• Rosa (10/5): INMEJORABLE ! - El apartamento es buenísimo, el mejor en el que he estado en todos mis viajes. La atención de Monica fue excepcional. Un piso muy cómodo tanto por ubicación como por limpieza e instalaciones.

Najlepszy z trzech bardzo dobrych apartamentów, z których korzystałem w Rzymie w ostatnich dwóch latach

• Anrik (8/5): - Very nice and spacious apartment. Ac was working well even in the hot sun. Location was very nice as well. Close to cafe in the morning for our morning coffee and breakfast which was nice since we woke up middle of the night due to jet lag. Convenient metro station close by but walking distance from many highlights. Didn’t get to meet the owner but communication went fine Only thing was that the water pressure of the shower was very low. They weren’t able to fix it during our stay. I hope they will for the next guest.
• Sam (6/5): Great location, vibrant cultural center. Close to attractions for a short stay in Rome. - The location is good, it's a slightly quieter part of town. The building itself is quite rundown in general, however the room itself is good. Apartment came with sugar, oil, pepper, salt, a shower kit and other basic essentials which was nice. Air conditioning was mediocre but functional. The presence of a balcony was nice at night, although lots of building looking down into it. Noise levels were great, no issues with nighttime noise even on busy nights out. Darkness in room was generally good, although be aware of a green light that is constantly on (so bring an eyemask if you would find this annoying). Books present in room with guides of Rome and where to visit, etc. Iron is present but note there's no ironing board. Kitchenware was generally good and has a lot of the essentials you need, even things like bottle openers, bread knives, etc. Good amount of hangers provided to hang clothes up. Nice decor in the room. Plenty of storage space everywhere, hairdryer and first aid kit present also which is nice. Nice windows out into the main street, and some nice restaurants/bars around the place. Be warned though for tourist traps as plenty of them exist around the center and do NOT use any ATM near the apartment (Euronet). Also note that Conad City supermarket nearby is good prices for food/cheese/groceries. My partner suffers with back pain and struggled a bit with the soft mattress, but you likely won't have an issue unless you have previous bed issues. The hot water is a bit dodgy, functional but do not budget more than one quick shower per hour due to boiler constraints. No oven present, which is in the ad, but just note this for longer stays as it makes simple home food a bit harder to do. Not a lot of toilet paper given for the length of our stay, but was just about sufficient. Issues with check in made us wait over 2 hours past our check-in time to enter the apartment, but was due to a miscommunication (potentially language barrier) between the host and I. Overall the host was very nice and gave some nice tips for Rome. Also note the duvet is covered by a sheet (that doesn't wrap around the duvet - simply sits on top and is a bit yellow) so we didn't use it during our stay. We were left with watery washing up liquid as the cleaners didn't replace it which made it a bit more difficult to wash dishes during our stay. It also feels a bit odd paying such a high cleaning fee whilst also needing to take out the bins and basically cleaning the apartment yourself. Bathroom is not lockable due to damage to both the door and lock (pictured). Rest of the apartment was pretty much as photographed in the advertisement.

• Ian (3/5): Nice appartment, but noisy and major concerns over security - The appartment is perfectly functional, well equipped and clean. Useful facilities for cooking and a nice outside space. The A/C is very efficient. I was extremely annoyed that I recieved a message to say i must vacate by 10am, yet when i returned to the appartment at 9am, after an early morning walk, the cleaning staff had already entered the propety without me being there and with my belongings inside. Front door was left wide open. This is really unacceptable, especially when the owner had my contact details and could have called me. Also worth mentioning that the street outside the appartment is quite noisy and bustling with tourists, there are lots of bars and restaurants close by so it is very noisy at night. I also found front door of the building was left open almost every single time I entered or exited the building.
• Katalin (7/5): Loved Monti district, but this apartment is definitely overpriced - The location is superb! The Monti district is the best in Rome! Near the Cavour metro station and safe streets! First: the aparment is at the 3rd floor, however the windows overlook the very noisy street Leonina. To sleep You have to close the windows and use the air conditioner. Second: the quality of the mattress is unacceptable for this price!

