• Samantha (9/5): Ideal place for a night away (or two in future) - Comfortable, well laid out. Modern. Good location. A few odd bits that I have spoken to the owner about but nothing that will stop me booking there again.
• Alawode (8/5): Very nice, no regrets - It’s a nice apartment, clean and value for money. I know this is not their fault but there’s basin is far from the toilet seat and there’s no mirror in the en-suite toilet.

• Joe (8/5): Pretty good option if you are looking for somewhere to stay, good value. - Everything was as expected, it was a nice warm room in a location close to the city center. The room was clean when I arrived and the bathroom was nice and modern. The bed felt a bit springy and the walls were quite thin so I could hear other guests talking on the phone.
• Vivian (9/5): Overall, it was a comfortable 2-week stay at this studio room. - It is a wonderful studio room at reasonable price. It is clean, well-kept, and modern in design. I have a well-equipped kichenette in my room, with fridge, freezer, kettle, and microwave. Water from shower and tap is of good pressure and warmth. It is located in a nice neighbourhood, with a number of restaurants, shops and supermarkets within walking distance. There is also a nice small garden with a bigger field/park nearby within walking distance. There is even a bigger sharing kitchen equipped with cooking utensils and 2 big ovens, as well as washing machine and dryer for use. There is also a nice backyard where we can hang our clothes if necessary. The free parking nearby also made things convenient for us. Most importantly, the host is highly responsive, kind and considerate. I would definitely recommend this to anyone coming to Peterborough who requires a place to stay. There was one early morning where another occupant in the room next door talked loudly by phone, waking us up (but overall no loud noise at night).

• Edgars (4/5): - The TV didn't work, the mattress was unstable and moved like jelly, it was uncomfortable for 2 people, there were no glasses, and the toilet smelled terribly of smoke, which was unpleasant for both of us non-smokers.

• Laura (8/5): Nice room with everything we needed for our stay. - Clean and tidy room, equipped with all we needed for our one night stay. Host was friendly and easily contactable as we had some WiFi issues that were sorted promptly. A blind or curtain on the smaller window would be beneficial. Plus a mattress topper is needed on the bed as we could feel the springs.

• Kavini (9/5): definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a short- or long-term stay. - We stayed in this studio flat for 25 days and had a very comfortable experience. It truly felt like our own home during our long stay. The facilities were all in great condition, and everything we needed was available. The owner was approachable and helpful throughout, always responsive if we had any questions or needed assistance. During our stay, some family members, including children, visited and stayed with us in another room for a few days. Unfortunately, there was a bit of a disturbance caused by children's noise, and we feel genuinely sorry about the inconvenience caused to another guest. Despite this, our overall experience was very pleasant, and we would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a short- or long-term stay. A couple of small points to mention: the room got quite hot during the summer, even with the windows open and the fan running. Also, the Wi-Fi signal wasn't very strong, which could be an issue if you rely on it for work or streaming.

• Lee (8/5): Very good - Very comfortable and very easy check in. Spoke to the owner via text and were very accommodating. Second time I have stayed there and both times have been great and if I can find the slightest of faults it would be that my most recent stay. I came into contact with one of the housekeeping staff and her attitude and how rude she was shocked me although I wouldn't let that stop me from staying again.

• P (5/5): Basic but does the job - Very clean and well presented. Easy to get into and very comfortable bed. Good size tv and good room size. All applications worked and the room had a pleasant environment. Good value for money considering. The WI-FI in my room was non existent and kept going on and off. But I found communicating with the host very trying. On the day of arrival I sent a message asking for instructions how to enter the property. I received a message 'I have sent you that information.' I checked and I hadn't so I asked again then I got the information. I felt the tone was rude and I did not receive an apology.

• Jacqueline (7/5): Great studio flat for short visit to Peterborough - Good, quiet location, very clean, comfortable bed, good space, great bathroom/shower with shower products, some parking available, good communication with the owner, ease of arrival and access, great check out time. Would recommend it for a short stay. The description of what was in our specific flat on the website was mixed with descriptions of other flats so we thought there was a hob/cooker, but there was only a microwave. There was no toaster for us to make toast for breakfast. There was only one bowl, but there were two of us wanting to eat cereal. Parking was on street, not on the drive way/front of property.

The place has washing machine and dryer in the communal kitchen, which was very useful and the kitchen itself well equipped, although the kitchenette inside the apartment could have done with a bit more utensils/plates and maybe a dish-drying rack or a kitchen towel. Noise. Unfortunately I could hear everything from the apartment below, even normal conversation. Which is a shame, because when no one was around in that one, then the place was very quiet. But as it stands, earplugs were a must.
