• Paqui (8/5): Buena calidad-precio. - La ubicación, limpieza y el equipamiento (enchufes adaptadores para España, slippers, cápsulas de café, y completo menage de cocina) Podíamos desayunar y cenar en el apartamento. Calidad-precio muy buena. El apartamento se encuentra en una avenida frente el museo de Historia Natural, por lo que el tráfico se oye bastante. Por lo tanto falta insonorización. Advertencia, el apartamento es una planta baja inferior, conocida como basement, y las únicas dos ventanas del apartamento son las de uno de los dormitorios.
• Lluís (8/5): Ubicación espectacular - Ubicación, calidad precio. Habitación que da a la calle algo ruidosa. Falta alguna mesa pequeña para poder comer 4 personas.
• Vivar Mayte (6/5): - La ubicacion Lo que no me gustó inicialmente fue el trato recibido, ya que estuve intentando que me mandarán las instrucciones para cojer la llave antes de salir de viaje, el que gestionaba el alojamiento no me entendió y después de marearme me dijo que las instrucciones me las mandaban el mismo día. Hasta el último momento no me lo mandaron y eso me inquieto bastante ya que la estuve solicitando varias veces que me mandarán el vídeo con las instrucciones. El alojamiento estaba limpio y no está mal mucho ruido en la habitación principal. La sala de cocina y estar es estrechita pero cumple su función

• Allysha (7/5): Clean, responsive, nice neighborhood - Location was excellent. The host was responsive and helpful. The flat is small but clean. A fan in the bedrooms would have been lovely, and the mattresses are quite soft, so if your back needs something more firm, I'd check to see if they've replaced them or find another place to stay.

• Emilio_Velasco (10/5): MUCHO MEJOR DE LO ESPERADO - Ubicación excepcional, al lado de museos y muy cerca de Hyde Park. Junto a paradas de bus y metro para cualquier desplazamiento. La temperatura excepcional, los radiadores funcionan a la perfección. Todo el menaje necesario, incluso nos dejaron cápsulas de café (tipo Dolce Gusto) que nos vinieron de lujo! Para acceder, el anfitrión te manda un vídeo muy útil indicando donde están las llaves y el código, por lo que puedes llegar en un vuelo muy tarde sin preocupaciones. Una estancia magnífica!

• Palma (7/5): Good and cheap place for couple days - Host was supportive and replied back quick. Apartment was well equipped. It was clean and tidy. The apartment was in a cave. A way to control temperature could be a most. A bit noisy with upstairs guests and street noise.
• Rebecca (8/5): Family London Getaway - The location was perfect for visiting downtown sites, hosts were friendly and the flat was a very good value. Very clean. Not much room to eat in the kitchen. Being in a city, the street noise and neighbors were very loud at all times of the night.

Great service, responsive and professional personnel always available. Nice rooms inside too. Two things: the noise in the corridor + first bedroom the broken/burst mattress in the first bedroom. The first point does need a fixing because it is below livability standards

È in un seminterrato e non ha aria condizionata, come onestamente segnalato, il clima era perfetto. Riteniamo che il rapporto qualità prezzo sia stato buono. Abbiamo soggiornato per una settimana e il proprietario ci ha prontamente concesso una pulizia infrasettimanale.

• Shona (8/5): Great location, big apartment and good value. - Location and space of apartment were great. 2 double bedrooms, nice shower room, small but well equipped kitchenette. Shower was pretty cold but everything else was great.
• Seiko (8/5): comfortable but like canping - Location is good! I could drop off our luggage in arriving early morning. The bed condition is so soft for us. The table is very small,so the size is for an only person. Another has to eat by standing.
• Georgina (8/5): Central location, comfortable stay, excellent host! - Very central, in between two tube stations and opposite the Natural History Museum. 5 minutes walk to the Science Museum and restaurants and shops nearby. The host was excellent when we found the pillows uncomfortable for the children. He’d delivered us some brand new ones within an hour. There was nowhere to sit and eat… not a huge issue as we sat on the floor for the one dinner we stayed in… which the children saw as a picnic! There is street noise, but to be expected in central London!
• Neil (10/5): Exceptional - Absolutely incredible short stay. The location, cleanliness and facilities were top notch but the service was what really set this place apart. So professional, they not just met our needs they anticipated them. The communication was swift and warm. I can't believe how good the host is. We travelled as a family of 4 and our children loved having their own space which is usually a luxury on holiday that you pay a premium for. Unbelievable location, value and service. I could not recommend it more and will ALWAYS check if this is available before staying anywhere else in London City.

For me and this is a personal one the bed was too soft and the with the pillow being harder I slept at an angle, I did like the pillow just needed more support from the bed.

• Raluca (9/5): Best location for families with kids - Location was great, we could leave luggage both before checkin and at check out, host answered fast. Enough space for a family of 4. Building is old and beautiful but it has very thin windows and front door: every single noise from the street, it felt like it was in our room. Also, first day was very cold due to the same reason and starting the second, the heaters were turned on and it was fine. Wifi was good, though inconsistent. I tried some meeting over Teams and that did not work too well. Whatsups calls were ok. We could have used a vacuum.cleaner for the 5 days.
