Breakfast in the morning had a wide range of choices. Simone was the highlight of the visit. She was extremely friendly, helpful and accommodating, and always willing to go the extra mile to make our stay better. Will definitely be back if we return to St Moritz.

Man ist schnell bei einer Bergbahn und auch im Dorf ist man in 5-10 Minuten zu Fuss war alles tip top. Frühstück dürfe für meinen Geschmack noch etwas ausgebaut werden. Dies ist aber "Jammern" auf hohem Niveau.

• Margrit (7/5): Nettes Hotel mit kompetentem, hilfsbereiten Personal. Wir bekamen gute Infos zu unseren Wanderungen - Das Hotel liegt sehr ruhig. Von der Bushaltestelle erreicht man das Hotel zu Fuß in ca. 10 Minuten. Das Frühstücksbüffet ist reichhaltig. Verschiedene Brote, Früchte, Müesli und Käse sind im Angebot. Im Zimmer hat es einen Wasserkocher. Teebeutel und Nescafé sind aber nicht vorhanden. Keine Kleenex Box, kein Gratis Mineralwasser. Eine Kaffeeecke im Restaurant mit Snacks, im Angebot ,wäre sehr willkommen.

• Sanjay (10/5): Relaxing in comfort and a view in St. Moritz - Beautiful, spacious room with a terrace/ deck. Close to St. Moritz downtown by quick bus ride. Very easy to go to the hikes and cable cars in the region via bus. Hotel has a really nice indoor pool - definitely need to take advantage of that after a long day of alpine activity. Beat, who works at reception, was a very helpful and wonderful host.
• Elena (5/5): Overpriced for what it is - Location is pretty good. Staff is excellent, very polite and helpful. We had a nice view from our room over the mountains. The bathrooms are very dated. The mattresses and pillows are uncomfortable. No fridge and no air con in the room. Steam room is very small. The pool had some sand and something looking like strings of paper at the bottom- I decided not to test my luck.

There is an unpleasant smell throughout the hotel. The bathroom is very basic, with no shampoo or toiletries provided – just an empty bottle of shower gel. No restaurant in the hotel The room is spacious, and there is a garage available for the car.

• Jelena (9/5): Great vacation! - The rooms are wide and very clean. If you are a skier, the location of the hotel is very good, because it's near the slope, so you barely have to walk. The employees are very nice, helpful and the atmosphere is like you came to a family pansion. In the afternoon you can relax at the swimming pool, and saunas, or you can easily get to te center of St Moritz by bus, approximately 7 minutes ride. We loved our staying in this hotel ❤️ The breakfast could be much better and that is the only thing I suggest to improve. The rest is fine.

• Harsh (4/5): Wouldn't recommend. - The snowfall on our final night in Switzerland was absolutely magical, making it a truly unforgettable experience and the perfect way to end our trip. The hotel does not offer a pick-up and drop-off service, which is disappointing given its high price point, comparable to other stays during our trip that provided such conveniences. What makes this even more inconvenient is the hotel’s location—at least a 10-15 minute walk from the nearest bus stop. Managing that distance with all our luggage was quite challenging. The room itself was just okay, and no water bottles were provided. While we understand that tap water is safe to drink, it may not suit everyone, and having bottled water as an option would have been appreciated. Overall, the experience didn’t quite match the expectations set by the price.

The swimming pool and sauna areas both have great atmosphere and very enjoyable to use. The staff was very helpful and offered a great service when we were staying here. The breakfast buffet was a little bit too limited for hot food.

• Andrzej_andrzej (10/5): St. Moritz in summer time - We stayed in a tiny attic room. We felt good there. The room was very clean. The owner was very friendly and helpful. He knows the area very well so he can give you valuable advice. The location was very good. A bit off to the side, in a residential area of ​​the town so it was very quiet which allowed for a good rest. Free tickets for city buses and mountain railways make it easy to access the city centre and all the attractions. The hotel is right next to the Signal gondola which was an advantage in planning our summer hikes but which is probably a great advantage in the ski season. The hotel is perfectly clean and perfectly maintained. Everything works. A large swimming pool which we used and a spa with saunas (they were not available during our summer stay). Breakfast was fine. Bit too soft beds.
• Patti (10/5): A lovely hotel! - This was such a nice little hotel. The room was super nice, the bed was super comfortable. The bathroom was really nice. The staff was super nice and the they gave us some good advice on where to eat. The only hassle was that the hotel required us to pay with a bank transfer, which ended up costing me $50 to do so. It was still cheaper than a lot of the other hotels but it was frustrating. The other thing to note is that there is a pretty big hill you have to walk up to get to the hotel so keep that in mind if you have mobility issues or just take a cab.

The hotel is outside of town, which is fine for us as we like to walk everywhere but for people who want to be central you'd need to take a taxi.

• Henry (7/5): Hotel staff is great and the hotel is as advertised. - The service was good and the staff was very pleasant. Breakfast was the standard breakfast, so satisfying. The parking situation could be better, if there were more spaces closer to the hotel. This is not really a criticism, but a comment/suggestion. I arrived at the hotel and checked in. Within a few hours, i was experiencing a very runny nose, and coughing. I thought a cold from two weeks before had returned, but I had no fever usually associated with a cold. I felt so bad, I did not ski the second day and I stayed in the room, which actually made me feel worse. I left a day early and went to Livigno. Within a few hours of leaving the hotel, all my "cold symptoms" disappeared. I realized it was probably not a cold I suffered, but most likely an allergic reaction to all the skin rugs and furs that covered the chairs and floors. I understand that hotels cannot plan for every individual's exact needs, but maybe cleaning the furs more frequently or having some rooms without them would benefit some of your more dust/fur sensitive customers.

Tasty breakfast buffet with freshly baked bread and pastries. You need to take care not to hit your head on the ceiling beams while in the shower-bath, but otherwise, very comfortable room.

• Andrea (8/5): Very good - it was cozy no dinner possibility at the property
• Detlef (9/5): Very nice hotel in a quite suburban area of St Mortiz away from the hussle and buzzle - Breakfast is fresh, delicious and with great variety. The hotel is very clean, staff are very friendly and helpful. The indoor pool area is fantastic together with the sauna room, although would have loved to jump in to the icy cold plunge pool if it would have been filled up. Although the hotel is within a suburban area however it is quite and a short walk away from the hussle and buzzle.
