• Gian Paolo (8/5): - L'appartamento è spazioso, pulito e in posizione centralissima, davvero comodo per uscire e godersi bar e ristoranti di Peschiera. Degno di nota il bagno, davvero grande e con una doccia degna di questo nome. Aree di miglioramento: Sarebbe meglio avere un letto matrimoniale a tutti gli effetti, perché il divano letto non è la soluzione ottimale per dormire. Fra l'altro la dimensione della stanza consentirebbe di farci stare entrambi, rendendo l'ambiente più versatile e utilizzabile anche da più persone (nel caso servisse). Servirebbero due comodini con luce autonoma e prese elettriche per caricare i vari device elettronici (a portata di mano). Ci sono 2 panchetti mobili ma purtroppo le prese sono posizionate in giro per la stanza e anche solo leggere un libro a letto non è fattibile (le luci sono concentrate nella zona cucina). La cucina è ben attrezzata, manca solo uno strofinaccio per asciugare le stoviglie, la carta assorbente non è ideale. Manca un appendiabiti all'ingresso, in questo modo si può evitare di utilizzare il letto singolo come "area vestiti". In bagno serve un appendino per i teli doccia, in modo che si possano asciugare in qualche modo, in effetti non sapevamo dove stenderli e abbiamo usato le sedie. Nella doccia sarebbe comodo un piccolo ripiano per appoggiare shampoo e doccia schiuma senza doverli lasciarli sul pavimento. Sono tutti accorgimenti che servirebbero davvero per rendere il soggiorno comodo come se fosse casa propria, spendendo pochi €. L'area sottostante è decisamente rumorosa, non è certo un demerito dell'host, ma è da tenere in conto nella scelta per chi avesse il sonno leggero.

• Guest (8/5): Perfect location for a short trip to the town. - The host went out of his way to change tv’s so I could watch Wimbledon! Noisy with garage trucks early in the morning.
• Chung (5/5): Disappointing - The location is good. We have booked two properties on the same building. On the day of arrival, I noticed that there was no WiFi at one of the properties and I informed the host personally and WhatsApp his son about it. I was told it was public holiday on that day and the technician would come next day. However, he never come and there was no WiFi through out our stay. During our stay, we encountered several power failures. Whenever we used the kettle, the power circuit would break down and we have to reset it at the entrance on the ground floor.

Large appartment with well equipped kitchen and modern bathroom. Location is in the old town, so expect it to be a bit noisy. WiFi was dropping in and out at times, but good enough.
