- Judith (6/5): Good stay if less than a week. - Good size for Japan. Well equiped kitchen. Located near many good restaurants and near bus routes. Fast responsive and friendly host/staff. Very Cold in November/December as the windows are not double glazed and some full length windows and sliding door to balcony was not curtained nor properly sealed. Special arrangements needs to be made for longer stay guests for trash removal if staying for more than a week as we weren’t allowed to take out our trash from the room.

It is cute, has everything needed and is in a great location, walking distance from good restaurants, shops etc. The host is friendly and allowed us to store our luggage before check in.

- Keiko (9/5): Good location, quieter than central Tenjin area but still convenient enough. - It's located 1km away from center of Tenjin, but still walkable distance. Not too busy area but Subway stops and bus stops are close, so no problem to go around to see many parts of Fukuoka. There are many Convenient stores, supermarket and restaurants. Wifi password was incorrect but owner responded quickly. Bit confusing to use washing machine. I wanted to just spin and dry though, machine keeps rinsing...
