• Philip (1/5): Extremely Disappointing Stay – Cold, Poorly Maintained Property & Unacceptable Management - Location I booked this property for 5 nights in November and unfortunately the entire stay was extremely disappointing. From the moment I arrived, there were problems. The hallway light was out, making it difficult to even unlock the door—I had to use my phone torch just to get inside. When I entered, the apartment was freezing. I checked the host’s portal for heating instructions but found nothing helpful, so I contacted the host via WhatsApp. The next day I was told to use the radiator dials or contact the handyman. The radiator dials did not work, and the handyman confirmed that the heating was centrally controlled. He also said he’d notify the management company about the broken hallway light. Soon after, the management company called—not to resolve the heating urgently, but to ask if I could stay in the property between 13:00 and 18:00 the next day to wait for a WiFi engineer. I found this completely unacceptable and frankly rude. I was paying to stay there and visit family, not to wait around for maintenance appointments. Only after that did they mention the heating again, which seemed like a low priority to them. By the second evening the heating still wasn’t working. I was told there were several fan heaters in the property, so I tried to use one as a temporary solution—but it was faulty and began sparking. When I reported this, they said they would send out a new one. By Sunday nothing had arrived, and since I only had one night left, I told them it was pointless. They agreed the situation wasn’t acceptable. On top of the heating issues, I found multiple problems throughout the apartment: • Curtains hanging off the rails • A wardrobe hinge barely attached • Possible damp in the bedroom • A lumpy mattress with springs pushing through, which caused back pain • Multiple marks on the living room walls • A cracked toilet seat • A slow-draining sink • A broken shower bracket Communication with the management company was also poor. Responses often took over 24 hours,

• Maria (8/5): Cute flat in a great location with some temperature and wifi issues. - The flat looks just like the pictures, which is very nice. It was clean and the little decoration details were a plus. It had a lot of facilities provided, as listed in the description. The location is great. The keys pick up was easy. Seems the hosts tried their best to make the stay a pleasant experience. Overall, I would recommend the place. The flat was very hot, it was difficult for me to sleep at night despite the fan provided. I stayed during summer but the days were not particularly hot outside. Despite that, one day it felt like the inside was at least 10 degrees more than the temperature outside, which made me want to leave the flat for most of the time as it was suffocating, which is a shame, because the interior is so nice. I can't imagine staying there during a heatwave. However, I wouldn't hesitate to come back in colder months. The second big minus was very poor wifi. I was planning to work from there and it was simply impossible. My own phone internet had also poor service inside the flat but it likely depends on the service provider.
• Roel (5/5): Goede locatie maar geen plek om te chillen. - Locatie was subliem. Goede uitvalsbasis voor naar het centrum te gaan, gelegen in de opkomende wijk met allemaal erg leuke voorzieningen om naar toe te gaan. Openbaar vervoer om de hoek, meerdere parkeerfaciliteiten in de omgeving. Het was veel te warm! Tuurlijk we zaten in een warme periode daar maar het was onmogelijk om de warmte uit het apartement te krijgen. Dit werd al duidelijk op de gang naar de voordeur waar het nog warmer was. Daarnaast viel het wel tegen hoe lekker je kon zitten met zijn tweëen op het bankje. Als je geen tijd wilt doorbrengen in je verblijf is dat prima maar juist een appartementje zou daar wel geschikt voor moeten zijn. Douche is overduidelijk door een amateur geplaatst, last van water op de vloer gehad en slechte ventilatie.

• Sadie (9/5): Very nice and modern flat that felt homely - The flat was really nice and modern. It felt really homely and was only a short walk to the town centre which was ideal. The flat was also clean and tidy. The bed mattress was slightly uncomfortable, felt really hard and worn.
• Louise (9/5): Clean, modern and beautiful - The apartment is bright, modern and beautiful. The kitchen has everything you may need if you wanted to cook. There was a lovely cocktail set that we took advantage of which was a fun touch. The entire apartment was extremely clean. It is located in a quiet area about a 15 minute walk from the centre which we enjoyed. The hosts were extremely helpful and could be contacted at anytime. The only slight issue was the sign at the entrance stating that air bnbs were not allowed in the building. This put us a bit on edge if we bumped into people.

• Jenthorpe (5/5): Good location but not very clean. - Excellent location within easy walking distance of town centre and docks. Excellent responsive hosts and great communication before, during and after stay. No milk provided. No plug for kitchen sink or tea towel - there is a dishwasher but no tabs so no real way of washing dishes properly. Dirty crockery and cutlery. Washed but old and stained bedlinen. No light in corridor so had to use phone to find way in at night.
• Alison (8/5): Satisfactory for one night. - The property is in an ideal location to walk into the centre of Liverpool Whilst there were instructions, the video for the heating was for an entirely different property. The flat was cold and I was unable to identify any thermostat. There was a fan heater beside the TV, I used this but it was really noisy and not ideal. There were also no instructions for the TV. Impossible to get BBC coverage.
• Jada (8/5): Overall, really nice stay and would definitely recommend! - The flat was really clean, the hosts were super nice and mainly responsive. Really loved the bathroom😄 and there were extras of many amenities (toilet roll, loads of cleaning supplies under the sink, multiple portable heaters). The hosts did a great job at making the interior of the place feel homey. Great for spending multiple nights away!! The wifi did not work on our phones or the tv which was a shame, so we had to hotspot. Hosts offered a comp 12pm late checkout for this which was appreciated. We couldn’t find the heating controls for some reason, but used electric heaters instead which worked just as well. The apartment complex is not the nicest to be honest, but that is down to the other tenants. Something to prepare for though.

• Neil (9/5): Superb - Exactly as it looks, lovely apartment with nearly everything you need. Quiet area and approx 20 mins walk into city centre. Definitely recommend. No clothes horse to hang washing on if required.
• Shane (9/5): Baltic flat - The flat is really nice and clean in amazing location, 5 min walk from the docks and right in the Baltic quarter and a very short distance from the city center, it's based on a quiet street so there is very little noise, really great place to stay was when visiting Liverpool closeness to everything
