• Robert (10/5): Truly amazing and outstanding have already booked for next year - What was there not to like. It’s a perfect house. Had everything and more. Not complaining at all . If it was me the upstairs bathroom I would of made it into a two way bathroom . But saying that we didn’t have a problem at all great house outstanding

• Trung (10/5): Wow, absoulte wow! - Russell, your place has to be one of the best holiday houses we have stayed at! Location was nice and quiet with no noise concerns at all. Plenty of parking out front. Short drive from the IGA, pub and the little beach area. Across from the boat ramp we did try some fishing but no luck :( House is very spacious, very VERY clean and so well stocked with the amenities. A lot of thought and effort of what is required when people are travelling away made it a much more enjoyable stay. Kitchen inside had everything you need. Large fridge (Laundry had another fridge but we didnt need it), double sink, dishwasher, gas stove, coffee machine, air fryer etc. everything you would need. The outside kitchen where we did a lot of cooking on the bbq hotplate was superb. Outdoor sink plus more cutlery, cooking gear, plates etc. Outdoor bar fridge was great for a few bevvies we brought along and were nice and cold even on a high 30 degree day. Balcony overlooking the marina was beautiful but having dinner at the back watching sunset even better. The back outdoor blinds were great late at night keeping the bugs out whilst we chilled and even managed to watch a movie! Beds were comfy, plenty of pillows and blankets for everyone. Although no AC directly in the bedrooms, each room had a fan which was more than enough. The 2 outdoor ACs in the bottom and top living areas kept the house cool overall. Dual head showers upstairs was great, plus 3 toilets made life easier lol Everyone was so happy with our stay. We would highly recommend this place to anyone and would definitely stay here again if we visited Port Vincent. Thank you Russell!
• Likando (10/5): Exceptional - Absolutely amazing, every room was decorated with style, clean, and smelt fresh.. Loads of room in and out. The outdoor entertaining area was a highlight. Great BBQ, with a fridge and sink in the same vicinity. Amazing tables in and out for those perfect family dinners. Beautiful view over the marina. Every member of the family was happy. Could not fault. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

• Scragg (10/5): Exceptional - The home is beautifully and thoughtfully appointed, everything we needed was provided (even the things we didn't think we needed!) We had the most wonderful time, and I really loved being able to use the outdoor area to read, relax and just take it easy. I'm really grateful we were able to show Port Vincent to my inlaws who have travelled from Arizona, and to do so in such comfort is just amazing. Thank you so much for everything, and I hope to be able to stay again! Nothing. It was perfect!

The 3 televisions & private areas for the family to spread out were very appreciated. My husband said the sofa & bed were more comfortable than home! Everything was perfect
• Margaret (9/5): Excellent! We would definitely book again. - Location is brilliant, really spacious, very comfortable and very well equipped! Loved the outside area. Home away from home! No family bathroom upstairs for the second bedroom. A ceiling fan in the outside area would be great. It is tricky to get to the clothes line from the laundry & no dryer. Side gate very hard to open & front door very hard to open & close.
• Christopher (10/5): Due to it raining we ended up spending most of our time in the house but I cannot complain - Absolutely everything! My favourite thing was definitely out the back with the huge tv!! Also not to mention how amazing the house smelt there was nothing to dislike
• Janet (10/5): Really enjoyed the stay. Facilities perfect for our group of seven - Excellent outdoor entertaining. Very clean and tidy Wasn’t sure on entry and vacate times. One notification said 12am entry and 12am vacate. Another said 2pm and 10am.
