• Maciej (8/5): Wyjątkowa lokalizacja nad samą rzeką. - Domek nad samą rzeką, dobra lokalizacja z prywatnym miejscem parkingowym. Sprawny kontakt z właścicielem. Początkowo mieliśmy problem z ogrzewaniem (było zimno), ale gospodarz pomógł nam go rozwiązać.

• Thiemo Germann (9/5): Super Spot zum erkunden von Kutaissi inkl. Parken und vollausgestatteter Ferienwohnung - Super Lage nah zur Innenstadt und dem Markt dazu coole Terrasse zum Fluss. Alles vorhanden was gebraucht werden könnte, vom Bademantel zur Waschmaschine oder Kochgeschirr. Großzügig Platz und Parkplatz auf dem Hof ist vorhanden. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Alles soweit gut, Kommunikation auf Englisch war nicht ganz einfach aber alles unkompliziert zu regeln.
• limor (8/5): - The cottage itself is nice. it has a porch just over the river, with its soothing sound. The cleanliness was somewhat lacking. The stairs to the sleeping area are smooth and narrow, and require attention, especially when coming down.

• Joost (8/5): - Mooi uitzicht vanaf het achterbalkon. Huisje zelf is goed ingericht, goede airconditioning en prima bedden. Op loopafstand van de stad, wat fijn is Het huisje bevindt zich op het erf van een woonhuis. Niet erg, maar wel goed te vermelden. Parkeren kan op het erf , maar het is krap.

The host was very responsive and helpful. Secure parking. The bed sheets were a little uncomfortable, but this was extremely minor and maybe down to personal preference, we would happily stay again!

• Kate (10/5): Relaxing time and helpful host - The host is extremely kind and helpful. When I blew out the tyre on my car he did more then he needed to to help us. The internet and the tv were very good. We were very comfortable staying here.

While the location is very beautiful and central, it feels a bit off to walk back home at the evening. Regarding the property everything was 10/10.

Our boys, aged 10 and 16, had a blast exploring the beautiful surroundings and enjoying the outdoor activities. The spacious yard was perfect for them to play and unwind. In summary, this cottage is a hidden gem, made even more special by the wonderful hosts. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and memorable getaway. We can't wait to return!
