• Catherine (10/5): A comfortable place to stay in Tokyo. - We liked all the space, which is hard to find in Tokyo. The weather was very hot but this apartment had excellent air conditioning, and space to relax in the cool. Upstairs there are three bedrooms, two with small double beds and one with a single bed and a cot. There is no bathroom or toilet on this floor. In the middle floor there is the kitchen, lounge, dining and a toilet. The ground floor has a double bedroom, bathroom and separate toilet. There is a washing machine, and plenty of places to hang washing to dry. This was a comfortable place for 5 adults to spend a week. The kitchen had a large fridge, and all the equipment we needed. There are 2 train stations within 10 minutes walk. The location was very quiet at night. The apartment is in a narrow street, so it wasn’t possible for us to be dropped off and picked up from the exact location. We had to walk a few minutes to a wider street. Also the stairs are narrow and steep. These features were not an issue for us, but could be a concern if you have a lot of luggage or difficulty with mobility.

• Katrina (9/5): Great location, clean and tidy apartment, fun time for all. - Excellent location in lively neighborhood and walking distance to Shinjuku. We had everything we needed. Easily accommodated 4 adults and 3 children.
• Feng-shuo (10/5): Good Value for Group of People - The place is spacious, tidy, and near to the high street. Good value for the group of people. Korean restaurants are walkable distances. The instructions for the facilities in the kitchen can be more informative.

• Danielle (9/5): Superb - House is near shops and restaurants. It was has a lot of space and clean. Instructions on checking in was difficult with the owner. It was sent just hours before we checked in. It was also weird that there is a crib inside one of the rooms.

Very spacious house. 3 levels and very accomodating for my family of 5. With rooms big enough to store luggage. Two toilets was also helpful. The air con was appreciated. Nice quiet little street
• Robin (9/5): Great house in heart of Shinjoku - Nice place in a great location for Shinjuku - close to everything but quiet and safe. Spotlessly clean. Spacious - 4 separate bedrooms so great for families. Owner really kind. Nothing for us. Didn’t cook so can’t comment on facilities. Also maybe not for noisy groups as it’s a quiet street!
• Sarah (10/5): Great vacation home fits 8 people comfortably! - Very comfortable for 8 people. The house is we kept, had all the amenities needed for a family vacation. Close to shops, restaurants and train station. There’s only one shower. Needed to develop a shower schedule.

• Kyla (7/5): Overall great value for money. - Suitable for 5 friends - lots of space and close to train station. The beds were super hard - even with the extra cushions it was tough to sleep. Bathrooms are inconveniently located as there are none on the top bedroom floor. Couch was small in living room - only accommodates two people comfortably. Also this location is in Korea town and hard to find Japanese food nearby. Would have liked to know this prior to booking!

• Michael (9/5): Superb - The place is perfect for a family or a big group of friends. Incredibly spacious and everything you need at home is available. Locations is excellent as well, around 2 minute walk from the convenience store and 7 min walk to the station. Center of Koreatown which means tons of restaurants in the area easily accessible.

The apartment was surprisingly very big (3 stories—2nd floor is the kitchen and living room) and was able to comfortably fit all 7 of us. 🙌🏼 This is one of the best apartments we stayed at so far. It’s also right next to Koreatown, which has a lot of good restaurants. We will definitely be staying at this place again in the future! 😊 Our only wish is that the apartment was a little closer to the train station only because we had a lot of luggages. It was about a 7 minute or so walk. Other than that, we are very satisfied with our stay.
• Nahira (8/5): I would stay here again - The apartment is in a nice location. Easy walk to the train station and close to nightlife, food, seven eleven, etc. it’s a spacious apartment considering how small apartments tend to be in Japan and fits 5-7 people with no issues. They need to update this apartment a bit. Furniture is a bit outdated and they need new linens and towels. Linens/bedsheets had yellow stains in them… there were not enough comforters to snuggle up under the blankets either and the towels looked like they had been used a lot. Regardless, the host was very responsive and attentive and if those little things were changed I would’ve given it 10 stars
