• Pointdreams (3/5): - Das Bett ist sehr bequem 😴 Leider muss man sich die Unterkunft also ehr ist es eine Duplex Wohnung teilen mit anderen Gästen. Es ist sehr laut, der Tür-Summer zum öffnen oben und unten. Sehr hellhörig man hört wirklich alles auch wenn wer auf dem WC sitzt oder das knarren des Bettes der Nachbarn inklusive Geräusche. Die Lage ist weit weg von allem. Und nebenan eine Baustelle. Das Personal ist unterirdisch unfreundlich. Hauptsache man hat gleich die Tax bei Hand.. Man darf gerade so sein Gepäck abstellen und wird dann wieder vor die Tür gesetzt. Check in erst ab 16 Uhr! Es sollte eine Nachricht kommen wann das Zimmer frei ist, -gab es nicht. Es es gibt keinen Schrank oder Möglichkeiten seine Sachen zu versäumen da es keinen Schrank gibt. Die Dusche ist undicht, Wasser rinnt raus und überschwemmt das halbe Bad. Ist sehr glatt das man aufpassen muss das man nicht stürzt.

• Krzysztof (10/5): Dobre miejsce na relaks i odpoczynek z dala od zgiełku miasta. - Apartament był schludny i czysty. Doskonale urządzone wnętrze umilało pobyt. Ucieszyła mnie obecność ekspresu z prawdziwą Włoską kawą. Dzięki roletom zewnętrznym można było spać w komfortowych warunkach zaciemnienia. Szkoda, że w części wspólnej z sofami nie było zamontowanej klimatyzacji.
• Anna (8/5): Vacanze Pescaresi - Camera molto spaziosa ed host molto disponibile. Posizionato vivino un supermercato utile per le evenienze. Con la macchina il centro e’ raggiungibile facilmente. Arredamenti minimal ma fi design. Aggiungerei solo un porta sapone in doccia, un porta rotolo e magari anche un sapone per lavare le mani.

• Roxana (10/5): Overall a great experience - The apartment had everything we needed for our short stay. The location was good as our main goal was the beach and it was a 10 minute walk to the beach. And there is everything around, supermarkets, restaurants, bike lane, buses etc. The apartment was clean and aesthetically appealing. There wasn’t a thicker/warmer duvet

I am passionate about Design, so l loved the care for the details in making the lnteriors really in perfect style with original retro furniture and objects. I also loved the spacious and extremely clean bathroom. It was a bit far from the city center so the taxi was not really cheap. But the property was really nice.

• Plimbator (4/5): Bed and ............breakfast?? - Pictures reflect good the accomodation. Quiet surroundings. Modern and minimalistic interieur. Owner was so kind to let us use an umbralla for the beach. They serve NO breakfast, send you to a small bakery 5 min. walk with some homemade coupons. These coupons will get you only one coffee and one croissant, for anything more you have to pay. Bed makes funny squeacky sound when you turn over. Several days bad smell in the bathroom. The last stairs to the rooms are completly open on one side and have no railing on the wallside, bit of a hazard. Capsules from the coffeemachine fit badly and are of inferieur quality. Cleaning of the room/changing of towels once every three days. Overal impression is that they want to exploit there villa at maximimum with the least of effort and cost.

It’s definitely recommended for two couples or for a big family, because if you rent two rooms, you’ll have your own guest room downstairs - that is very nice! If you rent only one room - you share it with other couple, but it’s also great.

• Francesco (10/5): Highly recommend and would definitely come back for a longer stay - The host Domenico was very responsive and quick to answer and solve any questions we had. Domenico’s mom Cristina also took very good care of us, bringing us fresh pastries for breakfast. The room looked exactly as the photos and was impeccable and super clean with a modern touch. Although the location was perfect from an access perspective and quiet, which we appreciated and enjoyed, if you’re someone who is looking for a place with action, you would need to take your vehicle to the city centre in Pescara which is a few minute drive
