1 ice machine that i could find was on the bottom floor. No elevator to first floor so you had to carry all luggage and any thing else you had up a flight of stairs. This was rated a 8.8 hotel. Far from that.

- Breanne (10/5): A Gem in “Gem City” - Just a overnight stay. This hotel is in a very convenient location with excellent parking. This hotel is a refurb of what used to be one of the finest hotels in Quincy. They are still in the process but if they continue the process it will regain status of one of the best. Thank you for your excellent service and attention to the little things that add to comfort and security.

It’s hit or miss. I prepared the coffee two times during my stay and at 8-8:30 there had not been any breakfast preparation or set up. On top of that there was no front desk staff present to even contact. Management has really dropped the ball

I was told its because everyone has cell phones now. No maid service and I was locked out of my room due to a defective key card. We spent more time waiting to get in to the hotel then actually being there. The whole time we were there there were 3 staff members.

- Leslie (10/5): Upscale accommodations at reasonable rates - Heritage Hotel is a very nice place recently opened near the Quincy riverfront. Despite its reasonable price it was full of upscale comfort and amenities. My room was quiet, spotless & even luxurious. The bed & pillows were very comfortable, towels were plush. Fridge and microwave. Everything worked, everything was clean. Free breakfast too although I missed it. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

- Tim (10/5): - I have to start by saying, wow! I was definitely not expecting what I got when I arrived. First off, the reception person was extremely nice, and very accommodating. Heritage hotel is obviously an older hotel in the Quincy area, and it is being renovated, But you would never know that by the look of the inside. The room was fantastic, the bathroom has all new fixtures all new plumbing, new shower. The beds actually have real mattresses, real pillows, new AC units. Getting up the next morning, breakfast was definitely continental, but it was probably one of the best kind of breakfast I’ve had. Somebody that stays in hotels five days a week, I am always looking for a bargain. This has to be the best bargain going. Extremely convenient to eating options, shopping close by. I could not have been happier with my decision to stay at the Heritage Hotel.

It’s disgusting. Smelled horribly and she is getting extermination just to ensure she didn’t bring anything home with her. Completely appalled.

She gave us waters and showed us where breakfast would be and how to get up to our room. Our room was very nice and clean. They have full size shampoos and body wash. The beds were nice and soft. I couldn’t have asked for a better stay. If you’re visiting the area, book this hotel. We will be back again soon.

- Darren J (2/5): - Staff rudely and for no reason ejected mysel and disabled son after having paid in full days in advance. Divorced dad and disabled son visiting daughter in Quincy. Desk staff stated my son was not actually disabled because they saw him walk in. He uses full length leg/hip braces to walk and has severe mental disability. He is a great son we are very proud of him! I pleaded it was very difficult and stressful to move him on short notice. At first he smiled as usual however when she called him a faker to his face and she didnt care who he was felt it was his fault. We were insulted, , and intend to bring legal action against the owners in Seattle Washington who to date have ignored our repeated requests for remedy. Not recommended especially if you or guest have visible disabilities. Will avoid at all costs. Far better hotels in Quincy. Food options were dominos or the bbq place nexrt door .Bed had musty smell as did the restroom and obvious sub-standard remodel. The bef was comfortable.
- David (10/5): A diamond in the rough. - This is an older hotel with very comfortable beds. Its right downtown near the other hotels. It is clean and quiet due to a list of common sense behavior rules that you will have to sign when when you register. Don't expect a four star breakfast at this price, but if you want a place for a good night's sleep, at a great price, and don't want to disturb the other guests, do drugs or party like a fool, then this is your hotel.
- Dennis (10/5): - We decided to stay at the Heritage because it had good reviews but also because it was within walking distance of Riverside BBQ. Neither establishment disappointed. Due to the cheap price of the room, I did not expect much. But the room was clean and spacious with indications that the hotel was recently renovated. Due to the street layout, and with the Mississippi bordering the rear of the hotel, the room was extremely quiet. Great sleeping.

- Melissa (10/5): Great Price, Comfortable and friendly staff!!! - I've stayed here before, and have only one complaint/suggestion. The rooms need room darkening curtains! We've stayed in different rooms, but it doesn't make a difference. The rooms are way too light, all night long, due to the lighting outside. So, if you like a dark room like me, this might not be the place for you - or do what I do, take a black fitted sheet and put it over the window, by hooking it around the curtain rod. Why go to that trouble? VERY reasonable rates, beds and pillows are comfortable, and there is a microwave, mini fridges, and a kitchen sink in all rooms. So, if you're looking for a nice price, comfortable beds, and breakfast ready for you when you get up - this is your go-to place.

- Troy (2/5): - I have never left a negative review for a hotel. I travel pretty much every weekend and have never ran into service this bad. Whatever you do do not show up after midnight expecting they will check you in. They will answer the phone after midnight but won’t open the door to check you in. The will not refund your money either!!! Terrible terrible terrible service. If I could give 0 stars I would.

- Clifford (6/5): - When my family and I arrived at 7pm, the Hotel doors were all locked and there was no one at the front desk. We knocked on the doors and called the hotel to get assistance, and no one answered. Unbelievable, especially after our long day on the road. We were scrambling to find another room in Quincy when someone finally let us in 20 minutes later. Then, for some reason, it took another 15 minutes or more to check in. The hotel definity needs to address these issues.

- Josie (8/5): Vacation - Hotel was clean and the beds were comfortable. Staff was very friendly especially in the morning. When we got downstairs for breakfast,most of the food was gone but the lady said she would put out more hot food which was very nice. It was in a nice area,safe. Some construction/remodeling going on but our room was very nice. One bedside lamp had a broken switch. They also changed room for me due to I was in a boot and could not manage the steps to the 1st floor room. There was an elevator to the 2nd floor so she switched our room.
- Mark (10/5): - This hotel was a great value! The staff was nice and helpful. There is nothing unique about this hotel except for the fact that it is near restaurants, has clean rooms, great AC during summer heat, and great shower pressure! What more can you ask for.

- Leanne (8/5): - This is a lovely renovated hotel. The only issue was that you had to go up 9 stairs to reach any of the rooms. This is not ideal.
- Patricia (10/5): - Was concerned when we checked in because it looked like we were the only ones there. Turns out the recently had a grand opening and our room was immaculate! Friendly, helpful staff and a decent breakfast. Great deal for the price

- Wendy (6/5): - Older property has been recently remodeled so everything is new. Not impressed with the two pages of rules you have to read and sign while checking in followed by multiple notes in the room with instructions and threats about what happens if you can't account for a washcloth. Area is super shady with multiple boarded up buildings and disabled cars in the lot. If I hadn't previously booked online and was just driving through the area looking for a room, I would not have stopped in this area.

- Nancy (10/5): - This recently remodeled hotel has the most comfortable bed and pillows we have ever found in a standard hotel. Excellent water pressure. Very helpful front desk staff. Breakfast options are standard "continental breakfast" fare. We will stay here again when we visit Quincy.
