Jorge (7/5): - Casa em centro histórico, muito bem decorada e acolhedora, decoração com muito detalhe,. Resposta sempre pronta da empresa as minhas questões. Em dias de muito calor, como foi o caso, a temperatura interior pode tornar fonte de desconforto, um Ar Condicionado seria uma ótima ideia .

RITA (10/5): Estadia acolhedora e cheia de charme, numa localização tranquila e com uma anfitriã exemplar. - Excelente localização dentro do Castelo, numa zona tranquila da Rua da Cerdeira. Apesar de o estúdio ter apenas uma janela na porta de entrada — o que poderia torná-lo claustrofóbico — essa sensação dissipa-se graças à decoração cuidada e ao ambiente acolhedor que proporciona. A super anfitriã, Márcia, esteve sempre disponível e atenta na comunicação através da plataforma. O miminho à chegada faz toda a diferença! Adorámos a experiência, o conceito de sustentabilidade e o facto de os produtos e a decoração serem “Made in Portugal”.

Joana (8/5): - Praticamente tudo, a zona está incrivelmente bem cuidada, a ofeta gastronómica é maravilhosa, as casas tem uma decoração cuidada, muito bom gosto e muito conforto. Pessoal de apoio ao alojamento muito acessível, simpático e disponível. Fomos num grupo de 4 casais, sendo 2 ficaram na alojamento 4 e os restantes na casa 7 . Ambas muito bem decoradas e com muito bom gosto. A casa 7, porque é uma recuperação de uma zona de cave/adega, apesar de muito bem conseguida e uma decoração muito aprimorada, mantem o cheiro a humidade tipico do local e o pé diretio do alojamento é muito baixo, o que provoca (pelo menos a mim) uma sensação de claustrofobia. No restante, tudo excelente, desde o antedimento, ao cuidado, à limpeza, decoração... Fantástico!
Maria (8/5): Pequeno mas perfeito! - Toda a decoração da casa era de extremo bom gosto. Os utensilios de cozinha bem como todos os eletrodomésticos estavam em ótimo estado. Acho que a casa era demasiado pequena para 2 adultos e 1 criança. A casa de banho não tinha nenhuma prateleira prática para colocarmos os produtos. A iluminação era insuficiente para podermos jantar e ver em condições.

Bruno (9/5): - Casa muito acolhedora, inserido numa aldeia histórica. Bem equipada. Muito central e o estacionamento é fácil Talvez por ter chovido muito durante semanas antes da nossa estadia, havia alguma humidade, o que obriga a ter um desumidificador, que faz algum barulho. Fora isso, mais nada a assinalar.
Patrick (10/5): Excelente sitio para alojarse - Nos ha encantado la estancia. El estudio es muy bonito, moderno y está decorado con mucho gusto. Las camas son muy cómodas y la ducha es preciosa. Todo estaba impecablemente limpio y además tuvieron el detalle de dejarnos una cesta con cosas para el desayuno, lo cual nos pareció un gesto muy agradable. El alojamiento está muy bien cuidado y se nota que han puesto atención en los detalles para que la estancia sea cómoda. Como pequeño punto a mejorar, notamos un ligero olor a humedad y el estudio tiene poca luz natural, ya que no dispone de ventanas. Aun así, la experiencia en general ha sido excelente y lo recomendamos totalmente.

Maria Albertina (9/5): O Story Studio de Sortelha completou da melhor forma a nossa experiência beirã! - Gostei da localização, em plena aldeia de Sortelha, habitações no casario tradicional, em nada diferenciadas das restantes. O interior, foi no entanto remodelado com muita qualidade e bom gosto, alternando o moderno discreto com materiais tradicionais, incluindo uma pequena, mas completissima cozinha. De salientar a cesta de oferta no primeiro dia, com saboriosos produtos locais que acabaram por ser utilizados no pequeno almoço (não incluido). Adoramos! Nada houve a assinalar.

Margarida (10/5): - O atendimento/contacto por email e telefone foi sempre imediato e super atencioso; a cestinha surpresa recheada de miminhos/produtos "made in Portugal", e alguns da zona, para degustação; da localização na maravilhosa aldeia muralhada de Sortelha; da comodidade, dos equipamentos da habitação e do bom gosto da decoração. Ter apenas uma janela pequena para o exterior, que era da porta de entrada

João (3/5): Decorador 5, técnico de iluminação 0 - Espaço muito bem decorado. Sistema de aquecimento - tornou a 1a noite num inferno onde toda a minha família dormiu mal com tanto calor. Não consigo perceber como é que a regulação da temperatura do piso radiante está bloqueada ao utilizador do espaço. WC - tomar banho torna o espaço numa piscina. Não tem as correctas inclinações para conduzir a água para o ralo; Não tem espaços para pousar os nossos utensílios, uma escova e a pasta de dentes já é um desafio. Iluminação - todo o espaço é escuro ou com pontos de luz mal colocados. No WC pontos de luz mal colocados dificultam tarefas de precisão (fazer a barba, cortar unhas, etc); Na bancada de pedra preta da sala, para se fazer 1 refeição, temos um ponto de luz nas nossas costas. Temos que ligar a iluminação do exaustor para auxiliar, mas continua a ser insuficiente; Acender a lareira é outro desafio perigoso que se faz às apalpadelas! Fui atestar com álcool algo que já estava cheio... Quando me apercebi, tinha combustível espalhado por todo o lado.

Carla (10/5): Estadia perfeita com vista maravilhosa - O local é mágico na aldeia de Sortelha, para nós, a aldeia mais bonita de Portugal. A casa tinha todo o conforto, apesar de feita em Pedra, a casa estava quente e aconchegante. Todos os pormenores foram pensados, de extremo bom gosto, desde as loiças aos pequenos elétrodomesticos ou à coluna Marshall para ouvir música. O pequeno- almoço é deixado numa cesta, com todos os produtos de qualidade e da região. A roupa de cama, colchão e almofadas eram perfeitas, de facto, era a nossa 7a noite em variados hoteis e foi a melhor noite neste aspeto de todas. Adoramos e recomendamos. O único pormenor menos positivo é de facto a insonorização das casas pois sendo de pedra, ouvimos muito cedo as crianças na casa do lado.

David (10/5): Mágnifica. - Casa antiga inserida num local medieval muito bonito e bem conservado. Casa aconchegante e confortável, com uma excelente decoração, misto de rústico e moderno. Internet e TV com boa qualidade assim como as restantes condições da cozinha. O cabaz oferecido, continha produtos da terra com excelente qualidade. Gostei de tudo.
