• Nohemi (4/5): COLD HOT TUB. We were told that it was our fault that we didn’t check the amenities that the hot tub wasn’t listed as “h - COLD HOT TUB. We were told that it was our fault that we didn’t check the amenities that the hot tub wasn’t listed as “hot” but yet the pictures provided hot tub images and pool is provided. Pool was very dirty, water hose was left on when we arrived we had to turn it off for them. This home was very poorly maintained before we arrived. Bugs in all rooms and restrooms. We killed multiple roaches and other bugs. Unfortunately some of our party left early due to the uncomfortableness of bugs. House was dirty the floors had dirt and many dust bunnies. Creamers provided were all chunky and rotten so no coffee. We decided to buy many groceries got back and the refrigerator was not cool. Luckily they had one mini fridge we were able to stuff most cool item in but everything else we had to freeze. Freezer did work. Refrigerator did start finally cooling our last night of our stay but we didn’t use bc we packed up since checkout was 11am. Following morning of checkout, water was cut off so we had to brush our teeth with water bottles. We didn’t even bother asking we just wanted to leave at that point. Bath upstairs was filthy we try to use it and it was filthy we even tried washing it but we got to the point that is wasn’t even worth it . House is listed as a 5 bedroom that’s a lie it’s 4 bedroom and 5th is a living room with sofa no doors so absolutely no privacy it’s not a bedroom. That is a living room with a pull out sofa. No drawers for clothes. Door upstairs in restroom doesn’t open all the way it hits the floor tile so we had to walk all the way around to go downstairs. All in all this was not worth the money I paid for this stay we luckily were reimbursed $300 for so many problems but still doesn’t change the fact that we still paid over 2000 for our stay even with that $300 discount. If it wasn’t for how much we spend I would have left early. House is gorgeous outside that is all I can say good. COLD HOT TUB.
