- Martinez (5/5): Ruidosa - La calle está en construcción y es una vía muy ruidosa, en la noche había una discoteca clandestina enfrente así que no pudimos dormir bien. El apartmento está bien pero le hace falta mantenimiento, las puertas se atrancan, algunas chapas están como caídas…

- Castellanos (8/5): Mostly not bad - Location Various structural and utility damages that weren’t properly notified to the guests beforehand The bedrooms require soundproofing or at least the one looking directly to the 100th street. The traffic and construction work there is uncomfortable
- Gabriel (8/5): Very good - There's a supermarket nearby. It's in the middle of multiple roads maintenance.
- Fernandez (8/5): Good place, but needs a bit of renovation - Location and accessibility both bathrooms’ showers were in bad shape unfortunately. The base of the wall attached to the shower was falling off on two of the bathrooms, and the other one did not have hot water
