• Mariana (1/5): Horrible - The host is horrible, the place need to be cancelled for accommodation, they give one code access to enter as if u are in prison The most horrible experience was checking out someone came to ban the door for over 20min when I ask whose at the door no response I was so scared I started boiling the water as I thought there's an intruder I them reached my phone to message the host that someone keeps banging the door ghem she said is the cleaner, The host kept calling me to leave after I just had a traumatic experience as I was listening to the door banging I did not prepared my item she messaged me that im rude and I need to leave The noise was horrible The traumatising experience was the banging of the door

• Masondo (8/5): great - The location was good and is in a posh area My car was not allowed inside. I had to leave it outside the property. There wasnt enough pots to cook. There was only one pan.
• Debra (5/5): comfortable. and all issues were sorted out quickly each time we requested. - Convenient Security issues to get in if not having a car.. very complicated, having to get new codes daily makes it more complicated. Also suggest they add Bedside lights to make it convenient and extra bin in bathroom

• Tumi (10/5): Great stay. - Connie, the host, was great at communicating the key retrieval and all other information. The wifi signal was great, and all the amenities were clean. It was a great overnight stay, and I would definitely go back. Nothing. Everything met my expectations.

• Frans (3/5): We did not enjoy our stay. - The apartment was on the first floor. We had a fair amount of luggage to accommodate the self service facility and had to use stairs to the first floor. Our parking bay was not close to the facility.

• Nokukhanya (7/5): safe place security very friendly - safe place, but there were cockroaches all over the place we were hoping for table and 2 chairs @ the balcony , but only 1 bar chair not so comfartable if they can fumigate the place

• Cristabel (10/5): Great - Property is as advertised and the host responded quickly when there were requests. The place didn’t have pots only a saucepan other than that nothing else.

• Noorjan (1/5): Bad experience....... Will never stay there again. - Nothing Cockroach in the apartment.... Oven very dirty and the cooker hood dirty as well.... Host gave the wrong apartment at first with wrong directions..... Rude host...... Will never stay there again...... I had my grandson with me, booked for two guests, but only received 1 bath towel...