• Cindy (5/5): Great location but disappointed with the wifi, bed and no clean sheets. - Stayed 12 nights and linen change and towels not included, host said they could clean for $70 euro. This was not advertized on the website. No broom, garbage bags or cleaning supplies provided to do own cleaning. Bed not comfortable, dips on one side. Wifi off and on, did not work most days. Shower door off its tracks. Would not recommend for a long stay, a day or two would be fine. Excellent location. A bit of attention to the suite would make it more comfortable.
• Lesley (8/5): Convenient - Good location. Clean. The apartment was quite cold but that could be an advantage in the warmer weather. Would have been nice to have the minimum of some water in the fridge as we arrived very late and that would have been appreciated. The communications for access felt more like AI than a real person so not very personal. Mattress could be better.
• Teodora (10/5): Great spot in the centre of Rome, a wonderful and a pleasant stay - The location of the apartment is great, the hosts were quick to reply, and they have given us the instructions for a self check in on the day of the check in. Luckily we were able to grab WiFi and complete the process. The apartment had all the needed amenities (kitchen: silverware, plates, bowls, moka pot, metal pots, induction stove, fridge; bathroom: towels, soaps and shower gels, hair dryer; bedroom/living room: blankets, lamps and air conditioner). We were also already provided with coffee, sugar, salt, pepper and vinegar in the kitchen. The owners are quick to respond and help. Be aware that in the colder months such as December, January or February, you should bring your slippers with you and some warm clothes. Even though the owners offered us additional blankets, and the option to turn on the AC to keep us warm, we were still cold in the apartment. The walls are thick and cold, and the floor is cold as well, so make sure to bring slippers, warm socks, sweaters, pants and even thick under-garments when arriving to this apartment. - One side of the mattress had a small dent, but we didn't mind it as we had a short stay.
• Carol (8/5): An excellent base to visit all the wonderful sights of Rome - The location was excellent, Monti is a great neighbourhood and it was easy to walk to all the museums and sites that we wanted to visit The apartment and everything in it was very clean Only small issues - the kitchen lacked storage containers e.g. to store small amounts of left over salad. The sharp knives were no good to chop vegetables e g. Onions The mattress was uneven

• Gizem (9/5): I'd definitely recommend to stay in this house. Nice host, nice location, nice street, nice area. - The best part about the apartment is the location. Very close to the metro station and the area is full with nice restaurants, cafes, etc. The aparment is a fit for 2 people. And you can find anything you need during your stay. Host are so kind and helpful as well. Thank you Flavio & Emiliano. There was a yellow stain on the duvet. That's the only think that made me unconfortable.

• Jonathan (9/5): Superb - Fantastic location within walking distance to the main attractions, especially the colosseum. You step out of the apartment block and find yourself on a quiet but lively cobbled street filled with restaurants, cafes and gelaterias. Very quiet at night didn't hear any noise. The apartment itself is clean and spacious. The outside terrace is fairly basic but a perfect place to chill before heading out for the night and for drying clothes (there's also a washing machine out there). There were some issues with the automatic lock and key code not working correctly so we had to be given a key as well. But it was still a bit of a pain to close or open sometimes as you didn't know if the code had worked or not. But the hosts were aware of the issue and said it was planned to be fixed.

Walking distance to all attractions. <2 minutes walk to Cavour Metro station. <10 minutes walk to Termini station. < 5 minutes walk to number 64 bus to Vatican City, passing all major tourist attractions en route. Colosseum is <5 minutes walk away. Spacious, bright apartment with good sized new kitchen and bathroom. Fantastic little.terrace for relaxing in the sun or drying clothes. Photos are an accurate representation. Lots of shops and restarting on the doorstep. The area has a nice mix of locals and tourists.

• Sam (10/5): Want to stay in one of the most vibrant locations in Central Rome? Apartment was fabulous for us - Location! Ease of access. communication from hosts. Supplies and fit out - nothing we missed. Honestly - nothing we could fault. An excellent apartment and so well presented.
• Emiko (10/5): Excellent! - The location is the best and convenient to go anywhere. The equipment was new, clean and easy to use. I was able to do the check-in procedure without stress. If you have 2 sets of towels, it's convenient for washing.
