-GROUP UNDER 25 YEARS OLD ARE NOT AUTHORIZED -We ask you to respect the tranquility of the neighborhood if not the Barcelona authorities have the right to retain the whole security deposit -Smoking inside the apartment is forbidden, it could be entitled to a 50 to 250 Euros fine -Pets under 10kg allowed on request ( additional charge 20€). -This accommodations is equipped with a Room Monitor noise detector. Detector that does not record discussions but decibels, this to ensure the tranquility of the neighborhood. Any attempt to disconnect or exceed noise may be penalized with a fine of 50 to 250 Euros -It is forbidden to use the bath towels provided to go to the beach. Otherwise, you will be charged €12 per unit. Check-in regular time between 14h00 and 20h00 , after 20h00 you will have a 30€ extra for late arrival, after midnight 50€, after 1hAM it is 10€ more per extra hour. Sunday and bank holiday check-in have an extra of 30€. Early check-in before 13h, if available, requires extra 20€. The regulations of our country require us to verify the information of the passport, identity card of the traveler. Barcelona city tax not included: 5€ per night per person.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

Phelan (7/5): Great location and the apartment is great, just accessing it with luggage is a challenge. - The apartment is on the 4th floor up a very steep set of narrow stairs and there is no elevator. This is not clearly communicated on the booking. It needs to me be made clearer.

Dirk (9/5): Nice place - The apartment was very clean and functionally furnished with good beds and air conditioning. There are many shops and restaurants nearby. The apartment is easily accessible by public transport, and some attractions are within walking distance. The kitchen is well equipped, and the Lambrusco in the fridge was a nice surprise. The apartment is on the fourth floor, so it is accessible via a very steep staircase. Sometimes you can hear noise from the neighbors.
