The pool spa had really loud rude guest blasting music with no consideration for others in the pool area, I let staff know and it took the over ten minutes to address it, super ghetto guest, breakfast says included but was not.

• Debra (6/5): After 14 years of loyal stays, the poorly installed flooring in multiple rooms made this visit disappointing and embarra - Location I have stayed at the Courtyard by Marriott in Hesperia every December for the past 14 years, and this is the first time I’ve felt disappointed enough to write a negative review. During this visit, the floors in each of our rooms had noticeable gaps where the hardwood flooring had not been installed properly. The condition looked unfinished and unprofessional. Unfortunately, this became even more uncomfortable because I had guests with me, and they pointed out the flaws in their rooms. It was honestly embarrassing, especially given the standard I’ve come to expect from Marriott. Loyalty and consistency are the reasons I’ve returned year after year, but this experience has caused me to reconsider. Unless improvements are made, we will likely look for another place to stay on future visits.

Room had a broken refrigerator area so the refrigerator was placed by the bed. WIFI was very poor, which posed a challenge when working in the work station of the hotel as well as in the room.

• Aida (1/5): - Extremely disappointed with this hotel. The beds were terrible — old, sagging mattresses that made it impossible to get a good night’s sleep. We woke up sore and exhausted. The staff were unfriendly and unhelpful, showing no interest in assisting guests. Breakfast was another huge letdown: tasteless food, very limited choices, and low-quality products. The overall atmosphere of the hotel feels neglected and unwelcoming, as if no one cares about comfort or service. Definitely not worth the money. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

• Richard (8/5): Work Trip to Victorville - Hotel is located in a good location, with plenty of parking spaces. Inside & outside pools. WI-FI was excellent. All the staff were very helpful. Very clean Hotel both inside & outside. Breakfast was very disappointing for me, although I'm sure others found it okay. Service was a bit slow at times, staff seemed to be doing others things instead of servicing customers.

• Ledesma (8/5): Very good - The staff and the room it's self The bed needs to be change out, as it has a huge dip in the center, showing that it is a very old mattress. Beung handicapped, it was the worst bed ive been in. With the high price of the room, there is no continental breakfast included with such a high room rate. No room service is avaliable, and the gap of the kitchen is insane. Breakfast ends at 10 and kitchen is closed until 5pm

The bathroom door did not lock or stay shut , there was a leakage in the bathroom by the shower , so water would just flood the floor. To make sure these problems are fixed

• Mary (7/5): Nice place, just a bit of management issues - Clean, well stocked, comfortable bed, spacious room. Nice facilities. With the exception of the young man who checked us in, the staff seemed stand offish. They gave very little information. A faculty brochure or map in each room would be helpful. Not just a menu. And there was a loud party in the bar that went on until midnight. It would have been nice to be placed away from the party. We were tired after a long days travel and couldn't settle down until the music stopped.
