• Michael (8/5): Enjoyable. Would overall recommend the property - Location close to the river. Quite close to Temple Bar too. A convenience store not far away as well Difficulty in making contact as the arrival date was approaching giving rise to anxiety about access. It was okay and worked in the end.

• valentina (8/5): - Sicuramente la posizione dell'alloggio è molto buona, anzi ottima. Praticamente centrale, si possono raggiungere a piedi tutti i luoghi di interesse e di shopping. A due passi dal Trinity, dall'Ha'penny bridge, 15 minuti da St.Stephen Green o Marrion square, adiacente a Zona Temple Bar. Una delle due camere da letto aveva praticamente un boiler per l'acqua o qualcosa di simile all'interno dell'armadio, pertanto ogni volta che si andava al bagno (unico e adiacente alla camera in questione) anche solo aprendo l'acqua fredda o tirando l'acqua del WC, si produceva un rumore incredibile nella stessa camera da letto. Il che di giorno può non essere un problema, ma sicuramente lo diventa di notte. In bagno che è molto grande e spazioso, forse mancano posti dove poter sistemare gli asciugamani, che soprattutto per chi alloggia nel soggiorno diventa un problema dove riporli.
• Tracy (8/5): Very comfortable stay in great location. - Great location, comfortable beds and quiet for sleeping. Needs some form of hooks or towel rail in the bathroom. Bins in the bedroom too would be useful.

• Lara (6/5): Very centrally located, but sparse, apartment. - The location was ideal for us - walkable to everything, right near the trains and trams, too. There's plenty of space, and a very useful kitchen with plenty of cooking equipment (utensils, pans, coffee maker, etc.), and a good washing machine. Host was not very responsive, and there were no instructions, even on basics such as where to put the trash - there was a code we needed, but weren't given, for the garage trash receptacle. The place is minimalist, as many reviewers noted - no pictures on the wall, etc. This is especially apparent in the bathroom; there are holes from the ripped-out towel bar, which seems a small issue - but with nowhere to hang wet towels (not a hook, not a shelf, not a shower bar), prepare for a daily pile of wet communal towels. A very small amount of care put into this place would make a huge difference.
