• Ali (6/5): - (+ve) It's all about location, location, location! Being close to the city's hustle and bustle is a big plus. (-ve) The structure is quite antiquated. Numerous furnishings, including couches, are present. The wooden floors creak throughout the apartment with every footstep.
• AHMED (1/5): لم يتم استلم السكن بسبب المضيف - السلام عليكم ورحمة لم تتم الإقامة السبب تم التواصل مع المضيف قبل بيوم ولم يرد وبعد وصولي الي المطار ساعة الوصول 11 صباحنا اتصلت في المضيف ولم يرد وذهبت الي مكان الإقامة وانتظرت من الساعة 12 ونصف ظهرا لمدة ساعتين ولم يرد على الاتصالات وذهبت ابحث عن سكن اخر وحاولات الاتصال به مرة اخر وتم الرد الساعة 5 عصرا واخبرني السكن للعوائل فقط!!؟ هل هذا تصرف محترم اليك الجواب وقال لي حسنا مارايك ان تلغي الحجز وانا ابحث لك عن سكن اخر وانا لم الغي الحجز وذهبت عنها انه انسان غير امين و متلعب وغير محترم

• Imran (8/5): Highly recommend - The location is amazing, very cooperative staff spacious space, best for the families The building is old however the apartment is upgraded with wooden floor
• Kim (9/5): Superb - The host offered us to stay on a newer apartment so I can't say anything about this one. However, Amil was very helpful and responsive. We also stayed on his other apartment for a different day so I would say he always maintain the same cleanliness on his accommodations.
• Jan (9/5): Superb - This is a spacious and nicely furnished apartment in the center of Baku. The staff were very helpful and available on WhatsApp for any queries. The apartment has a well equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms and a large living room. We went with friends, and we had plenty of space to be together but also enough privacy, which was nice. The person whose phone number is listed on the property profile arranged the main details before the trip, but the actual checking in was done by another person, Karim, who was available to deal with queries too. The address on the property profile brought us to a different part of Baku, so it took us some time to actually find the property. Make sure you check the address with the staff.
• Valleree (9/5): Superb - Second time booking with Bakuapart and they are accommodating. Karim has been very helpful with us throughout - from check in to check out. The place was very comfortable.
• Meshari (1/5): Bad - Close to city center The staff asked to pay him in cash and whatsapped me from a different number. After leaving, he said that I did not show to the proparty and canceled the booking trying to charge me twice.

• Rakesh (10/5): A very spacious Apartment and extremely gracious hosts. - We had to book this WinterPark Apartment at the last moment. We booked this apartment at about 9 PM, rang up the host and he was very kind to send his manager to open the Apartment for us.....we were nicely settled in by about 9:30 PM. THIS APARTMENT IS HUGE! And it is modern in furnishings etc. It has two large bedrooms and a huge drawing room. It has two bathrooms - one fitted with a Jacuzzi (though we did not use the jacuzzi). The kitchen is very well equipped. The complete Apartment has excellent air conditioning. It is located about 10 minute walking away from the bustling Nizami Street area. There is a superstore about 200m away. The owner and manager are WONDERFUL people. We requested for a small repair to one of the ACs, and a mechanic was promptly sent to address the problem. All in all, an excellent experience. Everything was just great in Winterpark Apartment.
