Dana (7/5): With a few improvements, this could be an outstanding place to stay! - We had a pleasant stay in the heart of Málaga. The apartment was modern, stylishly decorated, and very clean. The bedroom and living room were well-furnished, making the space feel cozy and welcoming. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we could possibly need, which made cooking very convenient. Additionally, before our arrival, we received clear and detailed instructions on how to access the apartment and connect to the WiFi, which made the check-in process seamless. The location was fantastic- just a short walk from the city center, making it easy to explore everything Málaga has to offer. Overall, we truly enjoyed our time in the city and appreciated the modern and well-equipped apartment. However, there were a few downsides. Unfortunately, the bed was quite hard, and the pillows were very thin and uncomfortable, which resulted in several nights of poor sleep. This was disappointing, as a comfortable bed is an essential part of any stay. The bathroom was well-maintained and equipped with all necessary amenities, including a brand-new hairdryer. But we did notice that the hot water supply was limited; after about 10 minutes of showering, the water would turn cold. When we reached out to the accommodation via Booking.com for assistance regarding the hot water issue, we received little to no help, which was a letdown in terms of customer service. With a few improvements, especially in terms of the bed and customer service, this could be an outstanding place to stay!
