• Rozaniza (9/5): Comfortable and Well-Equipped Homestay in Pendang with Room for Minor Improvements - I recently stayed at Aila Homestay and it was truly an exceptional experience. The house is well-equipped with modern amenities such as wifi, TV, air conditioner, fridge, washing machine, water dispenser machine, etc. making it incredibly convenient for both short and long stays. The homestay features three spacious rooms and each room comes with an attached bathroom and air-conditioner which is perfect for ensuring privacy and comfort, especially when traveling with family members. Accessibility to the house is very easy, and it is strategically located near important landmarks like Hospital Pendang, Eco Shop, MRSM Pendang, Akademi Sains Pendang and other local shops, making it an ideal choice for both leisure and business travelers. The house itself is comfortable and spacious, providing a warm and inviting atmosphere. It’s a perfect spot for families looking for a home-like environment while traveling. Lastly, the owner was accomodating and friendly ensuring our stay was smooth and pleasant.I highly recommend this homestay to anyone visiting Pendang, especially families seeking a cozy and well-equipped accomodation. I will definitely choose this place again for my future visits to Pendang! While my overall stay at Aila Homestay was enjoyable and comfortable, there are a couple of areas that I believe could be improved to enhance the guest experience. Firstly, there is ongoing construction on the access road leading to the homestay, which made it slightly challenging to navigate, especially for first-time visitors like me. However, I understand that this construction is beyond the owner's control. Secondly, there is no clear signage indicating the direction to the homestay. While using Waze or Google Maps helps, having proper signboards along the route would make it much easier for guests to locate the property, especially for those who might not be tech-savvy, smartphone battery draining issue, or are unfamiliar with the area. I hope the owner can consider placing visible signboards at key junctions or access points to guide guests more effectively. Overall, these are minor inconveniences, and they do not overshadow the positive experience I had during my stay. I’m confident that addressing these suggestions will make Aila Homestay an even better choice for future guests.

• Nieyz (9/5): Superb - All the rooms attach with bathroom. Most convenience thing that hard to find in most homestay. The host is extra helpful. I requested for early check in time, and she manage to help it as I am travelling from far. Thumbs up to owner! Will definitely repeats again if am having an event in that area.
