• Heuᄂ (3/5): - Unlike the photos, the building was old, and the narrow stairs on the third floor were uncomfortable to climb with my suitcase. Self-check-in was not bad, and they responded to my questions via email. A family of four stayed for two nights and received four towels. You have to wash them if you need them.
• Bouchez (9/5): - Clean and functional apartment. Very easy to find thanks to the directions sent by message. Located 10 minutes from the train station, it’s easy to reach the different neighborhoods.

• Tato Emme (6/5): Okay for a night. - Well located and practical. The place is very worn, the walls need some paint. There was stuff from previous guests and we found dirty dishes, a lot of mismatched elements and no storage so it left an overall feeling of 'not caring' about the guest experience, just ticking boxes to complete the amenities checklist.
• Sandra (8/5): I can recommend this place for this price. Very well located. - The room was located very good and it was close to the metro. In walking distance there were few touristic spots. The room itself was rather really small, however we were only sleeping there. Very nice touch as washing machine with drying option(washing powder also included). The kitchen was also very well equipped with bowls, cutlery dishwashing soap etc. The microwave, refrigarator worked properly with no problems, the same with AC - everything worked properly. In the bathroom you could find the shampoo and soap and obviously towels. Cleanliness can be improved especially the shoecase on the entrance with some random items in it.

Die Sauberkeit leider…auch waren die Doppelbetten sehr klein. Ich würde es für zwei Menschen empfehlen oder vllt für ein paar mit einem Kind. Auf gar keinen Fall 4 Erwachsene. Wir waren zu dritt und kannten uns sehr gut da ging es aber ansonsten…

• Nurziha (9/5): It was an enjoyable stay and good service. Room is also big enough for 6 of us. - Very convenient location...just a few steps to the metro with many nearby convenience stores! Very difficult to find. The airport transfer dropped us at Luana Hotel, Nakano as Luana Hotel Shin-Nakano is not on Google Map. Google Shin-Nakano Metro Station!

• L. (8/5): Very good - Close to Yotsuya train station. We also walked to Shinjuku National Gardens. WiFi was patchy but still worked. Room was great although it was on 3rd floor, so be aware of lugging your bags up the skinny stairwell. Room could have used some more coat hangers and some pegs for washing. Otherwise washing machine worked well, bathroom was nice, and the location was great. We loved exploring the small back streets and shrines around here. Also a drinks vending machine almost right outside the door. Aircon was great for high summer. Amazing price for a family to stay.

• Marion (4/5): Disappointing - Should not be called a "hotel". It's a self-checkin Airbnb apartment with no service that a real hotel would offer. Bathroom in old yellow and dirty plastic. No tea, no coffee. Small.
• Yna (4/5): Not a great place - The beds were big enough for four. There were tables and a cute heater. No elevator, the sink was broken, limited amenties, only soap and shampoo was present. The bathroom ran cold and was uncomfortable to use during our stay.

• Tan (3/5): Poor - Nothing The outside (exterior) of accomodation is not shown on website. The actual building looks old and rundown. Narrow staircase to get to the second and third floors (You need strong arms to bring your luggages up to your room). Inside the room, it does not look and feel clean - bedsheets and floor all dirty. There are stains on walls near the beds. Toilet constantly emit a mild odour. The bathrooom does not have hooks for towel and clothes. Apartment comes with windows, but no view, just inches from adjacent structures. Pictures of the room shown on booking.com. are misleading. Very disappointing . Pillows are flat, as flat as Crepes!
